We were disappointed with their service department. The A/C went out in our van. They told us it would be a $228 diagnostic fee for AC issues which we accepted. After looking at the van and doing a recharge which didn’t work they let us know they weren't sure of the problem, think it could be the compressor, and recommended a new AC system for 2,200. They were courteous through it all, but we paid the bill of $350 and took it to a local mechanic. He was able to fix it for $500 which was not the compressor. Either their service department didn’t have the skills to diagnose the problem or they were looking to make more money. We love Honda brand, but very disappointed with this service.

I'm going to argue this dealership is 5 star all the way. I was going from dealership to dealership in what I might call "auto sales alley" looking for something super affordable. Most of those cares get snapped up by the smaller lots and often they're a lot more trouble with higher miles on them. Jasmine, at Gregg Orr, showed me the perfect car! Low price that I couldn't beat anywhere in Little Rock at a comparable price, low mileage, and affordable- only slightly more than those going to the smaller lots. My loan expert at Diamond Lakes Credit Union is also quite the expert with used cars so he pointed out a couple of concerns, I went back to Jasmine for clarification and she was very patient, and I reported what she said back to my loan expert. He was happy with the information and gave me a very low interest low for the car. Despite me going back and forth to the credit union and the dealership, the whole process was only a couple of hours- all of which I can take the blame for since I took my time deciding on the car. The difference between a used car and a Gregg Orr pre-owned is big. They perform a litany of services and checks to the car. I know because my credit union pulled up the Carfax and we saw everything. Orr wasn't about to let a lemon slip by them! I will be returning to Orr, and hopefully Jasmine will sell me my next car. This is a great team and I really appreciate their help!

Justin in the service department took great care of me today. I’m on a road trip from California to Connecticut and my Honda Element’s check engine light came on. Called a couple of Honda dealers in New Mexico and Oklahoma and couldn’t get an appointment. But Justin got me in for service, no problem - and they diagnosed, ordered the part, finished the work, and even washed my car (love that extra touch!) - all within a couple hours. He couldn’t have been friendlier or more professional - just overall superb service. This dealership represented the Honda brand really well. I appreciate Justin and the crew in Hot Springs!

I purchased a car, not a Honda, from Orr Honda in Hot Springs. Within a year. I had a severe problem with the car. Since I had an extended warranty, I took it back to Orr Honda and met Justin Brown, who is an asset to his company. Throughout the process of locating the car’s problem, he was always smiling and positive that they would find it. He was never curt or offensive, no matter how often I called.
He interacts well with all the members of the automotive department, and he’s supportive of the customers. He never gave up on my car and on his faith in his automotive crew. He was right. They did a great job. The waiting room is always relaxed and low key because people can relate to him and discuss their car’s problems. Someone personable, like Justin, creates an atmosphere conducive to good relationships. Honda is extremely fortunate to have someone like Justin Brown, Service Advisor.

I had my first experience with the Orr Honda service department this morning. My 2025 CR-V needed its first oil change and tire rotation. From the moment I was greeted, it was a 5-star experience. My service advisor, Lance, explained the process and gave me a guided tour of the dealership waiting area. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. I was updated on my vehicle’s service process, and my car was washed before it was returned to me. The entire experience was top notch. I have all of my vehicle work done by the dealership. So I’m glad to have strong confidence in this service department from day one. Thank you!

Went in for an oil change. During their inspection of my car, they noticed that there were quite a few leaves under my hood and informed me that they check all the wiring but that I should keep an eye for small animals trying to make nests under there. Above and beyond!

Just left Gregg Orr Honda in Hot Springs and I have nothing but good things to say about them. The management staff was incredible, super friendly and very helpful. The sales manager, Jonathan Gibson walked us through the dealership and through the service department and everybody we spoke with was super friendly.
We would highly recommend Gregg ORR Honda Hot Springs to all our friends and family.

Tony and the service team did a great job on helping me with my warranty and servicing my vehicle. The mechanics found that my water pump was also bad. Tony made a claim with the warranty company and got that fixed as well on the same day. I would definitely trust their service team with any Honda that you own.

Reliable transportation is basic to my business of playing #music for #weddings. Imagine if my car wouldn’t start on the day of a ceremony!

Today, it was Justin who greeted me by name and reviewed everything, including prices, we have agreed to service. Each time I leave, I feel confident my car is safe, fully functional and reliable. On a rare occasion we needed to revisit an issue, they have done it with a smile, no charge.

