Interstate Roofing re-roofed my home in Portland, OR, using Owens Corning Duration Max shingles. It was a bit project money-wise and given HOA and other issues quite anxiety-ridden. But Dustin (sales) accommodated my needs and concerns. Jordan (project coordinator) was extraordinary with easing my stresses. Overall im very pleased with the experience, their quality of service, and professionalism.

The estimate I received from Mark was thorough and the price was better than anticipated. Jordans scheduling was accomodating. Joe and the crew were efficient and the work was done extremely well. I highly recommend Interstate Roofing for all roofing needs.

I met with and received bids from 5 roofing companies. I selected Interstate Roofing. Lance Henriksbo, Sales Rep came out and outlined how they would approach a new roof and put together a comprehensive proposal. They were not the least or most expensive, but I felt very comfortable as the project came together. They communicated very well regarding what to expect and made it easy for me to prepare. Jorge Cruz/Project Superintendent and his team did an excellent job completing the project. They were careful making sure the debris field was being cleaned as they worked. Jorge returned to complete an inspection after his teams had completed their work. There were a couple of items Jorge came back to repair himself and had a foreman come finish a couple of items, making sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this company if you need to replace your roof.

I'm fairly knowledgeable in the construction trades and spent a lot of time researching roof companies. 25 years ago I had Cascade roofing replace the roof. I really liked Cascade. They did a great job and never had a roofing problem, but was confident from there customer support that if there was an issue it would get resolved. Fast forward to this year, I had Cascade give me an estimate (same estimator from 25 years ago came out again and remembered the house - it's very hard to get to with trucks). As the roof if rather large and complex, I was quoted 34k. Ouch. Back to researching and decided on Interstate to provide a competing quote. There are a lot of roofing companies to choose from, but if you research them, there are very few you can trust to do a good job and back their installs. Anyway, the quote from Interstate was 4,000 under Cascade and checked all my boxes to give me the peace of mind to invest that kind of money. The crew came out on time (they had a crew of 7 for my install), and they worked like a well oiled machine. Everyone was nice and took care to protect my wife's flowers that surrounded the entire house. When they were done they also moved all the pots and planters (lots of them) back to the original locations. I'll finish this review on what I witnessed on the last day after they were all done and leaving: I live on a steep hill, and as they were driving down the driveway, they stopped and backed up back to the house. One of them got out of the truck, put a ladder up to the house can got back on the roof. They saw a single roofing nail that got left on the roof and reflected the light. He tossed the nail in the garbage they drove away.... I won't be around in 25 years, but if I move and need a new roof, I'll be calling Interstate.

Received several bids for the original installation and interstate was the lowest priced and also provided a detailed work plan. Chose Interstate as the installer and could not be happier with the installation and continued support. Several inconsistencies showed up in the roof line about a year after instillation and interstate came out, inspected the issue and repaired it without hesitation even though the issue that caused the problem was not a warranty issue. GREAT COMPANY!

The guys arrived on time, went right to work and had 90% done the first day and came back the next day and finished up. They had an older employee doing nothing but policing the area and keeping everything picked up and clean.

We heard about interstate roofing from our son, who’s friends with Sean who is one of the salesman at interstate roofing. They had known each other for years as I know my son values perfection. I knew that he would not recommend a place that he would not use himself so we called them. Sean did not disappoint us, he was very attentive. He was right there. They contracted the gutters out for us so we would not have to do it.. Jorge came out today within an hour of us calling When we thought there was a problem with our roof . He was extremely friendly and did a great job letting us know what’s going on with our roof.. we will always use Interstate for our roofing needs.

Over the last 20 years, I've had numerous roofing salespeople knock on my door with cold sales pitches. I was wary of spending a big chunk of change with a random roof company, and when it was time to replace my aging roof and gutters, I met with a few folks based on reviews. Lance at Interstate was thorough and professional, and his quote was in the mid-range of the quotes I received from other companies. He was respectful of my time (no sales harassment!) when I said I was waiting a few months to have the work done, and ultimately, that's what brought me back to Interstate when it was time. Jordan and Amy in the office were organized and communicative before the work started. Ken and the onsite crew were friendly and respectful of my property, efficient in their work, and thorough in the cleanup and walk-through. The work itself was done on time, and the finished roof looks fantastic. Highly recommended.

