One of the best places to get a car from the sales department to the service department it was almost like walking into Chick-fil-A to purchase a car. They were so nice and pleasant, and they made sure that I were satisfied with your purchase and the service that I got. This was a short turnaround from my initially experience with Kia of the Shoals. There’s new management team that they have is really up the games of the Kia experience. It is definitely a 10 out of 10 if I had to recommend. The sales person, Ms. Pitman and the store manager. Mr. Jones were very active and making sure that I receive the best and they went above and beyond to meet my satisfaction.

My review is strictly to the service department. Me and a buddy installed a new motor in my 2015 optima. I called to ask if it needed to be flashed to the computer. Was told over the phone it needed programming. I call back the next day scheduled an appointment for 10am on May 9th was told it would take long at all. I dropped it off an hour and a half early. Got a call back saying it would be Monday before they got to it. Then got a second call saying they found a mechanic who had time to look at it but it still wouldn't crank but it was updated was also was then told that year model didn't have to be flashed as far as installing the motor and then told me that the mechanic was asking for an extra 2 hours to look at it with their labor is 199 per hour witch so far theyve wasted and hour of my money because they dont know if its needs programming or not. my appointment time was not honored the service department can't make up their mind of what they need to do. The only reason gave 1 star is because the lady at the desk was friendly and proffesional. Will not give the mechanics or service advisor any credit for anything as far as the mechanics and advisor my recommendation is to take your car to a true mechanic not to someone who thinks they know it all because they work at a dealership. We are down to no car because of an accident and these people were supposed to be fixing my back up car.

The new management has made this dealership so much better than it was before and better than the several dealerships I have dealt with in purchasing my new car. Everyone I dealt with has been friendly, the trade-in value I was offered was among the best I have received and the general manager made sure I was taken care of.

Different name same greenway experience

Went in to look at a 4Runner, was told it was available and could come look at and test drive only to be told we couldn’t test drive before the tires were changed, so went back the next day for them to tell me the price had been updated because the sales manager had looked at it before pricing it, After driving it and agreeing on a price we signed and I went on my way. 15 miles later the check engine light came on, had it scanned and the code had been stored to the computer but the light had been deleted so you could see the code if it had ever been hooked up to a scanner, while heading back to the dealership it went into limp mode(25mph top speed) all the way back to the dealership, just for the service manager to tell my wife that she wasn’t even sure if it had been test driven. The detail job was half done( bugs still on the dash, armor all over spray on the gauges and windshield). Overall bad experience and a waste of a day, would not recommend buying used without taking it to an actual mechanic, that doesn’t stand to make money off a sale, at any greenway much less Kia of the shoals. Good way to waste gas, time, and money all in a single experience

I will never carrying my car back to this place. I said this the first car I bought from them. They didn't nothing but screw up my tires on 2021 k5. Now I have 2025 k5 I carried it for the first oil change! Told them to line my car and make sure everything was done correct. We'll then they pull the car out of the service dept. Then tell me oh yeah your car failed the alignment test. After I done told them to make sure the car was lined up!! So people if you go there for your so called free oil changes make sure you tell them 15x to line your car up!! Might want to say 15 different languages because obviously English is not what the understand there. My car will never go back to this again! Just like I told the manger when I bought it! If your smart you will carry your car to a different kia dealership because these people don't know what the heck they are doing there or maybe it's just they don't listen to the customer!!! Un freaking real! Then trust me there nothing free about there so called free oil changes that's a dang joke!!!

We went to Greenway Kia of the Shoals on November 19th. We were met by a young salesman named Cameron who had only been working there 2 weeks. After a test drive of what I thought I wanted (it wasn't the one), I looked at the Telluride on the showroom floor. I told Cameron what my "dream" car would be. He spoke to another salesman, who after some research found my car in Georgia. We made a deal and my new car was here the next day! Everyone at Greenway was great. I would highly recommend Greenway Kia, and especially Cameron if you're looking for a new ride. I'm 100% satisfied!

