Excellent experience on my roofing project. The estimate process was very thorough and everything fully explained. My project manager, Jeff, coordinated the process and kept me well informed. The crew showed up as scheduled and worked hard to get everything done in two days. They left the job site pristine when they were finished and Jeff came out the next day to check the work. My roof looks great! Highly recommend these guys.

Incredible work and they stay true to their word. Their communication throughout the entire process of the project was fantastic as well, extremely reliable and I am very happy with the work IBEX has done with my home. Trevor did a great job of breaking down the work and making sure my questions were answered. Would highly recommend.

My 36 year old roof was in extremely bad shape but life got in the way with some serious medical issues so I postponed dealing with it for several years. I could see water damage in some of my ceilings and I had frequent leaks when it rained. The day that I had a family of raccoons fall through the ceiling and into my living room was the day I knew I could no longer wait to get a new roof. After a quick internet search and several phone calls I had three companies, including Ibex, scheduled to give me estimates.

A few days later Whitney and David came out and inspected my roof on both the outside and the inside. They gave me an extremely detailed explanation of what needed to be done, worked with me on a quote, came up with one that was comparable to the first company I talked to and helped with financing. Their quote included more than the first company’s quote including a day of yard cleanup (which was needed so they could access the roof). Also, they recognized the urgency of the situation and assured me they would take care of my roof as soon as possible (the other company told me they were scheduling 5-6 weeks out). I was impressed with their professionalism and their compassion as they learned about the experiences that led me to the point where my roof so broken that I was overrun by raccoons. No judgment or condescension at all which I so appreciated.

Several days later I met with Project Manager Jeff who also impressed me. He outlined what would take place, how long it would take, when they would likely start, and answered all my questions. He struck me as being someone who excels at clear communication and honoring commitments, which proved to be true (plus he removed and disposed of a dead rat in my attic!).

A few days later the roofing crew showed up and started work (prior to that a crew came to clear the yard of blackberries and other overgrown plants). They were extremely hardworking and very professional. They cleaned up each day which I and my neighbors ’s appreciated. Jeff came by or called me each day they were here to make sure things were going smoothly, which they were.

Amazingly, In just two days they completely reroofed my house. My first meeting with Ibex was just 8 days prior to them completing the job.

Start to finish, Ibex was a class act and did a top notch job! I can’t imagine it could’ve gone any better. If I could give them 10 stars I would. And now, thanks to Ibex, I am looking forward to a dry and raccoon-free life!

This was the worst experience with a contractor. The owner Kirk is one egotistical, unethical character. They’re so unprofessional and shady. Ibex is a marketing/sales company moonlighting as a roofing company. It’s a bunch of frat boys and wannabe country boys playing Bob the builder. It’s a sick joke. What subcontractor can they find to do bad work? Take your pick. I get you’re in business to make money but at what cost? Lying to customers, marking up prices and finding problems that weren’t there to begin with.. They have no ethics or respect for their customers. If you’re a potential customer, I beg you to go to another local company that actually takes pride in their work and knows roofing.

It appears they deleted my last review. This guy Kirk really knows how to rip people off. Please stay away from this contractor. Racist remarks never have a place in business. It was very disappointing what I overheard from their employees. Furthermore, they’re just a sales company selling roof and gutter packages at the most expensive prices out there. They should practice actual roofing. I don’t want a car salesman pitching me two hours of roof talk and how much they can squeeze out of me. They were very pushy and disrespectful. IBEX only uses sub contractors and at times, the subs use subs, so you never know what kind of crew you have working on your house. Ibex doesn’t have roofers, just salesmen. They also do awful work. Very unprofessional. Alissa in the office might be the worst. She should learn customer service and leave her attitude at home. Kirk might have given her too much of a leash because she really thinks she runs the company. There’s plenty more negative things I can share but I’ll leave it that. Do better and think about your customers for once.

The company was great to work with. The guys on the job were very professional and answered all our questions with professionalism. I would recommend them for any work you need done.