During today's day long downpour, we discovered water leaking into an upstairs bathroom. Since some large branches had crashed into our roof a few weeks ago during a wind storm, I figured we must have a roofing problem. I called Interstate, in less than 2 hours a technician, Antonio, was on our roof looking for problems. He found and fixed a broken sewer vent pipe and he found and patched a hole in a couple shingles. We are now water tight. Awesome response! I highly recommend them.

Interstate Roofing Inc. just completed a new roof on our home. Over 5000 square feet of single story home and garage. A large area to complete during this rainy time of year but Chris and his crew never left us in any danger of damage. Their methodology of tear off and cover kept us in good shape. They worked professionally and the finished product is top notch by anyones standards down to the smallest of details. They kept the property clean as they progressed and stored everything neatly at the end of each day. Superintendent, Antonio was a pleasure to work with taking care of getting any needed materials on site in a timely fashion. Even the Interstate driver removing the dumpster was meticulous in running his magnet over all the driveway making sure there would be no nails left behind. Our salesman, Sean got us started on the right foot with a comprehensive estimate and proposal offering several viable options. Jordan, our project coordinator was very helpful in choosing a good time to get the project on the schedule. A BIG thank you to the entire team at Interstate for a seamless process and a fantastic finished product.

I was very impressed by the people I met along the way: from the person who gave us the initial estimate to the various supervisors for each step of the process. Interstate began work on the very date they gave us and finished on time. Working manufacturing, I've never experience such a well-coordinated process. Glenn Bentley arrived promptly for an appointment to give a bid on a re-roof of my home. He seemed very knowledgeable, gave good information and went out of his way to answer all of my questions.

Even though his estimate was not the highest, we went with another company because we also needed masonry work and the other company supplied that. If it had not been for the chimney work we would have probably gone with Interstate.

Joe Head came out the next day after I called fixed the roof issue I had right away which we greatly appreciate Joe was very efficient and friendly and also very knowledgeable I would recommend interstate for any roofing needs thank again

Of the dozen roofers I called to examine our roof, Terry Nation, from Interstate roofing, was the only one who offered us an alternative to getting a new roof. He told us that there was an excellent chance that our current roof could last another 10 years, if we addressed our condensation issue (by adding vents). So we did this and so far it is working !!! The difference in cost was 8K compared to 80K for a new roof. He also spent a significant amount of time examining the roof, examining the unit that had a water issue, and reviewing the issue with me. All this to say that I whole heartedly recommend Terry and Interstate roofing.

Jorge was fantastic, fast and efficient. He arrived quickly on a holiday to make sure our roof did not have a leak from the recent snowfall. He assessed the situation and was able to determine the leak we had was not a roof leak. Jeremy followed up with a report of the findings and details. We have been very happy with the work done by Interstate Roofing.

My neighbor alerted me to a possible problem with vent flashing on my roof. Interstate had installed the roof six years ago. Jeremy Nichols took care of the problem at no cost despite being beyond warranty. Can't thank them enough!!

Interstate did a great job reroofing our house. We had had Interstate out to repair a leak that was caused by a failed roof jack seal. I knew the roof was at the end of its life and decided to go ahead with getting it reroofed. I collected several bids, Interstate was well under the other bids. Since we have solar panels, I needed to find a contractor to remove and reinstall them. Interstate did a great job of coordinating with the solar contractor to make the whole process go smoothly. The fantastic part was Interstate completed the reroofing in only 2 days. My neighbor had their roof replaced in December and it took their contractor a full week to do about the same size roof. (Now we also lucked out and had no rain during the time they were working on the roof.) They did a great job cleaning up after they were done. They completed the work about a month ago and we have no leaks or other issues. I highly recommend their services either for repair or for a reroofing job.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ronnie on the sales team was informative and punctual. Ken and his crew made everything go smoothly with installation and kept me posted on all the progress. They even patched a few spots on my gutters that were rusted through to help me extend their life a little bit. They were super communicative and easy to reach whenever I had questions. Whole project was finished in one day! Best experience I’ve had with a home project contractor.

