We had contracted with a box store to have our deck built. Thirteen months and 3 contractors later, we lucked out and were assigned Pro Builders to complete the work. Once they were assigned, everything moved at lightning speed and they had our deck completed in three days. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and their dedication to getting the details right. Next time I will contract with Pro Builders directly!

My experience was very professional and personal at the same time. The owner extremely nice i would recommended them over again and again. You dont see this kind of services and our new world. Only wish pro builders all the luck in the world. And thank you.

WOW !! This Team is amazing !!!!

In June, I had 4 local contractors come to my home to provide me with estimates to replace my 21 year old 10x12 deck and enlarge it to a 20x14 deck. I choose Pro Builders because Siervo was the only person who crawled under my old deck to look at the existing frame to determine if he could save me any money on wood.

Within 8 working days everything was complete. The same guys showed up at 7am every morning and worked until 6pm every night. They didn't "job hop" to other sites. They cleaned up after themselves, they were polite, hard working, and friendly. The building inspector was very impressed with their work and reassured me the deck would last for many many years.

Siervo, although not on site all day every day, stopped by every day, and stayed in touch with me throughout the entire job. He made wonderful suggestions and was so easy and friendly to work with, even if I wanted to change something at the last minute. The pricing was more than reasonable, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. My neighbors were so impressed that they have all stopped by to "hang out" on the new deck.

I wish ALL contractors were this wonderful.

Siervo and his crew were very conscientious and hard working 12 hours a day. They replaced our roof during hot weather and never complained. They always had smiles on their faces and aimed to please. This company was a life saver. They truly care about their customers. My sister in laws cat was stuck in a very tall tree, she had been up there for a couple days. The kitten could not make it down and no family could get too it. I called this number, told them about our sticky situation, and they came down immediately. It snowed the next morning, if the kitten was still up there, I am not so sure it would have been okay. We got it down together, and now she is safe in warm with her family. I wanted to thank this company for being there when we needed it. These are people are not just a company, they are a true amazing group of people.

We moved from Springfield to South Hadley and we had come from a house that we had completely renovated . We wanted to make this house our house too and we did with the help of Siervo and his crew. They remodeled the kitchen , built a three season sun room addition and a outside deck off the sun room.They also put in additional flooring throughout the house. Of course there were plumbing and electrical issues given the work they had to do. Given COVID I was around quite a bit . What a professional crew and their work was something they took pride in . The kitchen is stunning. We had a tentative design and they helped us take it over the top. The sun room is a special place to spend time. The deck they helped design . It is simple but elegant . They are frugal and all of the windows for the sun room came from eco builders .Finally , they were transparent about the cost and they came under their projected budget. I highly recommend this company .
