we bought a jeep with stipulations of getting thing that was wrong with it fixed. I was told all parts are in go ahead and bring it in that was Tuesday after mothers day 2025 it is now June 24th had it over a month get told it will be fixed by Friday. didn't hear anything. I call no answer. they take a message no return call it really is crap that I have had to pay the first payment and haven't even got to drive it more than 3 or 4 days. Updates would be appreciated.

We came in for the routine oil change on our Jeep Latitude. We had a coupon and they honored it. Service staff was outstanding and very attentive to us. Breakroom had fresh coffee and hot chocolate waiting for us. We will definitely return for any future maintenance on our Jeep and also if we should choose to shop for a new car or truck.

My husband and I both have Ram trucks and always have a great experience with the service dept. Jeremy is knowledgeable and gets us taken care of. Miranda and Tracy are always super friendly, and go out of their way and treat us like family. We don’t know all the technicians but Cory and Tyler have always been top notch and super friendly. We recently purchased a new Grand Cherokee when the dealership was going through an acquisition so this review goes towards the previous ownership, Riser Jeep. Our salesmen, Lewie & Hunter, were hands down the best. This father/son duo were so great to work with. If all salesmen could be like them, purchasing vehicles would be effortless. The gentleman who did our finance paperwork was the best; very thorough and explained every single thing. This being said, my 2 star review goes towards the sales & finance and I only did 2 because 5 stars won’t get the attention that less will. Now, service after the sale is a whole different experience. The service department is the absolute worse service department I’ve ever experienced. We had issues with the heated seats so we scheduled with one service coordinator, who agreed they weren’t working properly. During the period of time our vehicle was in their care, SEVERAL of the service department employees quit, including their service manager and the original coordinator we dealt with. We were told that they were down to just 2 or 3 techs. Jeremy took on the load and did the best he could with what he was given. Because of this, what should’ve been a quick turnaround turned into a 2 week ordeal, a nightmare. Our vehicle sat on their lot for a week before it was ever looked at. Upon going back and forth, we were finally told that Chrysler felt it was working “according to their standards” and we were told they could do nothing more and we could come get it. But wait, there’s more! Before we were able to pick it up, my jeep app notified me that my jeep was being driven - a total of 20 miles to be exact. The app travel history showed the exact route driven and speeds; which were well over the speed limit. We were told that it was mistaken for another Jeep that was in for service and topping off the gas tank would make things right (to clarify, it already had a full tank when dropped off). To me, this does not make it right. When we picked it up, it was filthy. Covered in mud inside and out and there was a shoe print on the backseat. In summary, our entire experience with the service department was a complete nightmare and it makes me worried to even drop it off for its free oil changes. I can only hope that new owners do an entire overhaul in their service department. Also, I’m still driving with less than ideal functioning heated seats.

Riser service Department! In for my second oil change at Riser! Tech found oil leak around oil cooler on my Jeep Wrangler. I have extended warranty with a small deductible so the tech was calling the warranty & received approval. I was told by Riser tech he would call when he had all parts. That never happened! Called talked with tech Jeremy & he said waiting on warranty approval! I called the warranty & approval had already been furnished to Riser. I found out the tech that received approval quit. Appointment was set,work to be done & completed Monday 3/17/25. Jeep was at Riser Saturday 3/15/25 ready for Monday. I called Riser shop Wednesday evening since I have heard nothing. I was told the new seals installed was leaking had to re-order . I will update after completion of the repair. The tech's will always give a time of completion but never happened. This has happened every time I've used the Riser service department. The service I had done previously was much longer ,over two weeks many times trying to find out why I was getting engine lights. Riser couldn't find the problem & finally I located the issue was a wire connector within the fuse box under hood. I took it to Riser shop & had to show the Techs.. Riser ordered & replaced the fuse box & wiring harness. Problem solved after months of back & fourth to Riser. This has been a totally inconvenience,time consuming nightmare.

