The staff is always very friendly, I have not had the food in a long time but this review is due to me picking up several delivery orders for my job. There is always a very long wait, all of the customers seem fairly agitated due to the wait time, they often get the order wrong, but they catch it and then have to fix it which causes a longer wait. Everyone back there seems to be very very busy working, I don't know if they need more staff or more training.

It was a good experience all in all people are friendly and inviting and the food was good it has been a while since I've eaten at KFC and I'm glad I stopped one of the gals even brought me out some hand wipes after I finished eating which was a nice gesture. I did notice that the wall was cracking and the ceiling was leaking looks like there's a roof leak.

They were extremely busy, they had in no time run out of chicken. The manager and crew immediately put more in all fryers.
I could have backed out and left, but my mouth was all set for their coleslaw and mashed potatoes gravy and biscuits...so i stayed.
I got my order and it was worth the wait.
A shout out to the manager and employees of that franchise!

Went through the drive-thru. They gave me two warm drinks, so I had to go inside and remake them. I waited 20 minutes outside as they said I should, went in, and they didn't have my order. They argued with me about it trying to say I didn't order. I ended up getting a full refund. Crew needs retraining bad. It was dead no one was here. Crew was on there phones when I entered. Ps it was just two famous bowls. I should have not been patient that was my fault.

I paid $51 dollars only to receive half of the order. The person who answered and said he was the manager was Rickey and he had an attitude and gave the actual manager Tasha the phone. He told Tasha that she needed to get the phone before he snapped. He then walked away cursing. When Tasha got the phone, all she did was talk over me and not even allow me to explain what happened. If Rickey and Tasha are at this store when you arrive, Run!!!!! They are extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

I went through drive thru, the employee that took my order was so nice! The lady that took my money was so nice also! My food was ready when I got to the window. Got home to eat, food is great! Thank you KFC!! Great job!

The person who was taking our order did not respond on the speaker. We waited there for a little while, until we decided to go to the window to order. While we were at the window, we asked if she could take our order, and she refused. We asked to speak with the manager, and she said that it was her.

My husband and I went to this KFC tonight. We both ordered the ten dollar box, we told the lady our order and she repeated it back to us. Fast forward we get our food and make it home after waiting about four-five minutes for our food. Our orders were completely wrong. I called the manager within fifteen minutes of having our explaining that our order was wrong. She continuously kept trying to talk over me while I was explaining. The young lady who made our order is the one who answered the phone was at first. Her supervisor and I were super unprofessional and extremely rude.

The front door was locked, which was unfortunate because an employee was outside smoking by the side door I had to use.

The store was dirty. There were dirty napkins under the tables. The drink machine was apparently leaking so much all over the floor that they had to block off that entire side of the restaurant with chairs. There was a sticky residue seemingly on every surface.

They apparently gave my order to someone else by mistake and I had to come back for them to remake the correct order.

While I was waiting for my order, they were swearing loudly in the kitchen and carrying on a vulgar conversation. The cashier was not so much rude as completely aloof and uninterested in customer service.

The food was good, but the store is in dire need of better management.

We haven't had KFC in years bc the food hadn't been good. But we heard they have improved so we took a chance and....It felt like back in thendays when I was a kid and my Dad would bring home a bucket of chicken... So it was hot juicy and good

I come an average of once per month to feed my family. I only ever order the 12 piece extra crispy meal with 2 large mash potatoes and 1 large coleslaw. For the last 3 visits in a row I was given half extra crispy and half original because they don't keep of with cooking chicken well enough. They do ask if it's OK. So there's that. At least they ask if it's OK?

Her name is Tasha and she just screamed at me in front of customers and talk to me like I am incompetent of doing my job she makes me feel way below myself all she does is make me cry she will also get into Marcus's face cuss him out while in his face and that I'm sorry that is not how you run a store you do not treat people that way if you are a manager but yet nothing is done about it the store is nasty as can be no matter what she is always right she is a horrible person and does not need to be a GM here at this place she needs to go somewhere else but sent me home because I asked her if one bag was ready so she's going to scream at me in front of customers and cuss at me

Best fast-food place in Hot Springs! The staff is always friendly, they are accommodating and their chicken is always tasty and juice while the fries are hot, crispy and freshly cooked. This place must have good management.

I tried to use the app and make my order. And for some reason I could not check out in the app . I went in and the manager would not honor the price . I am sure there was a way to get the chicken at the app price. But she was very rude and disrespectful. Thanks for your time and consideration.

Store was filthy waited 45 minutes for food and didn't even get what I paid $50 for! Chicken straps were so old they were rock hard and inedible! They gave me thighs instead of breast's and I SPECIFICALLY ASKED how many breast I would get. I needed 2 I got 1 breast and some rocks to eat. The sides were great I guess! Tried to call the store MULTIPLE times, they never answered! This location needs to be shut down, cleaned up, and new management hired!
They definitely won't get another 50 from me

Ordered on the app. Went to the location when it told me to on the app. Got there and I was told that there was a 20 minute wait for the chicken. The lady said they “ran out”. Okay no problem. But 54 minutes later….. waited for my order for almost an hour after the time the app said it would be ready.
The lady running the drive thru was not very pleasant or didn’t seem like she wanted to be working.

