Very impressed With service and installation from The time of their arrival to the very end, including cleanup and explanation of everything that they installed to how everything will work In the immediate and overtime. I spoke to Branden about a quote to install LeafGuard gutters on our new-to-us Colchester home.

We had these gutters on our previous home in Indiana and were very pleased.

Branden was knowledgable helped us get to a good price. We are looking forward to sooooo much less maintenance when these LeafGuard gutters are installed in August.

I hate sales, but Kevin Clark was awesome. I like to ask questions and he was straightforward with my thoughts, and he was grateful to hear them and customized his presentation to my expressed needs and interests. Kevin showed me around my house and identified areas of compromise and decay in the roof, walked through many styles of gutter and their perks and drawbacks, and provided quotes for a variety of different gutters. Of course, LeafGuard was the best, and it was very evident why. I learned a lot about gutters and how they work, how they’re installed, and even what they’re made of, which helped me understand the ins-and-outs of the job and its costs and long-term benefits.
What stands out most to me are the warranties and their willingness to negotiate. They provided several options that greatly reduced the initial quote. They have an exceptional product, a history to back their confidence in it, and Kevin, who made understanding and deciding all the easier. I was so impressed with the experience, I was planning this review and how I’d talk about this experience with friends and neighbors before our conversation was even over.

We had Leaf Guards installed on our house three years ago, and they work great. We love that we don't have to climb ladders or clean gutters anymore! We needed to replace our roof this year, and the roofers said we needed to have the gutters removed first. I called Eric at Leaf Guard, and he was extremely helpful and responsive in getting a team out to remove the Leaf Guards the day before the roofers came, storing them safely, and returning the day after the roofers left to replace the gutters. His team of Gary, Kyle and Kevin did an excellent and efficient job of removing and reinstalling the gutters, and left everything very neat. I highly recommend Leaf Guard Vermont.

Went online for an estimate to a few companies for gutter cleaning and I was curious about leaf guard and how much it would cost. Got an email they needed to come out and meet with me in person, I let them know I didn't have time and I'd reach back out when I did. I was very clear in my email that I did not want anyone coming to my house today, I was just looking around online at prices. A man then comes to my house to do an estimate this afternoon. I tell him that I already cancelled it. He tells me he wasn't told that at all. I tell him to please leave and that I find the lack of communication unprofessional. I send an email back to the person who emailed me before saying someone still came out and that that is unprofessional and I am no longer interested in learning more about the services they offer. I then get multiple phone calls until I pick up and it's leaf guard. I hang up but they proceed to text me and call me multiple times more until I block them.

From start to finish they were wonderful. Brendan who worked with me on the quote was knowledgeable, patient and went through all my options and explained everything well. The team showed up as promised, all were pleasant to work with, they completed their work efficiently and with great care. Very happy to have made this choice!

Your sales rep,Kevin Clark, was impressive, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything in detail. Once the deal was made, your worker staff, Gary, Steve and Kevin were here the next day right on time. They proved to be very professional and showed exceptional workmanship. The gutters look great. It even rained during the installation, so I could check the gutters out. The lifetime warranties and knowing you are a phone call away, if any problems, are definitely a plus. Staff was very friendly, communication was good and they were able to schedule installation less than a week after their initial visit. The only downside is it is very expensive but the gutters look to be good quality.

I was very impressed with the Leaf guard staff from my initial orientation with Celia to the installation crew of Kyle, Cody and Kevin. Celia had a comprehensive overview of the product and the process. The installation team arrived on time, work non-stop in 41° temp with a few showers thrown in. The results are impressive, very attractive. Kyle took the time to explain what to expect and that if there were any questions they were a phone call away. Very professional, organized and courteous. They have my highest recommendation.

We just had Celia here for over 3 hours and she was AMAZING! She went over everything in such detail and was so helpful. We are super happy that we are getting new gutters this Friday.

Our salesman, Michael, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered our grilling questions with a calm confidence. We negotiated a little, then we were in business. The installation guys were very respectful and answered some additional questions when we met them at our house. Our existing fascia board was rotting. We are so grateful that a new fascia board was part of the installation process. We’ve had some hard rains in the 6 weeks since they were installed and they work perfectly! Thank you so much guys!!

