Visiting from Texas & we stopped by Schlotzsky’s for lunch. The service was outstanding. Tanisha took great care of us. We’ll back on our next visit.

The Worst Schlotzsky’s I have ever been to ! Got the whole order wrong , sat at the window for 15 minutes, no one acknowledged we were there , employees could be seen walking around having a good time . When they finally handed me the order and I told them it was wrong , the manger showed up and informed me THEY got the order right and I was wrong . Terrible service , rude employees and management. Paid 30 bucks for something I didn’t order ! NEVER again

food was good but we got the wrong drink and my friend had little pieces of bacon in her salad. she’s allergic to pork so she couldn’t eat it. got our food quickly, but the girl who helped didn’t speak at all and looked like she was in a bad mood.

We love this place!! Everyone is always so nice, and the food is tasty. It does take longer than most fast food places, but the food is so much fresher and better tasting, it's worth it. This will remain our go-to for quick lunch and dinner.

Great sandwiches: amazing bread and fresh ingredients. We loved the Original and the Avocado. Gluten-free bread is also available. The Greek side salad was also delicious.

Food is terrific. I enjoyed it, especially the sandwich buns. For me, prices are too high. I went with a friend. I ordered a small sandwich, and my friend ordered a medium sandwich. It was the meal, so a drink and chips were included. My ticket was $26 for the two of us. Restaurant was clean, service was good.

The food was fresh and tasty. The service was polite and courteous. I would return to this location. It was a little pricy.

I used to love this restaurant as a teenager but they closed down in my town a long time ago. When I saw this one I was excited to get to eat there again. My husband and I both went in and ordered sandwiches to take home. The staff were polite but completely got the entire order wrong. They first brought out a wrong order and then we realized it was someone else's. When they came out a second time with our order I assumed it'd be correct so didn't check it. I wish I did. When we got back to the hotel we realized the entire order was wrong again which would have been ok except for the bread being so soggy it felt like a fish straight out of the water. Just disappointed but appears the gentleman in the kitchen just got off on orders and was giving everyone someone else's.

Only been to Schlotzsky’s a few times, but each time their food has been delicious. If there are any T-Mobile customers out there, keep a look out for a coupon for a free small sandwich with a purchase of a small drink as part of T-Mobile Tuesdays. That’s what brought me this visit!

I love the sandwiches here, I've been eating this food for 40 years. Totally love the sourdough bread.

Went by for the first time and gave it a try. Had such a great experience from the friendly staff member that was running the drive tru that day. I was having a bummed day at work and came through on my lunch break and got some lunch and your great staff turned my day completely around. Definitely will be back. The food is excellent! ♥️

Everything was perfect! Friendly and helpful employees! Very clean facility! Food was great! Love that you can get Cinnabon as a treat!

The food is great. Best sandwich in town. It is pricey, but you get what you pay for, right? The inside of the restaurant is always clean and is bright and inviting. Get the medium original if you've never been, experiment on your next visit. Take it and eat it the way they make it, even if you don't normally like some of the ingredients.

I've been eating Schlotzkys for years. I have eaten at the one on Central Avenue many times and have been happy with the food and service. Today,9/18/2023, it was horrible. Service fair. My small schlotzky was cold, bread old tasting and the fillings were thrown in and falling out all over the place. Two bites and I tossed it. Drove the Drive thru, same man that waited on me inside listened to my complaint and asked if I wanted another sandwich. Nope. It use to be a normal stop for me but his indifference and worst ever sandwich. Gets this bad review and won't be going there again. RN in Hot Springs, Ark

The French dip au ju was terribly black n thick, asked for pickles get home and there wasn't any,the sandwich only had onions on 1 half of my calzone,usually pretty good but this time was awful, please check everything b4 u leave with your take-out