The showroom is spacious and stocked with refreshments. Restrooms are clean and well-designed. Sales staff is friendly, not aggressive.

I don’t do business with businesses. I do business with people. These people are on my speed dial.

While vacationing in Hot Springs, our old vehicle developed problems at 430pm on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. We had been discussing trading it in for over a year and decided this might be a sign. The staff at Greg Orr stayed late to help us find a new vehicle. They were incredibly polite, professional, and gave us a great deal.

The worst experience EVER! Made a fair deal for a car and agreed to purchase it.then the mangers and the sales people gave me the most horrible run around because they didn’t want to stick to their own deal!! I will never purchase anything from them! It all felt like a shady run game of shuffle the customer around. We had an agreed upon price for a car on their lot then they tried to raise the price and send me to their other lot and say they couldn’t sale me a car at the agreed price that they had listed on their website for that location. Horrible customer service skills, very unprofessional, and it felt like they were trying to drive the price up after they made the original deal.I will Never deal with them again. If I could give them a lower rating I would.

I’m truly grateful for my experience at Orr Honda. Wilmer and Tim really worked hard to get me everything I wanted at a price I could afford. Plus paid off my trade in. Honestly there were no hidden cost Or voodoo involved! I was so skeptical after my last experience!
I am excited about owning a vehicle that isn’t in the shop for weeks while getting repairs right after I buy it. My last experience was terrible!
My advice, you know reliable vehicles are hard to find. Don’t fall for the dog and pony show. Go see my guys at Honda!

My family purchased 2 vehicles in less than a year and half from Gregg Orr Honda in Hot Springs.
I want to say that the second purchase was due our first purchase being involved in a minor accident and there were a couple things that we felt didn't get communicated to us during the negotiations of the purchase, and I felt was never resolved?
I won't go into particulars on it, but to come to find out, some changes had been made since we were last there, earlier in the year.
It was very obvious to me that some changes in leadership and direction had taken place, and a priority was made on restoring the customer service excellence, Gregg Orr Honda in Hot Springs has been known for, throughout the years.
I want to thank Tex Holmes, of Gregg Orr Honda for reaching out to me and offering his help in clearing up any miscommunication or issues I experienced prior to him becoming the sales manager, at this location. I have a lot of respect for a man and a company that takes the time and effort to make things right for their customers and creating a win, win, for everyone.
I highly recommend Gregg Orr Honda for a great experience in buying your next car or truck purchase.

Well first off, they told me that I was going to get the car at a rate of 6% that was a law it’s 8.7. They told me they were selling the car for 30,000 instead of 35,000 so they would knock $5000 off, it showing about $47,000 as what they charged me $10,000 in charges that I didn’t even need that I was never even ask about as a matter fact I’m gonna go down there tomorrow and see if I can get this straightened out because I’ve already contacted the Better Business Bureau and if they don’t do something then I’ll hire a lawyer

All about running your credit right away, never had me sign a paper giving consent to pull it. Any question i asked, i never got a straight answer. Told numerous times that they were giving me everything they could but in the end they were being dishonest. I will never recommend this place for business. Doesn’t even deserve a star.

Looking for a vehicle, ask for Tristan. I am sure all of the guys and gals there are awesome, but Tristan is our go to guy for the last two vehicles. Orr Honda is very friendly, and willing and able to get any Honda you want at any Honda dealership in the state. Want red and its only in Jonesboro, they'll get it. Want pearl and it's only in Arkadelphia, hold on a sec, they will get it. They want you to be happy, they want you satisfied, and most of all they treat you like they want you back! All of Gregg Orr is that way, so don't worry a out the hail damage, Gregg Orr will get you in any Honda within the state!

Every time I go in, they say I need “something”. If I have a low tire, they say I need new tires even though I just bought new tires 6 months prior. Every single time. They argue with me. Last straw was my transmission. They did service, 15,000 miles later it started slipping. They said I needed another service. I took it to Fryar’s Transmission. They hooked it up to computer, and found out there was nothing wrong with my transmission. There was a recall for my car for an update on the computer part of it was for the transmission. Took it back to Greg Orr Honda, after a much convincing, they finally updated my computer. My car was fixed, and transmission was no longer slipping. I have NEVER been back, nor will I ever go back to this place again.