The gutters seem to be working great. The sales women was exceptional. However, the pricing is outrageous. Additionally, the day of installation was very uncoordinated and I had to call repeatedly. My messages seemed to fall on deaf ears because, I didn’t get a call back until after the crew arrived and I told them personally of the communication issues. Gutters good. Customer service not great. Price bad.

Brendan was excellent, he was very professional, organized, and presented the Leafguard product exceptionally well. We weren’t even thinking about replacing our gutter, just thinking about doing repairs and cleaning but we really liked the lifetime warranty and the lifetime no clog warranty with Leafguard gutters. Now we are installing Leafguard on our whole house, in places that didn’t even have existing gutters. Brendan made the process quick and easy and he was very respectful. They have not installed yet but it seems like the value is really there.

Brendan was very nice. He knew his stuff. He showed us all the samples of other gutters, than he shown us their gutters system. what a huge difference. He was very nice to talk to. He is very kind and courteous. He also got us a great deal.

The explanation of the gutters was excellent. The installation happens to be the next day. Love the quality of the product, plus the choice of colors.

So far this has been a great experience. From the salesman to the installers very pleasant to deal with along with professional. The gutters look great and add curb appeal to the house. I would give a 5 star review but they were just installed and we haven't seen them in the ran.

I had prior knowledge about the LeafGuard gutter system. A family member had invested in the system several years before and highly recommended I look into it because I have huge pine and maple trees around my home. For many years, I've had no choice but to try to find someone at least twice a year to clean my gutters and it's frustrating and costly.
Michael was the first person I met from LeafGuard. He was punctual and personable. I told him that I have knowledge of how LeafGuards system works in comparison to what I have now and was already sold on LeafGuard gutters but Michael seemed intent on finishing his sales script from start to finish. I appreciate his attention to details, but I did find it too long.
When he quoted me the cost for the entire home, which has many gutters, I wasn't prepared for that much of an investment because I've constantly invested alot of time and money updating and fixing my home that was built in 1950.
I discussed with Michael that it cost too much at this time, and I wasn't willing to finance the work. He stayed as long as it took to work with me to find a solution. We decided on doing the worst of the worst gutters first, then work on replacing the rest of my gutters in phases, hopefully over a short amount of time.
The site manager, Gary was a pleasure to work with. He was very patient and extremely conscientious about how I preferred the placement of the downspouts, etc.
The new LeafGuard gutters look amazing (same color as my siding). The new gutters make my regular old white-flimsy gutters look out of place. It's only been a few days but I am very pleased so far and can't wait for a downpour.

Working with LeafGuard was a great experience front to back. I am extremely happy with my gutters. They are super sturdy and look really nice! It was like an instant curb appeal upgrade!

Michael did my initial quote after a brief inspection and he answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. He got me scheduled for an install just a few days later, and even was able to set me up with good affordable financing there and then which I really appreciated (no shopping around for home improvement loans!)

The day before install day the LeafGuard guys called ahead to confirm everything again and give me an ETA. They arrived the next day right on time, were super friendly, and got everything done quickly and professionally. I will admit, I did enjoy watching them fabricate the gutters from the window. They just grow straight out of the back of the truck!

It was a very pleasant and professional experience to have our salesmen Michael at our house this morning, he was very knowledgeable, described the product very well for us. We are looking forward to getting our new LeafGuard gutters, we are sure it will increase the value of our property and look much better, we are looking forward to our install next week.

The initial looking over the house and seeing what was necessary and finding paperwork and such all went really easily. The gentleman who came and did the inspection was very courteous. Went through things. Very matter of factly and thoroughly and they were able to set up the appointment and everything's going to be worked on within the week which was amazing. We'll see how everything works out in the end, I'm looking forward to it.

I waited for rain before posting this, and I must say the new system works great! I must also say, the men who did the install were all personable, diligent, and performed their work with care. Their lead man, Gary, was willing and able to answer my few questions, and even made changes that I asked for concerning the direction of a couple of downspouts. I am very pleased.

The entire experience working with Leafguard of VT was professional and top-notch from start to finish. Based on some of the reviews I read online, I did not have great expectations for Leafguard, but it did not take long for me to realize this company offers exceptional customer service.

I went through their website to try to schedule a consultation because I'd rather do that than talk to a human on the phone...but received an auto response that said my request was received and someone would call me to set up the consultation. Given my experience with other companies, I did not expect to hear back anytime soon, if ever...but was shocked that 10 seconds later, my phone rang and it was their scheduling department. Thinking it would probably be weeks if not months that I'd have to wait to set it up, I was again shocked that they had openings for consults the very next day!

