We can't thank Desabrais Glass and the entire staff enough for all they did for us on my wife's Honda CR-V. First a cracked windshield from a rock. Our insurance company strongly suggested a national firm and we politely declined so we could stay local. Windshield replaced once and there was a defect in it that was in my wife's line of sight, but not mine. It was the plastic film between the layers of glass. Back for another appointment for another windshield. No questions asked. Next windshield gets put in and this one has the same defect in a different spot. Again, no questions asked, but they told us they were now going to order a replacement from another supplier. Third time was the charm!

Only by doing your business locally do you get this kind of service. They cared about our problem and fixed it. Top notch outfit!!!

Needed replacement glass for a broken window. No hardware store carried this size but they took care of it with no problems.

Roger guided us in ordering the right size and glass thickness for our shower splash panel with towel bar for safety and aesthetics. Installation was 2 weeks ahead of anticipated date and was expertly installed by sons. A great job done by a great family team. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Repaired my windshield quickly, even shuttled me to & from work. This place is family owned & operated. Every employee was pleasant, they all seemed like they wanted to be there, which should be the case everywhere. I highly recommend this place !

I called Todd with a leaking rear window issue. He had me stop in that day and took the time to address every issue I was having with my dealer service department. In five minutes, I felt more informed than I had after two trips to the dealer. We came up with a plan to observe the possible leak and return if necessary. Excellent customer service!

The greatest. These guys will get you out of any glass-related jam you might be in. They will also make you a gorgeous mirror. Amazing, friendly, honest people.

Excellent customer service and overall a wonderful experience. I've used these guys for auto and for home glass and they are expert at both. For auto they can even calibrate new windshields with sensors. I can't recommend this business more highly!

I had a piece of glass cut to protect a beautiful old end table. Job was done super quickly, price was certainly reasonable and service was friendly. As an added bonus, there are dogs in the shop :-)

Roger and everyone else at Desabrais glass have been professional, courteous, and provided excellent service for the many years that I've visited them for all my glass needs. My father and I bought glass panes here for years when he worked as an "old house doctor," so even as a child I remember seeing the same faces in the shop and my father always had good things to say about them. More recently, I've had them install storm windows at my home and replace a window in my back door. Always fair pricing, prompt service, and friendly folks.

Excellent service! Great staff. One thing that I did not see on the web site: They have a courtesy van to get you back to town ask about it if you are getting a windshield done.
