Habitat for Humanity ReStore- Tuscaloosa

Had some time to kill while my daughter was having a college visit so I decided to wander the store. I’m in from Chicago and the restore by our house in the suburbs is much bigger but there was still a lot of furniture to chose from.

There was a small house where section, but the items I wanted did not have a price tag on it, and no one acknowledged me when I was in the store.

There was quite a bit of furniture. I thought the prices were a bit high but it’s for a good cause and still cheaper than buying new. There were tons of things like PVC pipe parts, plumbing, tools. I didn’t really look at prices but everything was nicely bagged and hanging.

I saw a lot of artwork that I liked but wouldn’t have room to bring home but aside from that there wasn’t much for me.

Very great place to get you stuff I got quite a bit of stuff over there I've taken a bunch of stuff over there this is a good place to get started in a business or even remodeling the house it has good stuff for a new house nice place

This place runs for a good cause, but the store is very disorganized and the selection of items is very limites.

This young lady who works there is so nice, helpful and so energetic. I can always find something there I need.

Good store for picking up odds and ends for your home and it benefits our local Habitat organization with each purchase. It’s one of those stores that you have to check back often if there’s something on particular you are looking for.

Wish I had more time to spend there this past time, but I love the Restore, especially the two in Houston. Great deals, friendly staff and a usable, working restroom! Hope I can go back soon!

I love shopping at the habitat restore the workers are so pleasant and friendly and the items that they sell are in very good condition

Great furniture conditions ,excellent customer service, associates really take time to help with whatever needs I had ! Definitely a 10/10 store !!!

I know! And now I’m parked in Center. People are friendly, store was clean. Perhaps in the future you’ll have a nice new sign on the building. It was hard to find.

The ReStore is a great place to pick up larger building materials like doors, windows, etc. Staff is always nice and will help load larger stuff into your vehicle.

We stopped by to make a donation of an item. But we did look around at their showroom and fixtures. I can see we will be back again for home improvement supplies.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Extremely generous, friendly, compassionate, and caring individuals that made my experience a joy from the moment that I stepped through the door. Thanks Restore Team!!!

I went to apply for help with repairs for our house. Will have to wait for them to contact me with more information.

They had the product i was looking for but not the color. The employee's was kind ask you if you needed help,upon leaving ask did i find what I needed an she told me she would keep check on it.Very helpful.

The store itself has some good deals. We dropped off donations and the volunteers were great, but whoever the girl in charge was, she was not very pleasant. She didn't have a kind word for anyone, whether it was a donator or a volunteer.

I love going here. Nice staff and great treasures to be found. I am slowly refurbishing my 'fixer-upper' and have made quite a lot of purchases over the past 4 years, with more years to go. The store has always been neat and organized, but Kudos on the increased organization this past year. The time being spent shows! Browsing (or treasure hunting) is always a recommendation for a store like this, but you have made it so much easier when I'm looking for that specific solution. Thank you.

These people have been a great help to me in my megar efforts to make my house a safe and comfortable home. I look forward to returning soon. Amen

Good for home improvement projects, though I didn't find what I was looking for. The housewares area was fairly small.

Lots of great deals on contractor job left-overs or replacement fixtures, paint, doors, cabinets, hardware, and sometimes flooring. Miscellaneous stuff for the house.
Friendly employees. Ask for Al. He's been there awhile and a very nice guy!
They pick up your donations at your site. Just call to schedule a pick-up. No junk, though! You can also deliver your donations.

Since they've moved to 14th St. The store is clean, employees were very nice and helpful even to the point when I ask if the prices were correct on some items, I was told they price decorative items high enough no one will pay that price, he stated it was easier than saying "not for sale ". Everything is donated, which I have donated many items. Why would they not want to sell items other than to be saving for someone? Will not be donating here anymore!!!
