I used Affordable Baths in the past and am using them to remodel another bathroom in my new home. They came to my house to take measurements and made suggestions as to what can be done in my bathroom. At the showroom, Christine was extremely helpful in selecting all the shower tiles, floor tiles, fixtures, and vanity. Both Christine and Craig were very attentive to my budget and ideas. We are very happy with our new bathroom by Affordable Baths. The renovation was a total gut and the tub changed to a shower. They were able to do everything that we wanted to do and offered suggestions for changes we wanted to make. Christine, Craig, Igor and the rest of the crew were friendly, courteous and respectful. Christine kept us updated as the project moved forward. Affordable Baths makes life easier by offering renovations at a reasonable cost and one stop shopping and planning for a bathroom remodel at their showroom store.

We engaged Affordable Baths to update a full bathroom in my husband's parents' home of 50 years. The bathroom was a total gut not only to bring it to current but to also to incorporate some safety features. Craig and Christine were wonderful to work with. They are both very communicative and responsive. Their trades people were also very nice and did a great job. We hit a snag with inventory/lead times for a shower surround but they worked to problem solve it so we weren't too far delayed. My in-laws are very happy with their new bathroom!

Great experience with Affordable Baths. Loved the system where they completely re-do the bathroom from the skeleton up, and give you a bunch of choices on each component; cabinets, hardware, shower/bath, tile, paint, etc... And they completed the job in a very quick time-frame despite the crazy construction crunch we are in. Received daily contact about who would show up and do what work. Excellent business model !! We are very pleased with our complete bathroom remodel it’s beautiful and everyone loves it. Craig and Christine were very friendly and professional. They were very accommodating as to our home only has one bathroom so the toilet was never an issue. They worked with the contractors to get the job done in a timely manner due to an unexpected medical issue they came up at the start of the remodel. We definitely would recommend them to others. By far the friendliest people to deal with. Any issues that came about they work promptly to remedy them. I am please with the finish product and friends and family that have seen it loved it. We chose Affordable Bath over 3 potential contractors after receiving Craig's quote for the job. It wasn't just because of the price, the estimate was detailed and thorough of what to expect compared to other estimates. The job entailed completely gutting our bathroom and remodeling it. The job was started on time and finished on time. The communication from Christine during this process was phenominal, I received daily, sometimes multiple texts as to what was getting done each day. Before the job was completed I had some minor concerns , Craig was very profesional and addressed everything to my satisfaction. We love our new bathroom!

We used Affordable Baths for a complete remodel of our master bathroom. They had excellent suggestions for materials, etc., and we were very happy with the finished product. They were very attentive and responsive any time there was a problem, and immediately rectified it.
We have gotten many compliments on the bathroom and are very pleased that we chose Affordable Baths to do the work.

Ok so this bathroom remodel company is very affordable, no pun attended. The corporate overloads at Home Depot and Lowes wanted $12k just to install a new bathtub and shower stall ONLY. While this company charges $10k to completely gut the bathroom to the stud, ceiling and floor removed as well, and replace with new. I couldn't find another company that was cheaper, yet you probably get the same quality as the corporate overloads at a fraction of the cost. The finished product is good.

So it took a few days more than I had expected, but I didn't really mind. I was able to shower at the gym and use my toilet. Originally I tried to negotiate and asked to keep my original toilet. Because I can install a new one myself and don't need to pay somebody to do it for me. There's also nothing wrong with my current toilet. So I got a small discount for that. Good thing I did. I have only one bathroom. Anyone whose considering getting this done and has only one bathroom, ask them to keep your old toilet, otherwise you'll be going in the woods until you get the new one. Make sure you have a gym membership as well so you can shower.

Saw some reviews about people having difficulty of getting ahold of Craig. I initially did as well when I called the store, didn't get a call back after a day. So I just texted him and got a response almost instantly. Christine also responds by text message very quickly. I think they are just busy like myself and are easier to get ahold of by text. So make sure you get both of their cell phone numbers, not just the store number but their actual cell phone numbers. I must tell you, they respond very quickly.

There was a slight issue with the shower install. The shower head was originally leaking even though the diverter valve in the spout was 100 % open. I let Christine know and the plumber was out within two business days and solved the issue. Pretty happy with how quickly the issue was fixed.

Saw some reviews that sometimes people where scheduled to come and didn't come or you don't know when people are coming. I didn't have this issue at all. Text Christine to ask her and she'll let you know, or she will text you to let you know.

Overall I'm very happy with the finished product and my new bathroom! Good job! Great price, you can't beat it! I didn't have any issues that people have had in the other reviews. I would use them again, but I can't because I have only one bathroom. But my kitchen needs to be redone, so I might go with them for that in several months.

I had an excellent experience with Affordable Baths, Inc! My upstairs bathroom needed to be *completely* remodeled, and I was on the lookout for a company who would tackle the entire job for me - from gutting and drywall to painting, tiling, appliances, and accessories. Affordable Baths did just that!