Did an order ahead then had to wait 30 minutes at the restaurant for the order. There was workers going out back playing on phones while customers were sitting in cars waiting for their orders. Finally get the order and head home. Got home and the order wasn't correct. Tried calling the restaurant to let them know I was on my way back to get it fixed. They finally answered after the 5th try. Got there then had to wait until someone finally came to the counter to help me. They finally gave me to 50 nuggets that I had ordered. By this time it had been over an hour since I placed the order through the app. Got home and the nuggets were dry and there wasn't 50 nuggets in the box. This was very poor service and I would not recommend the food anymore.

I do not have high expectations for fast food, you get what you pay for. What I do not understand is why I have to pull around to the parking lot when there are absolutely no other cars in the drive through. A “six minute” wait turned into a 45 minute ordeal and being forgotten about. KFC was dead whenever I ordered, 20 minutes after they had an increase of people coming and going with their food. Some sitting down, enjoying their meal, and leaving. When I finally went inside to check on my order, the food was still “not ready”. I politely waited, while the staff worked to get my order ready. When I finally arrived home, the food was subpar, and it looks like one of the workers pushed their finger through one of the biscuits. - I hate writing a negative review, but I feel like it should be shared since the service was very poor.

Service sucked Renea did not seem like she wanted to serve us then when I came in to tell her she didn't put Mac n cheese on my recipe she looked down said mm k and walked off peeved

We frequently visited this location for lunch but will not return until changes are made. Staff and managers are extremely rude, and unattentive.. The food has become horrible original chicken is now crispy and over cooked, mac and cheese noodles are very firm, and corn is brown. Please make some serious changes to this location. My family enjoys KFC but I refuse to visit there until changes are made.

APPALLING FOOD!!

BEWARE. THIS LOCATION IS PRODUCING FOOD THAT IS NOT CONDUCIVE TO ANY STANDARD.

I couldn't rate it, it was so disturbing.

FOOD IS COLD, TASTELESS AND MADE US VERY ILL FOR SEVERAL DAYS. TRUST AND BELIEVE THAT IT DOES NOT MAKE US FEEL GOOD TO POST THIS. HOWEVER, SOMETHING BY THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE DONE IMMEDIATELY!!!

I visited this KFC around noon today with Intentions of ordering 2 buckets of chicken for our family reunion. No one was at the front registers. So I walked around to where the workers could see me. No one acknowledged me at all as I stood waiting for a few minutes. I'm pretty sure I don't have the super powers of invisibility. I exited the building and decided maybe the drive through would be a better option. There was one other vehicle in front of me as I waited.... and waited.
I wondered what was taking so long so I Rolled down my window and never heard the person make an order. I waited 5 minutes. Apparently, they never got to order anything.
So I drove down to Walmart and bought chicken from the deli. Do better KFC!! Ridiculous! I would have expected better on a busy street such as Central Avenue especially for travelers. Not a good impression for Hotsprings,Arkansas

My husband and kids wanted to go here. We went inside to eat and it took almost 20 minutes for our order as the drive thru window was being kicked out as soon as they pulled up. I'm not really a fan of KFC, and this just solidified why I don't like it.

I have been to this KFC numerous times but for the first time in a long time I was treated with respect. Acknowledged instead of ignored so this visit is why it got a 5 star ⭐. The courtesy that we received makes me want to go back again. Keep up the good work!!! Thank you for making my visit the best it's been in a long time

Use the app for the first time ordered the $20 box. The app told me it was ready for pick up and when I arrived at 3:30 the scheduled time they haven’t even started waiting another 30 minutes before it was ready to go.

Not sure why it takes so long.
Won’t be using this app it kept saying the order was ready but like I said they hadn’t even started it.

Had to wait fifteen minutes for my two 3/4 piece tender combo. They conveniently left off the 4 extra biscuits I paid for.
That's the last time I get ripped off at this location.
I get so weary of restaurants ripping off people by conveniently leaving out parts of your order. Mistakes happen but every single time when there's no rush and it isn't busy?

If I could give them a zero I would I had a to go order that I order through there app at around 4:45pm on 7/22/23 and it has taken more than a hour for it to be completed when it was supposed to be done and ready to go at 5:05 no compassion for the super long wait at all and there drink machine was messed up to didn’t have half of the drinks we order had to ask to make them as well since it wasn’t being done and I was very thirsty worst experience I’ve ever had here

The dining room was dirty, nowhere to sit as the tables, chairs and booths were dirty & sticky.
The chicken nuggets were so small that it was only flour in several pieces, no meat. The fries tasted like they were cooked in fish oil.
My chicken sandwich was ok. It tasted fishy as well, and my bun had a black ⚫️ print on the top bun. But the pickles on my sandwich were great.
My husband's food was good to him, tho.