I cannot speak highly enough about Interstate Roofing and Mike Walshe, their Quality Assurance director. I recently had a house fire requiring replacement of portions of the roof which were originally constructed by InterstateRoofing, 15 years ago. The roofers that the Fire Construction company hired did not know how to work with my Certainteed lifetime shingles, and made multiple serious errors, with rain leaking through.
When I called Interstate for help, Mike immediately responded, inspected, and wrote up a report of every detail that needed fixing. After the work was done by the inexperienced roofers, he again inspected the roof to confirm his instructions had been carried out.
Mike absolutely saved my roof and my house, all while charging nothing for his services. He felt Very Strongly about standing behind the quality and reputation of the roof that Interstate had originally placed, as he even met with the inexperienced Roofer to instruct him on how to correct all the problems.
This was truly above and beyond!!! There's a reason that InterstateRoofing is Number One!! They take incredible care of their customers!

I thought I had a leak in my new roof over the holidays and called Monday morning. First Jorden answered my call and was very kind in taking my information and explained short staff during the holidays and would see what she could do.

By 12:45 Jorge was in my driveway with a call an hour earlier to see if it was a good time to take a look.

It turned out I do not have a leak but a small circle discolored paint an on an interior wall. Jorge took the time to explain the different ways to identify a leak and please call if I had any concerns

We had a rental house done and they were great with communication between ourselves and the tenants. We were informed in a timely manner of all changes to the schedule, given handouts and information for tenants, and sent pictures through the construction phase.

We hired interstate roofing to install a completely new roof on our home. It was a big job as our roof line is steep and difficult to do! Interstate Roofing is in the planning process for re-roofing our 3 story, 41 unit condo building, set to begin sometime this Spring. They have all been so very helpful since the day the Inspection was done in September. Terry Nation, their "Low Slope Estimator" has been wonderful with answering questions and expert advice. Recently had our roof replaced by Interstate. The weather wasn’t optimal but over 6 days they were able to finish it. It rained intermittently but they worked efficiently and timed things perfectly. The crew was terrific and worked hard in mediocre conditions.
Ken Griffin, the superintendent, came by daily to check on the progress and to update us. He was very conscientious and came back after the roof was finished to check the gutters and pick up any small debris left behind. In summary they did a great job and would recommend them.

We were having our windows replaced and discovered a leak in the roof after the contractor had already removed the existing window and they refused to install the new window until we fixed the leak. I didn't know what else to do so I called interstate roofing since they had replaced our roof several years ago. I spoke with Brianna and explained the situation and she said she would pull my file and call back. Twenty minutes later Jorge Cruz and Ken showed up here at the house. They temporarily fixed the problem and did a complete roof inspection and some additional maintenance while they were here. They called the following morning and returned with a brand new bundle of shingles and permanently fixed the issue. This was the best experience ever had with any company that i have ever dealt with. Jorge and Ken were excellent. They went above and beyond. We really appreciate them and Interstate Roofing and would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done

This was a complex roofing job, and they completed it without a hitch. Mark responded promptly, thoroughly evaluated the situation, and gave us a clear estimate. When it was time to schedule the repairs, Interstate coordinated seamlessly with our contractor to quickly install new shingles over the reconstructed area. Their crew was diligent and professional throughout the process. Looking at the roof now, you would never know it had been repaired and reshingled. Truly amazing work! Used Interstate for a new roof for a commercial building. Found the whole process to be a delight. The fine folks over at Interstate handled all of the scheduling, permitting, and any complications that arisen. They also had no problems working around the tenants and their patrons. Upon completion I received a roof report with manufactures warranty, all necessary paperwork and photos of the project. Would recommend for anyone that needs a large roofing project done.

Every moment front start to finish was positive! Beginning with Lance, who came out to assess our needs and give us an estimate, which was not necessarily the lowest bid of the six we sought, but it was the most comprehensive and the job would not require a down payment. Next came Oscar and Ben who installed a new surface to the flat low pitch roof over our porch. They did a great job while removing the old corrugated roofing and underlayment, while not disturbing or damaging any of the wife’s plants that surrounded the back yard. A week later Hector and his crew showed up with a trailer as requested to do the tear off of two layers of shingles. All the while not disturbing or damaging any landscaping. And after only a day and a half we had a beautiful new roof! A couple weeks later Christian and Daniel, from greatNWgutters, came to remove our old gutter system and install new enameled gutters and downspouts. And like before did not disturb or damage any landscaping!
I highly recommend this group of fine individuals who behaved in a respectful and professional way! Finally I must also give credit to Ken, the project manager, who dropped by each day and who did the final inspection and cleanup of anything that had been missed!

