The team at Integrity was amazing. In addition to providing quality work, they helped navigate steps with the insurance company with ease. They were responsive, thorough, and timely during the process of full siding and roof repair.

Great experience with this company. Came out for an inspection, shared expertise and options, then provided quotes with the multiple options. Communication was great and very friendly along the entire process. We decided to use them for an entire roof replacement and couldn't be happier with the end result.

I have used Integrity Roofing a couple times over the years after hail storms to replace our work. They did excellent work and took care of everything with our insurance. More recently, we had an issue where an older electric awning partially detached from our roof and was laying open on our deck with a storm coming! They arrived within minutes and secured the awning to avoid further damage. The next day they came out and completed the permanent fix. They were a life saver! Will absolutely use them again if the need arises.

Tom was very patient with us for over a year as we waited to replace our roof. He checked in with us occasionally, but was never pushy!
We had to deal with the company who furnished the shingles when the house was built, because some of the shingles were defective. He was an excellent interface with between us and the insurance company.
He offered good advice and listened to our requests.
He was very professional and personable.
God willing we never have to replace our roof again, but if we had to, we'd definitely use Integrity Roofing.

Tom and his crew replaced our shake shingle roof with C4 impact resistance shingles. Above & beyond the call of duty. They arrived on time, with a huge crew and stayed until dark & finished before a huge thunderstorm hit. Came back the next morning to finish someting they couldn't see to complete the might before. Tom at Integrity Roofing responded promptly to my roofing issue and inpected my garage and house. I was unsure what to do in my situation and Tom took me through the process of insurance and what to expect. Really seemless process as Integrity roofing is very knowledgeable. Roof was replaced quickly and I wasn't overwhelmed with paperwork. Clean up job was great. No nails left in the yard!

Integrity put new siding and gutters on our house this month. The owners were the nicest people. They were prompt in returning text, emails, or phone calls. Materials were exactly as quoted and described. They completely transformed our house into a new house.

Very professional and true crafstman. All siding seams are strait, trim fits perfect, window wraps are absolutely flawless. Clean up at the end of the day was beyond exceptional. The literally raked the yard of all debris before they left. The crew made sure to check that our dog was inside before they opened the gate. I can't find one thing I don't like on the whole house.
The gutter crew:
They showed up on time. Did excellent work. They were diligent and their work looks amazing. When they left there was no sign they were even here.

In summery I will recommend integrity to anyone and every one I know. The price was the most fair for what I wanted. I got 5 different quotes for the job and integrity not only was in my budget but could get it done the soonest.

After a bad experience with a poor quality roofing installation our roof is installed correctly and neatly. Tom from Integrity Roofing was very kind and professional. After he found the exact problem with our prior poorly installed roof his crew had a new roof on correctly in under a day. We would have never known they were there if it wasn't for our beautiful new roof at a very fair price! Please do not let this happen to you! Call Integrity first! Hired for snow removal off roof. Crew that came out was on-time and friendly. They worked quickly, did a great job and made sure any hardtop areas the snow fell on below was cleaned up and shoveled off. Would definitely use again.

Being a contractor, I was very skeptical about who I hired to work on my home. I have heard horror stories from others in regards to their projects. I was referred to Tom with Integrity by a friend, so I called him out to look over my roof after a pretty decent hail storm. After meeting with Tom, I knew that I liked his character and he seemed trustworthy and honest. I wanted to learn something so I went up on the roof with him and immediately could tell that he was very experienced in his trade. From there, I trusted my gut and decided to let Tom handle everything.....insurance, scheduling, crew management, etc. I voiced a strong concern for protecting my homes elaborate landscaping and the message was definitely relayed to the crew because my shrubs and perennials were covered with tarps when I came home for lunch. They even replaced my high end gutter leaf guards to perfection. It has now been over 1 year since Integrity installed our roof and it still looks perfect and keeps our family dry! Overall, my wife and I love our new roof and would definitely hire Tom again for future needs.
