We were happy to work with Eva at Lake City Toyota. She was not only highly professional, answering every question, but friendly, with no high pressure. She was knowledgeable of every aspect of the vehicle. Additionally, she willingly came into the office the next day on her off-day to complete the delivery. The finance person was helpful, trying to, of course, upsell, but never in a high pressure way. Thank you for an excellent experience, thus far. Service is an important aspect of a dealership and I will review it when I go there later.

We came in with a trade vehicle. The offer for the trade was fair. Alex and Ernesto were very helpful when it came to finding the car we wanted and coming to a good deal! We went with the Camry on the floor! Such a beautiful car. Frank helped up on the finance side. He was very transparent and answered all of our questions. I love how thorough everyone was from the get go- they don’t BS you- they keep it real and make the process very straightforward. Buying a car is always nerve wracking in my experience but it was a breeze here! I definitely recommend working with them if you’re interested in buying a Toyota in the north FL area.

Will never return to this business. On three separate occasions, they have told us something was wrong with our vehicle. When we took it to another mechanic for a second opinion, we were told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. On an occasion that we had a repair done, we were given a “courtesy” car. Two weeks AFTER the service was completed, I saw a charge on my credit card. It shouldn’t have taken that long to show up. Very shady!

Ava did a great job,she stayed with methe 5 hours I was there,and finnaly got my new 25 Toyota Corolla Cross, but it wasn't at the lot. She said I can pick it up Friday,June 6th. Hope she comes through, not like the guy who sold me the 24 Toyota Corolla Cross, he WASN'T HONEST,and just wanted to sell a car?Not 2 weeks after I got my lease 24 Toyota Corolla Cross,he left. This guy SHOULDN'T BE SELLING ANYTHING AGAIN. THANK YOU AGAIN TO THR GENERAL MANAGER,WHO SPOKE TO THE BANK,AND AVA GETTING ME IN MY NEW SUV. GREAT JOB TOO YOU BOTH.

I don't recommend anyone buying from.thus dealer or any car dealer in lake city owned and operated by the Morgan group they car we bought has had multiple problems even after they guaranteed it didn't they will tell you that you bought the car as is so they don't have to do anything even the that isn't the case get all your paperwork hard copy's so they don't change it to benefit themselves

Christian was excellent. Although I ended up spending 10 hours at the dealership, it wasn't as painful as one would think.

The salesman Andre he went above an beyond to get us in a vechiles the finance guy Frank really crunched the numbers to make it all pull together. If not for lake city Toyota we would still be in the market for a vehicle most the other deal ships around the area especially walts live oak Ford in live oak FL tell you they can help you but in reality all they care about is numbers and $$ they lie about stuff and they refuse to tell you what type of vehicle they are trying to get you approved for but thankfully that's not how lake city Toyota does business they really do go the extra mile to help their customers!

It is said you have 72 hours to not take the car. I called when I got home that I did not want to do the deal as I did not even have the car as it needed a repair and also it cost more that I was told and they do not pay you old car off for 20 days after the purchase, so you gets to pay more car payments despite getting ripped off by them. I would never get a car from them if they were the last dealer on earth this is no way to treat people

Being this transaction was from out-of-state. I found everybody at Lake City to be very helpful, and we got things done right away. I'm very pleased with me the whole transaction. This was the best experience I’ve ever had working with a dealership. Everything was transparent and there was no high pressure sales tactics used even when I told them I was looking at another car to test drive.
Turns out it was good that I was able to compare the two dealerships because everyone at Lake City Toyota was professional, kind and helpful. Caleb was awesome to work with AND Bob, the GM came and talked with us and personally thanked us for our business. Overall I would recommend this team to anyone.

Our Salesman was Caleb, Managers: Bob and Brandon were kind likable and friendly. It was a great experience. The only dealership in town where we have felt comfortable and not pressured or ripped off. In my experience of buying from dealers (9 in all) I've never met a manager before now usually they remain behind closed doors. We went in several times in a period of a week as the used car needed some TLC before we bought it and the Managers spoke with us each visit and thanked us for our business when the deal was done.

Sean was great! Everything was quick and easy. He accommodated my needs and I was out within a few hours.

Everyone was nice and prices were reasonable however I was disappointed when I got home and my husband who is a mechanic fully inspected the vehicle. My breaks were at below 5%. There was no fluids in my vehicle. Basically there was no maintenance done on it. I’m not sure who or what kind of mechanics they have there but they do NOT do their job and Toyota should always inspect these pre owned vehicles prior to selling them.

There was a little area inside that the kids could play in while I was dealing with paperwork. Staff was super friendly. The finance manager, Frank I believe his name is, was outstanding and incredibly patient (considering I had two cranky kids towards the end of the sale). Had a accident and returned to Lake City Toyota to replace my RAV4. Expecting the ability to work with the same sales rep. Dealing with my father's passing the previous week I gave him all the financial and down-payment info and rental car return date, I got the RAV4 i wanted but no extended warranty or gap insurance coverage I told them I needed. Bad feelings on this deal.

I had an outstanding car buying experience with Andre and Caleb. All of the sales staff were very friendly and courteous. It was a very busy sales day so, I was there for quite a few hours. No biggie. The staff offered me snacks and a drinks several times, even some pizza!!! I would highly recommend this place for a great car buying experience!
