We had our roof replaced by Integrity roofing last May, they responded immediately and answered all questions we had professionally. The team was amazing!

Sam and his wonderful crew of siding workers transformed my tired, 44 year old house into a showpiece. They started on 12/31/2024 and worked in that bitter cold for over a week. Sam is easy to work with, making this major renovation much easier. Sam was here daily, checking on the progress. When they were done, the yard was completely cleaned up. It’s unfortunate that sometimes you only get to work with a great contractor once, but I have already given Integrity Roofing some referrals.

I can't express enough how thrilled I am with the exceptional service provided by Integrity Roofing and Sam's team. From the initial consultation to the final touches, every step of the way was handled with professionalism and expertise.

Integrity is a family run business that treats their clients like family! I was extremely happy with the work done, both siding and roofing but, overly impressed with their customer relations and communication! I would highly recommend Sam and his team for any roofing or siding needs!.

Sam at integrity roofing is an amazing guy to work with. Very easy going, kind, fun, honest, he has great input. Residing our house was a big deal. From picking colors to the worry of what's behind the very old siding. We were worried of how bad the rot was around some of our windows. It was pretty bad. Sam and his crew repaired it like it was not a big deal. His cost is affordable and his work is A+. His crew are very hard working. Our lights were not here at the end of the job. Sam came back and installed them for us. Sam also recommended Tony from Lighthouse door company he was also great. If your looking to have your roof or siding done. We highly recommend this company. I love coming home now! Sam is your guy! Amazing person!

I'm way overdue for this review, but I recently had a baby, so I'm sure Sam will forgive me! :) Sam and his team are awesome. They replaced my super old aluminum siding, built a large deck, and covered the ugly foundation. The quote was quick, reasonably priced, and very transparent.

Had sam and his crew twice at my house. Once was to repair some serious rot issues with my siding and install a new bulkhead. He also installed a new bathroom vent on my roof during their second visit.

I called several roofing companies to give me quotes on how to stop snow from falling off my roof. Most of them tried to talk me into installing a new rubber roof with expensive guards. This roof is on a four unit building and I just paid over $500 a year prior to have it sealed with a special coating (which made the snow slide off). Only one roofing company recommended installing roof guards, but because of the type of roof, it would run over $1200. Sam from integrity roofing came out and I explained the situation. He proposed a few remedies that would fix the sliding snow in a cost effective manner while explaining to me, that eventually we should replace the roof. He was very honest and the work that his team completed was excellent. The snow stopped falling and it cost less than any other companies quotes. The point here is, every other roofing contractor came out and tried to see how they could make a big profit from our situation. Sam came out and discussed different solutions that he could offer to HELP me with the problem. When it's time to replace the roof, we will be calling Integrity Roofing!
There was some miscommunication in what type of materials where being used but Sam quickly resolved it and moved on to fixing the problem before winter came. I would recommend this company to my clients, friends, and family.

Integrity Roofing came out for a leaky roof. I live in an old farmhouse that has multiple roofs. They quoted me a price on the roof that needed immediate attention and were in an out in a few hours with no evidence they were there. Quick, honest service.

We had a 20 year old roof with leaks. It was a complicated roof with many odd corners and junctions, a flat portion and skylights. Cardin and his team helped us understand the roofing process. You’re not just buying a bunch of shingles. You’re buying proper water and temperature management. In our case, that included redoing various vents, re-pitching some gutters, choosing alternative materials where appropriate and adding heat tape/cables for ice. Integrity helped us make the right choices for our house after investigating a multitude of options. The installation was timely and professional. We now sleep in a dry house with peace of mind. Sam is conscientious, honest, and shares all the details of his work with you as he goes along. He spotted all the mistakes that previous roofers made, who would not own up to their mistakes, and fixed them, and the fixes stay fixed. When I had a drip near our chimney afterwards during a storm, he came right out, inspected the attic, showed us pictures, and assured us that no wet spots were present in the attic. No problems have surfaced since. I just wish we had had him do the entire roof the first time, but finding a roofer as trustworthy as Sam is a challenge!

Very polite and knowledgeable. Respectful of my needs to come and go. Hard working I didn't see any unnecessary breaks. The clean-up was very well done.

They responded to our need for small roof & gutter repairs due to ice damage, but but uncovered a large area of wet & rotted wall sheathing, insulation & siding in the process. Could have ignored it and finished the original scope but did the right thing and stayed to repair all the hidden damage. More expense than we planned, but in the end probably saved major structural damage down the road not to mention mold issues. Good carpentry skills in addition to roofing. Will use them to do the whole roof when the time comes.

Sam and his crew showed up when they said they would. Worked very hard the both days they were at our home building our deck. They were very professional and respected our property. They cleaned up when they were done and left the yard looking better than it did when they arrived. I highly recommend them.

I had my roof replaced by Integrity Roofing last week. The entire process was really smooth right from the initial assessment and the estimate which was extremely detailed and thorough. I contacted Integrity Roofing on Christmas thinking I wouldn't hear back until Monday boy was I wrong they responded in less than 15 minutes!! My dad's chimney cover blew off in that horrific holiday storm and Integrity Roofing was there to repair it in less than 48 hours! These guys were professional and courtesy and very reasonable! I will be contacting them for my room next spring!

Very pleased! Many contractors required we meet with them at the property, but because this was a summer cottage, that was impractical. His bid was professional and itemized. Pricing was very competitive. We closed the deal with Sam via phone and email. Sam ordered special the ½ inch roofing nails we needed because roof decking was ¾ inch pine. The job went off on schedule, perfectly, and in one day. The crew was amazing and efficient. After their cleanup, the only thing they left was a new roof. Give them a look-see, we are glad we did.

I recently purchased a home in Merrimack, NH that has a breezeway connecting the house and garage. The breezeway roof had a pronounced dip and it was leaking in multiple spots. I also had a “hot roof” issue in the main house roof with poor ventilation in my attic. With all the other projects that come along with buying a home, this was one project I didn’t want to spend money on but had to.

Sam was one of five contractors who came by, and he was the only one who gave me such a comprehensive quote in writing that didn’t seem slapped together and vague. He also gave me one of the best prices, got me on the schedule quickly, showed up when he said, and his crew worked like horses all day. I fully intend to use Integrity Roofing again when I have the house re-roofed at a later date. It seemed like a no brainer after meeting Sam.