The sales person, Josh, was there early the next day. While the website says that the process takes an hour to 90 minutes, Josh was with me for several hours. He really took time to get to know me, my home and its needs, and educated me about the benefits of the Leafguard system. Josh could not have been nicer.

While the corporate presentation felt a bit like buying a time share property, I sat through it because I knew this type of system was what my home needed. When he got to the pricing part, I was shocked again...although I had no idea what this would cost, it was more than I hoped. Josh walked me through options for pricing and financing, and although it was more than I wanted to spend, I agreed that it would be a great investment in my home. The lifetime guarantee makes it a no-brainer.

Installation scheduling: I expected that it might be months before installation. No--they had a crew available in my area in 9 days. So I signed the paperwork and waited.

On the day of the installation, the crew called when they were 45-minutes away from my home as a courtesy. They showed up early, introduced themselves, and immediately got to work. The temperature had dropped to 30 degrees and it was pouring rain most of that day, and this team went above and beyond to try not to inconvenience me in any way while they were freezing cold, drenched, and trying to avoid the mud while installing the system. My house is located on top of a very high cliff over a river, and getting to the edge would have been tricky even in perfect weather! The lead installer was Gary, and he did a great job keeping me informed. While they had hoped to complete the job in one day, the weather conditions got worse as the day went on and they were not able to...so after a 12 hour day, they called it and came back the next morning to finish up.

The crew was able to finish up, address my concerns, and clean up. During the final walk-through, it was clear that I had made the right decision...this gutter system is pretty amazing, and everyone who has seen it since installation has been impressed with it!

Pros: Amazing effective system, solid products, life-time guarantee, professional installation

Cons: Cost, it is not 100% maintenance-free as you have to empty the drains from debris occasionally, you probably will not receive the $75 gift card for sitting through the consult as advertised (so ask up front!)

I have only seen the system in action once with no problems, but overall I am very pleased with this purchase, would do it again, and would recommend Leafguard of VT to anyone!

I recently had a whole lot of gutters (about 600 ft) installed on five of our seven buildings. They are a bit more expensive than others, but they guarantee the paint quality and that the gutters won't detach from the house. (And they don't have to removed during the winter!)

The parent company is Englert, who makes the metal for standing seam roofs. These are aluminum instead of steel, but really high quality and a great design. They look amazing on the our old farmhouse and you really don't even notice that they're there until you see the downspouts. They blend in with the crowned molding that was present on the house before the gutters were installed.

On time for the consultation. Knew the product as well as how it would work for my house specifically. Flexible and quick on getting scheduled! No complaints!

Expensive but worth it! Everything was done meticulously, and the overall service experience was excellent. Highly recommend if you live in an area with endless pine needles like I do!

Leaf Guard stands behind their product and installation work. Came back to the house midwinter in Vermont to fix a relatively minor problem. Kudos to highly skilled technicians Gary and Kyle -- I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have been having roof gutter problems for many years with joints leaking and had to get up on a 30’ ladder to repair the problem. I decided to look into seamless gutters and was contacted by Leafguard. The next day David Grossnickle from Leafguard stopped by to provide me with quote. I never realized the engineering design of a roof drain system and David explained and demonstrated the Leafguard system and I was impressed. My roof drainage system is scheduled to be replaced in two weeks. The prompt response and professional manor of David setting up the contract paperwork for Leafguard is appreciated.

I want to commend the work done by Kyle and Jason for the professional workmanship in which Leafguard was installed on our home and I couldn’t be more pleased. The installation added value to the home and adds a nice finished look at the roofline and Leafguard gutters appear to blend right in the facia.

Had whole house and garage gutter installation. Sales guy was good and installers were excellent. Product is quality, and Leafguard warranties can’t be beat. Very professional service from obtaining a quote, scheduling, and installation. The product seems of excellent quality and has been functioning very well, even with the historic amount of rain that we have received since the installation.

Our new gutters have been doing very well! The problems of the motes and pooling are very much gone and keeping the house very cleaned. Also their response time when we said yes was so fast. Less than 2 weeks and just before a rainstorm. I highly suggest spending the cash for a LIFETIME ON THE HOUSE gutter system that actually works.

Very professional, offered an earlier install date then what they originally scheduled which we really appreciated as our gutters fell off the house due to an ice jam this winter.