Had a great experience recently when we bought a used Jeep at Riser Dodge in Hot Springs, AR. Our salesman Lewie Bryant was honest, down to earth and definitely not a high pressure salesperson. He was patient, kind and attentive. Our financial representative was manager Jeff Lively. He did a better job than most in his explanations and in his helpful details on the financial aspects of our purchase. My wife and I were very happy with our trip to Riser Dodge in Hot Springs.

I EMAILED MANAGEMENT BEFORE I SUBMITTED THIS REVIEW 3 WEEKS AGO AND IT IS YET TO BE REPLIED TO BUT THEY HOPPED ON GOOGLE IMMEDIATELY FOR OPTICS TO APPEAR SORRY BY REPLTING TO MY REVIEW. I AM NOT BUYING IT! AND WHY SHOULD I CALL YOU TO TURN THE SITUATION POSITIVE. THAT IS ON YOU ALL TO MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT. AND IF YOU HAD READ THE EMAIL I SENT YOU WOULD HAVE SEEN MY PREFERRED METHOD OF CONTACT.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I scheduled an appointment online for service, which was easy to use and initially gave me hope for a smooth process. My husband dropped off our only vehicle early in the morning, and they even provided him a shuttle to work, which was great. However, that’s where the positives ended. By lunchtime, we still hadn’t heard anything, so I called to check on the status—only to find out they hadn’t even looked at it. No communication, no courtesy call, nothing. When I asked about a loaner vehicle, I was told they only had four, and none were available. This was a major inconvenience, especially since we rely on this vehicle daily. We were left with no choice but to rent a car, an unexpected expense right before the holidays. Days passed before we finally got an update—only after repeatedly calling them ourselves. When they determined the issue required a teardown, they tried to pressure us into authorizing it out-of-pocket, despite our extended warranty explicitly stating that the dealership had to contact them first. I had to constantly follow up, and at one point, the dealership claimed they couldn’t reach the warranty company. I called myself and got through immediately—proving that they hadn’t even tried. The delays dragged on for over a month. I was constantly told "it’ll be ready by the end of the week," only to call back and hear the same excuse over and over again. When we finally got the truck back, it wouldn't even start! After waiting another 30 minutes for them to fix it, we were finally able to drive away—only to realize they didn’t even bother to clean or vacuum it after having it for over a month. That's not required but would have been a nice courtesy considering they had the truck for a month and a half.
This dealership completely lacks communication, urgency, and professionalism. If you value your time, money, and sanity, take your vehicle elsewhere. I would never recommend this service department to anyone.

Over the weekend, my truck experienced difficulties during my drive from Tennessee to Texas. After speaking with the folks at Riser, my truck was towed to the dealership. A special thanks to Jeff in Finance who took the time to drive me to a hotel for the night since I couldn't get a rental. I can't say enough good things about the kindness and help I received from him. I'm back in TX now while my truck remains in AR awaiting repairs. I'm looking forward to writing another great review as soon as I get back there to pick up my truck.

Shopping on the Internet, I found a truck I was interested in and I connected with Hunter at Riser Dodge. He managed to hook me up with a used truck from his lot that met my needs.
I was shopping from out of state so he went out of his way to familiarize me with the vehicle before I made the drive to the dealership. The vehicle turned out to be exactly what I was looking for and I can honestly say it was the best dealer purchase experiences I’ve ever had.

Bought a used 2018 jeep rubicon from a different dealership and it had some issues. I took it to riser dodge and they fixed it. Had an issue with the repairs done, they paid to tow it back to the dealership and no charge to make it right. The guys in service are great(Tristen). Thanks

It took a week to have them look at what was draining the battery. Then when I go to pick it up, they had left a headlight wiring harness unplugged, low air pressure in the tires, and did not hook the gps back up like I had asked. The lights on the dash about the low air pressure and no light on the driver side is something anyone would see when starting the van. $350 for a 5 minute fix.

I requested a multiple point inspection. I also wanted the transmission checked along with the backup lights. The transmission and backup lights were fixed, no mention on the invoice that a multiple point inspection was even done. Also, the cover on my gear shift broke off, I found it on the floor.

