What Users Like The Least
- One of their door to door guys still came by and rang my doorbell. I'm not well, getting up and down... to answer the door every time one of these door to door guys ignore my sign is so aggravating.
- The guy said he saw it and apologized, I’m sure he hates his job, he didn’t seem sincere at all.
- Hope they can find some new advertising tactics. These neighborhoods are getting sick and tired of door to door salesmen.

From Loveland Colorado. They really saved me after years of other companies not being able to get my insurance to play ball and get my roofing done. They were great and the work is beautiful. I cant think Adam Crockett enough and his team!!
I had my roof replaced with hail damage with the help of Interstate Roofing. When I first had my roof replaced, they upgraded it to code and everything went smoothly. Even through the summer thunderstorms, there were no issues, but in late November, my master bedroom ceiling started to develop water damage and mold growth. I went up to the attic to look for the leak and discovered that the insulation on the water heater flue in the attic was wet, so I figured it was the flue-to-roof joint and filed a warranty claim. Interstate Roofing quickly contacted me and said they fixed it. However, the water damaged ceiling started to develop mold growth again and started to leak again, and the nightmare began again. I went up to the attic again to look for the leak and discovered that the water was leaking at the water heater flue joint. To fix this, I spent over 10 hours in the attic taping the joints with flame retardant aluminum tape, flipping the wet insulation inside out, etc., but nothing worked. On a cold December winter day, I had to climb up on the roof of my two-story house to see what the problem was. When the hail damage occurred on the roof, the damaged flue cap was also repaired. When I got up on the roof, the flue cap was screwed all the way down to the end of the flue. My flue is a 4" size, but Interstate Roofing replaced the 4" cap with a larger 5-8" flue cap. During this process, according to the installation manual, it should be inserted only to the stop tab and then secured, but because of their large size, they did not properly secure the tab and just pushed it all the way in and secured it with the screw. This caused the exhaust to be almost completely blocked, so the combustion gases could not escape, but were trapped in the chimney, creating a leak due to condensation in the cold winter weather. For the first 10 months while the roof was installed and repaired, the combustion gases from the water heater were not vented out, but were coming into the house, and I had to breathe dirty air. If the CO gas had been generated due to incomplete combustion, it could have been a major accident.
I am concerned about the mold on the inside of the wall that is not visible to the outside. I have contacted Interstate Roofing to check and repair this and request compensation, but have not heard back yet.
In conclusion, they are very good and professional in fixing roofs that have hail damage, but they have a big problem with flue-related repairs other than the roof. They did not find any problems even during the first warranty service, and it was only when I told them exactly what the problem was that they properly fixed the chimney cap. I would recommend Interste Roofing if you only need to fix your roof, but if you need additional repairs, I would recommend looking for a more professional company.
Drew came out to take a look at my roof after a hailstorm came through our area. I was blown away by how nice and knowledgeable he was. He took the time to explain everything to me and was just way more than I expected in every way! I love this kind of energy!