Craig is very friendly and he was willing to sit down and help me select the paint color, tile, vanity, and quartz for my new bathroom, and he had excellent suggestions! Christine kept in touch with me every step of the way, and was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or concern throughout the process. Igor and Fazio expertly handled the carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. As you can see, this is a great team! :) Despite a glitch involving a shower door that didn't wind up working out for me, everything went incredibly smoothly and I'm thrilled with the results! I'd definitely hire Affordable Baths again, and I would recommend this company to anyone. :)

Affordable Bath is my savior, due to circumstances Craig took on this bathroom remodeling job and so happy I found this company. Great people to work with. Good honest workers were at the house each with their own high level craftsmanship.

I contracted with Craig to do a full gut and replace for my 1980s bathroom. Christine was the project manager and she kept in touch daily making sure that each trade arrived on time and did quality work that I was satisfied with. I am taking this opportunity to leave feedback for a recent bathroom remodel completed by Affordable Baths, Inc. We completely gutted our bathroom, changed the floor plan, and added a wall where there was a door. We are thrilled with the final outcome of this project. They were professional, showed up when they said they would, cleaned up everything every day and kept us informed every step of this process. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship they provided us. They have an incredible showroom, which you can visit, to see and plan out every detail of your project.

Affordable Baths exceeded my expectations when it came to my remodeling project. They did a full remodel of both my full bathroom and half bathroom and I could not be more happy with the results. Both jobs were completed on time and everyone I dealt with was professional from start to finish. I would recommend Affordable Baths to anyone looking for a high-quality and affordable bathroom remodel.

Our bathroom was finished a few days later than promised. Trash pick up took an additional week beyond the promised completion date. I had zero issues with the workers except the plumber named Ryan. Several times he would fail to show up when he personally said he would be here. No call, no explanation that something came up. We had issues with the new tub not getting hot water ( which was not an issue with old tub ) Ryan offered various reasons why this was happening none of them seeming to make any sense and all of them proving to be false. This problem was finally resolved by a different plumber.
In our experience Craig was very responsive to our calls and concerns in the beginning. Once a contract was signed he was a little harder get a hold of and took days for him to return a phone call or text.
Three months ago the drain in the new tub stopped working. It took about two weeks to have a plumber ( Ryan ) come out and fix it. When he was here he stated the drain needed a new part that he had to get and he would be back the next morning. He never showed up and never called to say he couldn't make it here. We called the office and Christine stated that they can't get a hold of him either and apologized. She said she would call us back to set up an appointment when they contact Ryan. Several weeks later and no contact with Craig or Christine ( not for a lack of effort ) I finally get Christine to return a voicemail. She apologized again and stated she thought the drain was fixed. She said she will send out a different plumber to fix. We left her a voicemail with several dates we are available for this. We still haven't heard back from her.
It has now been several months with the tub drain not working and Affordable Bath's NOT standing behind their work. Seems like a simple fix too.
I see from reading other reviews that Craig responds and says something along the lines of sorry to hear your having issues, send me a private message. Craig, we have done that numerous times. This forum seems to be how to actually get a hold of you.
Now the good.
Jamie, who did a lot of the work, was very professional, punctual and efficient, as was all of his crew.
The same can be said for the electrician.
We are thinking of remodeling our kitchen, we will be looking elsewhere.

Craig is a nice man who has wonderful products but probably needs to screen his workers better. They did a nice job on the bathroom but broke a pipe while working on the toilet and flooded our house. It took months for them to repair the damage. Additionally they never cleaned up after themselves leaving quite a mess that we were left to deal with.

The bathroom remodel was a success, there were a few bumps in the road but Craig addressed all the issues, there was only one day where one of the contractors did not show up: The only complaint I would have is that the final trash removal never happened, I contacted Craig several times but he never scheduled a pick up date. I advised him I was having a big cookout on the following weekend and I need the trash removed, I never heard from him again. Over 4 weeks after the job was co,plate and I had to pay someone to remove the trash from my yard:. Lesson learned, don’t pay until the entire job is complete including trash removal.

I hired affordable baths last year to do a complete bathroom remodel. Here is my professional opinion on everything:

Affordable baths has a beautiful showroom that I brought my significant other to. We enjoyed picking out everything and the owner was very helpful.

The living situation was tough, not because of affordable baths, but because we only had one bathroom so had to live at my parents. Affordable baths did the bathroom in the scheduled amount of time. I found a few imperfections but the owner fixed it and did 100% effort to fix mostly everything.
The only thing that should have been brought up was the bathroom door entrance was very close to hitting the new vanity but still cleared it by a hair. Affordable baths said if it ever hit they would come back, which I believe them.

Affordable baths did everything from gutting the existing layout, to installing floors (which we loved), installing vanity, installing tub, installing ceiling and plumbing for a reasonable rate.

I’d recommend Affordable Baths to people who are looking for a new bathroom. Even I am a perfectionist and love how the bathroom came out. Nice job!

Great showroom shows multiple views of materials and bathroom potential. Craig and his team did an incredible job of remodeling my bathroom at a great price. I've recommended Affordable Bath to many friends. Although there were some minor problems during the project, like all projects, Craig worked with his team to correct all problems quickly and still finished the project ahead of schedule.