Well, I’ll begin by saying I’m a picky customer! Picky, as in difficult! (Did I mention I was picky?!) I know what I want and will search until I find it. I just thank God for Josh at Greenway. He was patient with me while I waited for the PERFECT car. Our patience paid off. I also appreciated the hard work and dedication of the General Manager (Maurice Dobbins), who highly emphasized the need for me to be totally satisfied before signing anything. Buyers beware. My son bought a certified preowned 2020 kia soul. Less than year later, transmission went out due to loose screw causing transmission leak. No symptoms at all, no fluid showing leaking, then bam overnight there was trouble. No one has touched this car except Greenway except for oil change done by another dealer. Warranty doesn't cover since it was a loose screw even though noone has touched it since it left
Greenway Kia. Greenway calls it an act of God!

Have tried to buy from this dealership 6 or 7 times over the past 5 years and never had any luck! I decided to give them one more shot and apparently they are under new management and with a little bit of hard negotiating on my end they agreed to my offer and my wife is extremely happy with her new 2025 Kia K5. Joshua the salesman and Sarah the manager were both great to deal with! If you have had a bad experience here in the past, give them another chance.

Mr. Braxtan Tallison was wonderful, he’s young, but he’s educated. He takes pride in himself. Just bought a car yesterday from him, I’ll ignore the zip tied on mirror and dog chewed side skirt that wasn’t known or disclosed, I believe it just wasn’t known judging by his reactions lol.

Now, on the dealership side. They bent over backwards for me. But somehow my 16.5k car was 19.2k out the door when I paid cash up front lol

All in all, if I were to buy from a dealership again, it would probably be this one, with Braxtan and I’d probably ask the detail guy to do it again lol (did a horrid job on mine, albeit last minute before close purchase, can’t fuss too much on it).

Garbage dealership. I spent over a week attempting to get someone to truly help me with a vehicle they had for sale. I was initially told it was at a different dealership for a recall and they would call me back to give me an ETA which they never did. Finally several days in a different salesman told me the truck was there on a Thursday and I could come look at it that day. I talked to them over the next two days and went down that Saturday. That vehicle was not there and never was brought back from the other dealership because it was not fixed yet. I drove two hours to go look at it. They then added $395 for “nitrogen” in the tires which is non negotiable and $1590 for an exterior and interior stain prevention thing on a 6 year old 65,000 mile vehicle covered in stains and chips and this service was mandatory unless I financed it so they could get a bank kick back. This dealership is a poorly managed money grab. This is said after 6 different employees “helped” us attempt to pay cash for a vehicle standing in the dealership.

We went here because of an add and voucher saying they could help those upside down on a vehicle. I message to ensure I understood the program right and my daughter called for the same reason.

The representative was nice enough, but none of the things they advertised was true. Be aware of false advertising and deals at this location. It's mainly a gimic to get business.

Went up for the zero down bad credit no credit everyone approved blowout even had a apt for 345 pm went in super early like 1pm just to take a look around and see what all they had and what I might be interested in was greated by a young sales person. Was ultimately told they could not help me because I didn’t have a credit score so the event was a lie and to drive the 1 hour bad very bad will not recommend to anyone ever.

Colton Cooper was excellent to work with. He was honest and upfront about the car we bought. He was not pushy but gave us a lot of information and answered all questions. We got to the car lot 30 minutes before they closed. At least 6 people were still there after all other customers had left!!!! They made sure we were taken care of. Colton and the young lady in the back that handled all the finance papers locked the door behind us at about 9:00pm. I would recommend these folks 100%.

Do NOT buy a new vehicle from this dealership... they are nothing but a scam. DO NOT SERVICE your new vehicle there, they will attempt to talk you into a service that you don't need at a ridiculous cost!! I, personally, am out three hundred dollars, after going in for a "free" oil change on my new Kia Rio.This dealership should be out of business. I will NEVER do business there again!!

I have had nothing but great reviews up until now with the service department. Let me be clear, it is just one person in particular, not the entire department. Needless to say, we will never buy another vehicle from GreenWay Kia. My car has been in the shop for 8 days now. We experienced some issues with the motor of my car, got the car in to the shop and waited. We had zero updates until we started calling a week later. One of the service department desk clerks has shown absolutely zero compassion or sincerity during this time, when we just wanted a simple update of “yes we have gotten to your car and are working to get everything finished” or “no we have not gotten to your car but we will get to it shortly”. If it had not been for us calling at the one week mark, we would have never gotten an update from someone. It is not easy having complications with a main mode of transportation but not having an update and being shamed for calling for a simple update is absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. This matter will most definitely be taken further than just with the clerk himself. We are EXTREMELY dissatisfied with our experience this go around.
