Great company, great staff, great work!! Integrity Roofing replaced my roof in Ponte Vedra and did an excellent job. Caleb even sat in my kitchen on his laptop and patiently helped me pick the perfect color shingles! We had a small issue on our end with scheduling, and they were very responsive and accommodating. Mr. Jonathon Chorak and the company Integrity Roofing & Gutters in Orlando, Florida did an excellent job. Jonathon was very transparent and sincere in giving me a detailed orientation of the work to be done in the renovation of our roof. He showed me the licenses and insurance of the company and even showed me in person the colors and different types of materials to use, showed me some estimates for the new shingles for different budget and guided me in the steps required to receive the approval of the HOA. He was patient while waiting for the disbursement of our home insurance check but he also gave me payment options. In short, Jonathon Chorak is an excellent professional and a human being of integrity, which is very necessary and difficult to achieve in this industry of roof repair or reconstruction that is plagued with fraudulent workers. Jimmy with Integrity came out to address a roof leak we were having and he was the only one who offered to do the repair and not force me into getting a roof I didn’t need. Not only is our leak fixed he fixed it the same day with an extremely fair price.

Overall great experience using Integrity, a company that came to me via referral for a roof inspection and sealant application. -- Jacob Perez was very professional, providing me with step-by-step expectations and he went above and beyond by following-up on each of my questions with documentation. Hurricane Milton tore up my roof and I had reached out to many companies to get an idea of costs. All companies agreed that my roof needed full replacement because of the extensive damage. My insurance company and their assessor disagreed and I was going to be left with a patched roof with large pieces missing and a lot of shingle lift all over.

Integrity was the last company I contacted with the recommendation from my former lawn guy. He’s never let me down, and that continued with integrity. While integrity quoted me essentially the same price as everyone else, Brandon at Integrity was the only one to offer fighting the insurance company for me. I tried arguing with them but I had a newborn on the way (she arrived just days after signing with integrity). He fought for me and got the insurance to cover far more than I expected.

Brandon kept in touch throughout the entire process. While it took about 1.5-2 months to get the roof done from signing (a lot of people lost their roofs) I’m happy with the results. I ended up paying less than expected, got a higher quality shingle in the process and have a stronger roof to protect my family and home for the next hurricane. Definitely recommend Integrity

Our rental in Kissimmee had a major leak on the roof after being bashed by two horrific hurricanes this summer.
