Very communicative, professional, fair priced, quality work, and available for any questions or follow up. Super happy with Rapid Roofing from beginning to completion. Sales rep was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional(he even stopped by to check on the project and make sure I was happy). The project manager, Aleaha was a pleasure to work with. She even brought her personal drone, and offered to let me inspect the work up close after completion(super cool). Heather the project manager and the installation crew were fantastic at RR. From the quote process through installation everything was very transparent and everyone was very responsive. A new roof is not always very exciting given the cost, but after an exhaustive search by myself and several neighbors we all went with RR. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Owner told me that if there was any interior damage during skylight installation it would be taken care of. They damaged my drywall and refused to fix it. Also their representative told me that my water spots on my ceiling were due to improperly installed drip edge, which they installed. They refused to fix that also. I’d definitely look for a different company.

We had a super complex re-roofing situation, with high vaulted ceilings, poor ventilation and many moving parts. Our attics and decking were completely contaminated with mold, and my family had been evacuated from our home. It was traumatic, to say the least. Lee went above and beyond in working with us, from start to finish. Not only did he and his team design a solid ventilation system and meet the need, but he truly cared about what my family was going through. While the job was not without challenges, and there were a couple issues we needed to address, we can't imagine working with anyone else but Lee and Rapid Roofing.

I contracted Rapid Roofing as a recommendation from one of my friends to do a roof replacement in my property. My roof was replaced back on 09/27/2024.

I have been very unhappy with the results, to start they arrived 4hrs late to start my roof which led into less hrs for them to do the job, the result a mess.

Be aware that they didn't perform an entire tear off even though it is part of the contract, reason they said it is a standard practice to leave previous shingles.

As a next step, they damaged my property, including wood fascias and gutters. They covered their mistakes with caulking and bolts.

The shingle installation in a couple of valleys is concerning since there is a huge gap in which ice and water can go freely.

This is the typical story of a company that treats you kindly so that you sign only with them. After you sign, they totally change their attitude. Part of my decision to have them replace my roof was the warranty they offer, which it is absolutely useless.

After 2 months the company’s is absolutely non-response, I sent an email per their instructions, called weekly and even visited their office, the response to my request to fix their mistakes is that this is not a priority for them, how could you said this to a customer?

Do yourself a favor and look for a company that has values and respect for their customers.

We had Rapid Roofing out to do a new roof and gutters on our house and garage and new siding on the garage. Chris was our salesman, he was super nice and informative, Dave our project manager kept the project on schedule and the crew were nice and respectful. Great experience and great work. I would recommend them.

These guys finished a metal roof on my house about two weeks ago. The roof looks great, and was surprisingly affordable!

The installers truly cared about my house and took pride in what they were doing. They worked HARD, and got the job done when they said it would be. They also reported that the company treats them well, which means a lot to me because it is a sign I'm working a company that is likely to be ethical and responsible.

Our neighbors were also impressed, and say they are likely to hire them when they need a new roof in a few years.

Also worth noting: their service department came out and patched-up our old roof so it wouldn't leak while we waited for the new one. They came out quickly after our roof was already finished to fix a (slightly) damaged piece of siding. In other words, they seem like good people who go the extra mile to earn your business.

I had a roof leak and the roof was not at all ventilated from the past work. Rapid Roofing gave me a good budget quote that worked super well for me for the work that the roof needed. The craftsmanship of Dylan Barror from Rapid Roofing was commendable. He did an awesome job of doing the repair on the roof, adding ventilation. He cleaned up after the work was done completing the job perfectly. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

We received quotes from five different roofing companies to replace the house and garage roofs, and decided to do the project with Rapid Roofing due to their thorough inspection, meaningful recommendations and competitive pricing. The communication with all of their team members was great and they provided all required information to make an educated decision about the available options. They honored our request to install the roofs in a specific week with the final date aligned a week in advance. The actual work was done in a timely manner with attention to details, including a very thorough clean up afterwards. In summary: a highly recommended, very reliable company!

Initial consultation:
I was impressed with rapid roofing during my initial consultation for a quote with Brent Miller who by the way went above and beyond expectations. He was very informative and thorough. He was the only consultant that we got a quote from (there were 3 before) who went in the attic and took pictures. The roof had been leaking for months, even with the tarp that we currently had on it which not to my knowledge was damaged. Brent told me that he could not in good conscience leave the roof that way and took it upon himself to repair the tarp and it didn’t leak at all after. That sealed our decision to go with Rapid for our roof replacement. Because of my schedule we did not have the roof repaired for over 3 weeks after Brent left. And seemed to rain every other day but whatever he did to fix the tarp was great because it never leaked during that time.

Demo and replace day:
I guess they do not call themselves Rapid Roofing for no reason. When I tell you that Dominic Rowe and crew came to work, they came to work!
They set up to make sure to keep the mess to a minimum, moved patio furniture out of the way and made sure to cover landscaping so that nothing was damaged.
My home is 4000+ square feet so I thought it would take at least 2 days to complete. Nope they had the entire roof demoed and installed in one (1) day. Dominic kept me informed every step of the way. He made sure to update me with photos, issues and called me out several time to check progress and make sure I was satisfied.
Clean up could have not been more perfect. I have not seen a left-over nail or debris since they left. They moved all the patio furniture back in place and dumpsters were gone by the next morning. I cannot stress how happy I am with my choice!!!

After a long drawn out visit from Victors Home Solutions with an inflated quote with nothing in writing, Cory Southworth from Rapid Roofing came the following day. He was thorough and very knowledgeable more so since he worked in the install group in the past. Left me with an 18 page quote good for 30 days. They were able to do the roof the following week. It's my daughter's home and I was in Traverse City when they showed up. Cory and his team communicated with me and sent photos to show that they did everything he said they would. I thought that getting a new roof would be one of my most expensive and nerve racking experiences until I did my homework and hired Rapid Roofing. [Update re the response: 1) They were NOT recommended by my insurance company. I don't know where they're getting that from. 2) They wanted me to sign the A&U form AND work with my insurance company BEFORE I had chosen them as my contractor. That's not how things work! I do need to get a couple of estimates before I can pick the contractor that I want to formally work with my insurance. But they didn't even accept that. I asked them what if there was no insurance involved and I wanted to just replace my roof and pay out of pocket, what would the estimate be? They refused to even give a ballpark number, and said if they give me an estimate and I choose someone else, they'd have wasted their time on me, so it's either sign a commitment right away or nothing. Unbelievable! TOTAL SCAM, NO QUESTION.]

I called them for their "free no-strings-attached" estimate. They came on time. However, they insisted that they won't look at the roof before I sign a commitment that they're the company I'll pick to work with my insurance. When I mentioned that doesn't make any sense and that I need to know a couple of estimates before I can commit to one contractor, they just said they won't proceed and left. Such a waste of time, stay away from this company. Clearly seems like a scam.

So many other roofing companies that handle business better. Salesman are the worst and the employees they hire don’t care about damaging your property.
