Lansing Building Products - Logan, UT

I ended up not purchasing anything here, but was very impressed with Lansing. They tried really hard to help me. I would definitely use them again.

Ordered my window a few months ago. Did not receive my window when promised. Was told covid 19 was the problem of the back order. Had to call once a week for 3 weeks to finally receiving my window in my garage out of the blue. Checked for damages and there was scuffs and markings on the window. I was already frustrated for the window taking so long to also find out my window screen was also missing. I have called once a week after the delivery three times now making this almost a 4 months for my screen and still have not received anything. I even went to the office and still they couldn’t tell me nothing. I understand the problems with ordering and shipping problems with vendors, but the lack of the communication is the key factor to my frustration and poor review. After speaking to the guys and girls there, the only answer I’m getting after asking about my screen is I don’t know. Lansing, you guys need a expeditor to coordinate your customers with their products. Even if you don’t have the product yet, customers still want a update on there product.

I thought it was busy for middle of the week . I was wrong,they got to my order very quickly. It was all correct loaded professionally
