This seems to be a very good product that was well presented. The inspection and evaluation of my existing gutters and downspouts was revealing. The proposed work to be done will help protect my house from water damage. My current guttering was installed ten years ago and is showing evidence of not performing properly, allowing water to wick back into the facia board as well as pulling away from the house. I have confidence my new gutters will do a better job.

When Mary came to give estimate of Leafguard, she was very knowledgeable of her business. Right off I could tell she knows her job. And I could tell she was honest, and would tell me the truth on what we needed to fix our gutters. I always cleaned them out, but I've gotten to the age I can't do it anymore. Leaf Guard came to my sister's house explained everything and how it worked. Very Informational. Very professional. Then scheduled for next day and the crew we so nice and did such a great job,they also cleaned as they went so not a big mess. I thought they were excellent!!!!!!!! I myself would not waste my time with any other company. For the simple fact they do not offer a lifetime warranty as leaf guard does so why waste your money with inferior products stick with them. You'll never regret it Their gutters are like none other. For they will protect your home and that's the most important thing. Your home starts at its foundation and goes from there. So as long as it's protected you have peace of mind, I highly recommend leaf guard.

Curious of this company and how much this system would cost I sat through a 3 hour presentation. The salesman was very thorough and educational but was very pushy. Stating my gutters were going to fall off my house and the wood behind was going to rot if I didn't get this system. After getting a second opinion from another individual my gutters were not in severe disrepair as this man stated. He was very pushy toward the end in getting me to sign today. Same pressure sales tactics as used car salesman calling his boss who would give me a discount IF I signed today and put signs in my yard to help with advertising. After stating Several times I was not ready to drop over 9000 on gutters today, he kept pushing with different financing options, discounts, negotiations ECT. He also asked if I could give a review on google for him right then, and that he would help me with it! I know how to leave reviews and write them in my own words thank you. I cannot speak for the efficiency of this product, it does seem top notch and if I had tons of money to spend, sure. But I do not appreciate the high pressure sales tactics even after explaining I was going through hard times and needed time to consider this. I would go with a company that showed a little more respect when someone says no, and is not so overpriced.

Jeff Villa has been wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and able to explain clearly the advantages of Leafguard. Answered our questions thoroughly. It was great working with him.

John was very professional when selling us the Leafguard system. They do press hard to capture the sale same day, but I honestly didn’t mind compared to the low effort contractors you see elsewhere and lack of professionalism. At least we know he knows his product and is a real professional.

Our neighborhood before you enter in hunting hills literally has a no soliciting sign on each entrance into the community. Yet this company has a sells guy going around the neighborhood and said he inspected our gutters before knocking on the door to do his sells pitch. They also have tons of assumptions such as ex. Told them we don’t want to do gutters right now because we are having all our windows replaced this spring and it’s not cheap. He says “well you want to have them done as soon as possible or your gutters will make the water run to the windows”. That has never happened so not sure where he pulled that from. Then says “we offer financing options just like you did with your windows”. We paid cash to have them replaced. Because of this when we do actually need our gutters replaced this will not be the place we will be contacting.

Leafguard was extremely professional and the product is wonderful. The leafguard is phenomenal in terms of protecting the fascia. Thanks Jeff

Pay no attention to the 5 star ratings on Google. They tell you they are cutting you a deal for the review while charging you double the price of gutters. As far as the product goes I would have no idea because after 4 hours of a used car salesman style pitch, when the guys came to install they said they could only do half the house so we told them we would find somebody to do the whole house. Then randomly they charged us another 4 grand a month later which they haven't refunded. I would recommend an unmedicated colonoscopy before I would recommend Leafguard.

Everything was very professional, enjoyed working with the salesman, John. Very informative and easy to work with. Instillation and production people were also very helpful and professional. Definitely a great product and company to work with!!

Leafguard is very high quality , I no longer have to worry about water damage to my walls or foundation anymore. Thank you Jeff!!!

Jeff was extremely respectful and polite, the leafguard is an amazing product and solves alot of issues with water management and maintenance.

Unfortunately, after our consultation with Jeff the team came out as promised and informed us that they could not install gutters on the back of the house due to an issue with the roof (after their team had already begun to take down the original gutter system.) We are yet to figure out if this issue is real, but it was not noted by our home inspectors or the appraisers- we have a roofer scheduled to come confirm or deny. We're honestly not sure if there's an issue, or if Leafguard just didn't have the proper equipment for the rather steep incline and high roof line on the back to perform the install.

They offered to install the system on the front half, but we declined because the back half is the portion we really needed done. They re-installed what was taken down of the original gutters and left.

I disputed the initial charge and was refunded, but Leafguard charged me again on January 16th (over a month after the initial charge and cancelation of services.) I'm working on getting that refunded now.

The sales pitch was informative, but it was very pushy and had some used car salesman tactics like pushing us to agree to the sale that day and calling the manager with us on speaker to work out deals like cutting a deal for a good review and having a sign in the yard. I wish that the initial inspection would have been more thorough to have identified any roofing issues before we sat for hours learning about the system and then haggling the price down to something within budget (still over budget for us, but the pitch, albeit pushy, and lifetime warranties made it seem worthwhile.)

That, and it just doesn't make sense that we've been charged again... we didn't get gutters.

Jeff Villa came to our home today and we are scheduled to have our system installed on Monday! He was incredibly friendly and explained the entire process from start to finish in a way that was very informative and easy to take in. He and Mike were absolutely fantastic throughout the negotiation process and did wonders to ensure the all around gutter installation was within our budget so we could still manage all of the other projects we have planned for our home. The lifetime, coveyable warranties Leafguard offers was a huge selling point for us as well, and it really helps you feel confident that you're making a good investment in your home. We were super pleased with all of the time they dedicated to making us feel comfortable in our choice, and the peace of mind this will bring us is huge! Thank you so much again for all of your help.

The presentation given by Jeff villa was super professional. He was very thorough and detailed. He spent a lot of time with us . He answered all of our questions with courtesy and patience. He took pictures and explained what they would.do. He in no way pressured us. Very nice.

We’ve had our system for three years now and it is fantastic. My gutters were filling up every week during the fall and early winter. The system has worked flawlessly so far. Customer service is also good. I’m not a fan of the pricing/negotiating system they use but other than that everything has been perfect

Would like to recognize the 3 men who installed the Leafguard Gutter system. They arrived before 8am & finished by 2pm. The installers were very professional & organized as they are actually Leafguard employees not a 3rd party. The installers walked with me prior to the install making sure I knew what was going to take place & that I was in agreement. After the install was complete, they made sure all was cleaned up. We are glad we installed Leadguard Gutter system.
