Hands down best place in area, courteous , respectful from the front desk back, had my van done way sooner than expected, I had been to several places including one "highly" recommended, needless to say none fixed my van. Well I highly recommend this place!!!

My car looks shinier than new inside and scratches from my bike falling off my roof rack were buffed away on the outside. So pleased!

Affordable, friendly, fast and convenient. Highly recommend! I look forward to my next maintenance appointment with ease due to the exemplary service received.

This was my first visit to Routhier’s Quick Lube. Oil change…on time and super quick. Also enjoyed the comfortable waiting area . Thinking this might be my new “go to” place for all future service!

Very pleased with the response times and service. Got a call from the technician saying I didn't have an immediate need for some of the service I had requested - I had them do it anyway because I didn't want to have to deal with it in six months, but I appreciated the call and knowing that they wanted to make sure I got what I actually needed, not what I thought I needed.

Simply amazing customer service. My old mechanic's location closed suddenly and I was left scrambling to find a place to get my car in for an oil change as well as looking at my heat shield. I stopped by yesterday with hopes of getting something scheduled quickly. Brittany was amazing and understood my predicament. She was able to get my car in this morning and they took amazing care of my car. Will continue to use them for my vehicles repair and maintenance.

Service was excellent! They got my daughter's car in and fixed with no issues! Even took less time than expected! They said bring it back anytime! Recommend indefinitely!

I recently had my clutch replaced for the second time in two years. The first time I had it done a a local shop in Burlington. I’m not to sure why but it never felt quite right. When it failed I was talking to a friend who recommended sending it to Routhiers to have them look at it. They were able to make time and fit me into their really busy schedule. After looking into it I received a call from their shop manager(Nick Jones) and was informed that I did need a whole new clutch. Nick also mentioned that the problem came from the output shaft and was something that really needed to be addressed so that this would not happen in the future. I agreed and asked that he do what was needed. Now my car drives better than it ever has. I’m really happy that Routhiers was recommended to me. Even though they are an hour away I will now always bring my cars to them for anything they need.

Also just to mention, they did more to my car than the local shop up here did. With that and the tow to barre they still came in at just under $500 less than the other shop. I’d say that right there is all the reason anyone needs to go check out Routhiers.

Very friendly, honest and affordable. The top three things one would look for when maintaining their vehicle. I brought my BMW 650i here and they got me in when I was in somewhat of a pinch very quickly.

Bought a car from here, been looking at it a long time! Got it and love it!!! Had a few issues come up with it after the purchase and they have gone above and beyond to get the issue corrected! Life long customer here for sure!

Colby did a magnificent job on my vehicle , it was embarrassingly dirty. He also noticed my tires needed to be replaced so within 12 hours I had a beautifully detailed car and four brand new tires

I have been going to Routhier’s for several years to have my vehicle detailed and I have never been disappointed, and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. The prices are reasonable and the staff are great.

I needed to get my car repaired to get an inspection sticker, so I ordered 4xrotors and pads. Rear struts and a oil change plus the inspection. They told me I only needed 2 rotors 4 pads and said I didn't need the struts for the inspection as they were not leaking but they were also so wore out they were not working anymore. So I got the new struts any way to improve my ride here in pothole country. after all that they didn't charge me for the inspection. All was done quickly in this case 3 hours and the crew were very friendly and attentive.

I trust Routhiers 100%. Its the only place I will bring my kids car....and mine too if not covered under warranty :)

Went here for rear brake replacement as their estimate came in HUNDREDS below what the dealer wanted. Staff was super friendly and the work was done in the estimated time - not a minute over! Nice spacious waiting area with comfy couches and tv. Will definitely be back for maintenance and any other repairs!

brakes were starting to grind so brought the car in for brake job. turned out rear breaks just needed cleaning and adjustment. they have always taken care of me