Horrible dealer to deal with they hounding me hounded me text messages because i hadn’t responded in 30 min because I’m working so i received 4 more on top of i did an online price reveal and talk to a sales manager to be told the price was $2000 more than what was just given online mind you the price he told me was $500 more than the marked out price online I will not be dealing with this company and I recommend you avoiding them as well I know, and I understand all dealerships are here to make money but that situation was most definitely the wrong way to go about things

False advertising and dishonest! Wanted to buy a 2023 Ridgeline based on the price listed on their website. But then, they upped the price by $4500 at dealership claiming that EXTRAS were added to the vehicle, which I did not want! Also, the yahoo in front office was $6300 below what Kelly Blue Book listed for my trade-in, which I purchased new at Orr Honda. Claimed he could buy my car at an auction for much less. They don't use Kelly Blue Book at all! Do not recommend this dealership to anyone! Customer loyalty means absolutely nothing to them. By the way, the salesman at Orr was very honest and nice, unlike the front office! Got a canned response from Orr; the GM called and wanted to make everything right. Never heard from him again! WARNING, AVOID THEM!

We could not be more THRILLED!! Brian Sharrock was one of the most Courteous Salesmen we have ever come across. He actually listened to us about what we wanted and the things that meant most to us, did NOT push us, gave us a couple of days to think about it, check out other dealers (wow) and waited patiently for our reply! Called about purchasing a new Honda. Yes other dealers are asking markups. Yes the car is in demand. But when you call one day and the car is one price, then they don’t return your call so you call again. The price changes……well according to the new car manager. I guess the markup they were asking wasn’t enough. Do right by your clients and stop taking advantage of people! You do realize there are dealers selling at msrp right???

I have bought two cars from this dealership and tried recently to buy a third. To say that the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing would be kind. Despite knowing what inventory was in transit from the Honda website itself, no one was willing to give me details about the car I wanted saying they get deliveries each week. It did not matter if it was in person or online, they’re a nightmare to deal with. They will harass you by phone, email, really any way possible. They will even forward you emails of cars you’re not interested in buying. What an awful experience. They will never get my money again.

I would NOT recommend Greg Orr Honda to anyone! My husband and I drove 6 hours round trip to look at a vehicle that Brian stated was perfect for us. We called the day before to see if the CRV was still available, Brian stated yes. I told Brian we would be there before 12, Brian stated he would be there at 8:30 am. We told Brian, if anything changes to let us know. To our disappointment, upon arriving, Brian stated the vehicle was sold the day before. We did not receive a text or phone call that the car was not available. Very unprofessional, in our opinion! Six hours of driving to this dealership and back for nothing. Brian tried to push off a 2020 CRV with almost 25,000 miles for over $35,000 the price of a new CRV. Brian blames everyone but himself for what happened. We then drove to Honda of Fayetteville and bought a new Honda CRV with the help of a great salesman! We are looking at buying a second CRV from Honda of Fayetteville!

My salesperson was Crista, super helpful, and while it took some time, she was able to get me in a car that I could afford that day. Super friendly, super communicative. In August of 2018 we purchased an HRV from Orr. A couple of weeks after we got it home, we were washing it and discovered the front plastic grill was cracked. They had covered it up with a vanity LP and didn't mention it to us. I just let it ride. I few weeks later my wife had a flat on the drivers side rear. We had been talked into purchasing the tire and wheel warranty. I told her to call them so they could fix the flat. About 4 days later I noticed the wheel was badly marred! She called them to have the wheel fixed. They said it wasn't their fault! I called them and after much fuss, they finally fixed the wheel.
NOW, the paint is coming off the passenger side rear door. In September my wife called and they told her to bring it in. They checked it out and said it was covered and they would repaint. We are STILL getting the run around?!?
We live in Mt Ida and my wife is a nurse in Hot Springs. She commutes about 800 miles a month. So, about every 4 or 5 years she needs another car. Guess where we will NOT by buying her next car from!! It appears they just want to sell......not service! Just like some of these other reviews have stated. Customer service is becoming a thing of the past.

They don't know the prices of their cars as they say they change everyday and need to run your credit before they can tell you the price of the vehicle you are interested in. It takes hours and we didn't even know the price of the car we were trying to qualify for. Make sure your not hungry or tired before you go.
