VERY RUDE PERSONNEL AND GET READY TO WAIT LONG HOURS TO GET 7 PALLETS DELIVERED.
Extremely disappointed in the customer service, went to make a return and the person was rude.
Instead he insisted it would be returned to my card, upon looking at the receipt I noticed it said cash return.

Wholesaler of building products, contractors only. Great counter staff, even the manager. They could have brushed off our special request but went above and beyond instead. Formerly Harvey. Nice showroom full of all kinds of product samples.

Lansing bought Harvey industries and it was a little bumpy in the beginning however things have turned around and everything is fantastic fantastic. If you're a contractor check them out

ONE OF MY WORST TOP TEN COMPANY’S THAT I DELIVERED TO. VERY RUDE PERSONNEL AND GET READY TO WAIT LONG HOURS TO GET 7 PALLETS DELIVERED. THEY DONT UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE IN A TIGHT TIME FRAME TO MAKE MULTIPLE DELIVERIES. AND THEY DONT MAKE ANY EASIER FOR YOU. THEY WILL GET SMALL CONTRACTORS ON FRONT OF YOU ALL DAY LONG.

I've been working with Harvey for 15 years, and they have always been very knowledgeable about their products and quick to solve any issues with the very few problems that I've encountered. They stand behind what they sell, and are excellent about honoring warranties, even after something is no longer under the initial coverage it came with. Field service is prompt, and all the management and staff is very friendly and receptive. As for the idiot who complained on this page about his "cash return", it doesn't sound like he's a professional contractor, and if he is, he should realize that all returns not on a credit account ring out as "cash", and get returned in the same way they're paid. Also, I appreciate that Harvey develops relationships with professional contractors, and avoids the pitfalls of working with Laymen who are a distraction from operating a wholesale business of this magnitude. Excellent place to shop in my trade.

The chances of me returning are slim to none now.
