The absolute worst supply house in the country! If I could give it a zero or negative rating I would!

Lansing customer service is by far the worst service you will ever endure. For 2 years I been dealing with a service issue that has never been resolved.

The vinyl windows they sold me, for a brand new house, do not lock. You cannot close the double-hung windows because the top and bottom units hit each other. Every builder and finish carpenter I've spoken with about this issue says this is a typical Harvey window. They provide cheap windows for rental or "flip" properties; nothing you want actually want in your own home. Now when I'm requesting they take back their window, they refuse. Do not use these guys. Awful and SLOW customer "service". You'll wait weeks to resolve anything. Avoid Harvey windows. Pay a little extra or you'll be pulling your hair out trying to resolve their mess!

The 1 star review is from a gentlemen who doesn't know how to lock his windows thus allowing cold air to slip by the sash......Harvey windows are fantastic, the company is incredibly responsive to any issues. I've been selling and installing Harvey windows for better than 25 years. I'm proud to offer them to our customers.

This company makes cheap, substandard building products and does not honor their product warranties, especially on replacement windows. I had a new set of Harvey MaxVue Energy-Star rated replacement windows installed in my home in 2014 and by the winter of 2015, they would get caked with frost and heavy condensation on the INSIDE of the glass every time the weather got cold, which were obvious signs of insulation failure. When I contacted the company to complain, the field service representative was rude, condescending and outright refused to inspect my windows. Harvey did not honor the manufacturer's lifetime warranty, even though my replacement windows were only a few months old!

Don't purchase anything made by Harvey, especially replacement windows. They are cheaply made, not energy efficient (in spite of being rated as such) and the company will not honor their product warranty. Harvey makes JUNK! Please refer to the many customer complaints filed against this company on G+ and BBB.