Just had the roof replaced 7/22/24. From estimate to finish, everyone was so pleasant to work with. The roofing team worked tirelessly on a hot day until the main roofing job was done. I didn’t expect it to be done in one day, as it was scheduled for 3, with the third day for a low slope roof project. I’ve been around construction and roofing jobs in the past and realize it’s almost impossible to get everything picked up after, however there was quite a bit old roofing debris on my elderly neighbor’s back door walkway, which I picked up (hopefully I got it all.) Great job, I’ve recommended them to a friend who is in need of a new roof.

Chaba C. from Interstate roofing came out for an extimate today. I was very impressed that he was so clear about things and that he didn't try to upsell things I didn't really need. I haven't seen the estimate yet so I may not go with them but if I do it will be based on my experience with Chaba. 5 stars!

Interstate Roofing will not be satisfied until the customer is satisfied. After our roof was installed, I had one small complaint about a vent that appeared to be crooked. Interstate came back immediately to redo the vent.

I reside in a large development in Salmon Creek. Currently, all of the roof's, including car ports, are being replaced. I applaud the professionalism, kindness and attention to detail the construction team embodies. Their work ethic is impeccable and they are very clean. Throughout this brutal heat wave, they are tirelessly working and maintaining the cleanliness of the development. There are postings indicating parking spots to be closed off and cones are placed all around to ensure the safety of both the residents and construction team. When the work day is coming to a close, they clean up the surrounding areas, all be it some of the residents have planters, flowers, etc and they are respectful of that and remove all garbage. With any construction site, I don't care where it is, there will always be some debris that might unintentionally get missed. I have seen the hard work and communication this team has and the respect they show one another. I have not had any issues with my building or any trash left behind that was not picked up. Of course, if I came across a nail I would simply pick it up and discard of it. Just want to thank you for helping this development by replacing the roof's, they look fabulous.

Recently another roofing company came out to assess my gutters for a cleaning, and while on the roof they took photos of various areas of the shingles that appeared to show unusual wear. I called Interestate, who had installed the roof for the previous owner. Shelly was very helpful and walked me through the process of determining if the warranty for the Owens Corning shingles could be transferrerd. It couldn't-- there's a 60 day limit after purchase for warranty transfer-- an Owens Corning limitation.

Mark Briant came out to look over the roof. I thought he would immediately get on the roof after arrival and the conversation would be minimal. That couldn't have been further from the truth. He initially looked over the venting from the ground and began by explaining the physics of condensation and ventilation. He also showed me samples from his truck of the shingle I had, which he helped design, and explained how it was a higher quality product than previous versions, and showed me the areas of overlap that offer more protection. I wish my schedule had permitted me to listen to the entirety of the explanations. After walking on the roof, he determined there was only normal wear and tear, and in fact with no charge to me, got back on the roof and fixed a minor crack in one corner. I was very impressed with the time he spent and the information he imparted. One takeaway is that in hot weather, under direct sunlight, walking on the roof can easily damage the shingles, since they get much hotter than ambient temperature and are susceptible to the pressure of a simple footstep.

Looks like they’re onto the next building in my complex and don’t want to pickup staples, nails and roof bits. There are only 3 units out of 12 in HH at H.H. that DON’T have small kids.

It’s seriously part of your job - please be mindful of the children and families when you’re done. I’ve swept and picked up nails all week, this is what I walked by this morning (roof completed, roofers on the next building). Please have a worker on site come sweep up their mess.

Started a project for 2 downspouts for our business back in October 2023. 1 downspout was completed almost as soon as the material showed up. The other downspout was pushed back multiple times. Was finally told it would be completed march 2024. Here we are June 2024, and they have stopped replying to my request for a completion date.

Brad and his team provided excellent service! They were quick to respond, maintained open communication throughout the process, and provided a robust team of workers to ensure our project was completed in a timely manner. Interstate installed our flat membrane roof a few years ago which all went fine. Recently we required a minor repair required. They were incredibly fast and easy to work with, and took care of the issue without question. I was impressed, and glad I chose them in the first place.

I worked with Interstate Roofing both commercially and residentially. With each type of project they were professional and concise. As with many large projects, there was a hiccup along the way, but they handled themselves well and with integrity. They took care of all the problems and I am very happy with the workmanship.
