Fantastic experience with Roof Advance in getting an entire new roof. The owner Jakob came out to do the inspection/estimate and was super thorough and thoughtful. He was never pushy like other companies. His pricing was very fair, compared to other quotes I got. Great communication with his team in days leading up to installation, and his team did a great job on the roof when they came out, were very professional, and cleaned up thoroughly and worked late into each day — some incredible work ethic. Jakob came back a few days later to do a final wallkthrough, and shared before, during and after photos. Roof looks great, and I trust that if any issues come up, Roof Advance will address.

Had a very positive experience and highly recommend - we had our roof done before peak season but from locking in our contract to having new roof was turned around in less than a week. Price was fair and we noticed they used higher quality materials than some others who also had bid the job at similar or higher costs. All done in one day. New roof looks great. Also the cleanup they did was 99% - I say that only because we found a couple scraps of materials and nails but considering the size of the job it was truly impressive how well they did clean up after themselves.
Jakob was great and easy to work with from bidding to the fact that he personally came to inspect the new roof and even added some extra nails and helped secure some shingles and siding - went above and beyond.

Desperate for help Omar came out that afternoon and inspected my roof found mini micro leaks and went on the roof in the cold rain very windy, and also before he got through, it was dark. Any patches as much as he needed to and monday.His crew came out and redid my whole roof for me. I was very, very happy. We worked with Omar and highly recommend! He was incredibly thorough and accommodating throughout the process. We had a full roof replacement with new boards, insulation, and gutters. They were able to do everything, and we are very happy with the quality of the work.

Most importantly, there was an issue during cleanup (an honest mistake that could happen with any company) -- Omar went above and beyond to make us fully whole. No haggling or disputes that I might have gotten with another contractor. Just a quick email and he immediately took care of everything, and came back out multiple times to oversee the resolution and make sure we were happy.

The whole staff is professional and kind. It began with a leak and an inspection. They were honest as they explained that they were not 100% certain where water is coming in but would get to the answer if they were hired.

They also explained their findings in a way that was easy ton understand and were very amenable to questions. I appreciated the thorough quotes with 3 options.

The work was done well and within one day. No more leak! They cleaned up thoroughly which was important because we have pets and live close to our neighbors. Many folks in our neighborhood have used this team and refer them often. We will also!

I contacted several reputable roofing companies for quotes to replace our 20 plus years old sunroom roof, and Roof Advance's quote was the most competitive, Jakob also visited the job site and understood what needed to be done, so I hired them for the job. They were able to schedule the job rather quickly, at least 3 weeks sooner than the others. The crew came to do the job was very friendly, they put up boards to protect the class doors and windows before starting the job and cleaned up the areas very well after the work was done. I think they did a good job and will be happy to refer Roof Advance to others too.

I hired this company to replace a very old roof on my son's trailer. They Did an excellent job. They showed up earlier than the projected time and finished before their projected time. Cleaned up all of their debris. And did a follow up text the next day, With Before and after photos. Any concerns we had Were addressed the following day, And a follow up call the next day to be sure we were happy with the finish product. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof repair or replacement.

Roof Advance sure lived up to their reviews and the price was great! Mario and Jacob were very professional and Mario was helpful with choosing a color. Jacob checked in on us the day of installation to make sure all was going well and we were happy. He then came by today to make sure we were happy.

My house needs new roof and the chimney needs some fix. I thought it will take us a long time to find a trustworthy roof company who give reasonable quotes and deliver quality work.
After meeting Dominic from Roof Advance, I know my search can come to an end. He showed us lots of pictures after inspecting the roof. He explained to us which part are still good and which part has problem with solution. Then we got several quotes for different options.