Service department is not to be desired. You have to leave your vehicle there 5-6 days prior to them performing any diagnosis and won't give any updates to when they might start any repairs. Didn't return my calls. Told them I have to have surgery after being there for four days. Worst Dodge RAM Service after owning four RAM trucks.

Excellent service and repair department! After experiencing a major engine failure on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, my local mechanic uttered the words that no one ever wants to hear..."you need to take this to the dealership for repair". Uggg. I contacted Riser CDJRF, spoke with Jeremy Long (Service Adviser), explained the problem and had the vehicle towed to their Hot Springs location. They diagnosed the cause problem, provided pictures of the failure and a detailed repair estimate. Jeremy kept me updated throughout the lengthy repair process and even provided a loaner vehicle to help ease the pain - at no charge! The vehicle repair was completed in ~4 weeks and came out running perfect. Probably one of the best dealership service experiences I've ever had - and that's saying something. 5 stars!

While traveling back from a concert in El Dorado, AR, my Wife (and others) hit a deer with her Wagoneer about 10 miles from Hot Springs at 1:00 am. She made it to the hotel safely even though there was much visible damage and new warning lights on the dashboard indicating that the Forward Collision Warning system was not happy. In the morning, the check engine light illuminated. She literally drove across the street to Riser CDJRF and they immediately diagnosed whether or not she needed to park the vehicle or was safe to continue back home to Memphis.
I cannot thank the dealership, service manager and technician with whom I spoke to yesterday morning enough. This was an ultimate worst case scenario happening to my family and Riser treated them like rockstars. After discussing the engine codes and listening to the technician explain the severity of each, the easy decision was to proceed home to Memphis and they made it safely. Thank you (Tristen I believe) for taking such good care of my family when I wasn't there to help them. And thank you to Riser for putting my family first in line to assist them in this unusual situation.

My Jeep was recalled due to a defective part. Called and brought my jeep in so they could order the part. When the part came in they set up an apt. For me. I dropped it off. Rowdy one of there young staff members drove me home. Took them all day. Rowdy picked me up and drove me to Riser to get my Jeep. Everything was well done including their entire friendly staff. Having my truck in the shop for the same recall issue was very frustrating to say the least. Although Jeremy made the problem as easy for me as he could by getting me a loaner truck ASAP. Jeremy was great to deal with and from now on Riser will get my business because Landers wasn't willing to do anything to help me being as though they did the recall work the first time and every oil change was a nightmare them not properly sealing the oil filter either time.

I hate have having to give a sub par review but here ya go. I’m extremely disappointed with my last service trip to Riser. I had an appointment for an alignment. However, I get a call 2 days later from service quoting me over $6,000 to basically rebuild my steering and front end. Took it for a second opinion, needed tires and an alignment?!?!?! After buying 5 vehicles from Riser since I moved to AR in 2021, I guess you’d expect a fair shake. ‍♂️ BTW, truck drives perfectly fine after tires and the alignment.

To check tire for leaking. They didn’t. When ask they went back n found mail. Said they couldn’t fix would have to buy new tire. Took vehicle to Sams club. They said no problem yo fix and no danger. Realized after we left Jeep dealer they did not rotate tires and ONLY changed oil. I thought all service on new vehicles received tire rotation

Have you ever been burned by a used car salesman? I am sure many of us have, but here I am going to tell you a good story about Chris. He is the best. We purchased a used 2020 Toyota from him and after about 6 months, my key fob battery went out so I called him to ask if we can get a key made. He not only walked me thru where the key is hidden inside the fob but how to replace the battery.

Update to previous Riser review, this is now Campbell, they recently took over from Riser. Three words, Trustworthy, Service and Class! There were a few hick-ups during the transition, no fault of Campbell directly, they inherited a mess, but have quickly turned it around. Tommy and Jeremy in service are absolutely great, honestly a breath of fresh air as I have written off every other CDJR locations in Central Arkansas. These folks actually listen and care. Please give our new guys a shot, I did. For the first time in months, I'm not stressed about my vehicle anymore.