Had IBEX come to home for a roof check, and drainage issues on flat roof. Estimates were gotten, and elected to use IBEX. The tar-type build up used to assist drainage, and a roof patch replacement was completed, however, the work remained very soft to the touch, for months. This past December, the roof patch replacement failed. I contacted IBEX, to have them go out, to assess their failed patch. The female in the office, stated they no longer did rental roof repair. I instructed her it was a personal residential home, I rented, and that IBEX had done the now failed work. She stated it didn’t matter; IBEX no longer did repairs, even though it was their work that failed, costing me thousands of dollars to repair. Extremely disappointed with a supposedly reputable company not standing behind their work, and zero follow through!

From beginning to end Jayden and IBEX has been very forthcoming and helpful throughout the process. Jayden has been above the call of duty to insure that the job was done right, on time and within budget. I told him that I'd give him a recommendation above 5 stars. But since your rating doesn't go that high, you owe him an extra one, ok.

We had appointments with a couple of roofing companies,but there was no comparison to the services and warranties provided. My husband is an architect and he was very impressed with the knowledge and skill Ibex provided and he’s picky.

Dorian and Elijah from IBEX were great. Dorian came to our home and gave us a free estimate. Elijah was our project manager. They were both excellent. Dorian & Elijah both explained what IBEX would do, and IBEX did exactly what they said they would do. I love our new roof! IBEX exceeded our expectations. We got 8 free estimates from different companies, and it was a hard decision, but we're so thankful we picked IBEX. They finished our roof in 3 days in the window of time that we requested. IBEX had the best crew. Elijah was professional, prompt, polite, and patient to answer my questions and oversee the project. Impressed with IBEX roofing. Glad we chose them. Found them through a mail flyer advertisement. Kevin came out and did measurements and a presentation with recommended products for our home. Johnny was our project manager and met with us before and after re-roof finished. Johnny set us up with a sider to fix places where siding had to be removed. The work crew foreman, Ricardo, and his team were great about staying in communication and cleaning up after each workday. Johnny also set us up with the gutter person, Eric, who also worked quickly to complete that portion of the job.
Overall, things went very smoothly and the finished product makes our home look much better. Highly recommend IBEX Roofing!

This company, Ibex Roofing and Happy Gutters, is the absolute best. We purchased a roof and gutters from them three years ago and whenever we have a question or need a hand they're here for us. They're friendly, knowledgeable, professional, skilled, and quick to respond. And an extra thanks to Whitney for taking care of our gutter issue today!

Ibex did a great job of doing a pre inspection outside and in the attic. They had a great estimate cost that went up a little after the original roof was removed when they could see more clearly the plywood that needed replacing. Their upgrades to our roof and components was excellent. They fixed issues that were keeping the attic from venting properly which was one of the reasons we had to replace 19 sheets of plywood. The roofing was finished in 1 1/2 days and looked excellent. The roofers interacted with me very well answering any questions I had regarding the project. A post inspection was done after the job was finished to make sure everything was done to IBEX standards. We were then given photos of before, during and after job completion. I was very pleased with the new roof.

I found Ibex during a search for roofing bids. After receiving several comparable estimates I decided on Ibex based on their professionalism, thoroughness and follow-through. Drew and Jayden both did an excellent job walking me through what was needed to finish my project and have a roof that will last decades.

Brian and his team quickly completed the project with no damage to my property, and no mess left behind.

Changing my rating down to one star, the cleaning of the roof went very very well and I’m satisfied with the results. What I am not satisfied with is the follow up customer service, on their website they tout a 25 point inspection and you actually ask for the results of the inspection you get the run around. I’ve had two different Ibex employees re-inspect the roof so they would sign off on the inspection results. Each employee gave me different answers for the remaining life of the roof.
One said 5 years and another said less than a year. So which is it? I’m still chasing the results of the inspection report results. I will not be using this company again. Very poor service.

Avoid these people. The bid is all about high pressure sales tactics and time wasting. 10 plus quotes from different roofers and Ibex was the only one who shoved themselves into our house and delivered a 2 hour long time share presentation. Literally dozens of PowerPoint slides and videos, mixed with scare tactics. They finished off with a _very_ high quote that had to be signed that night or it wouldn't be valid. All the other reputable roofers were in the same price range and provided a quote without wasting our time. Really quite unbelievable behavior.

Very well organized. Workers were great and did quality work. Gutters look amazing. All done in 3 days, amazing. Trevor was very responsive and answered all my questions. All were friendly to talk to. Great job to all!

We were very impressed with their service. We have a big roof and they got it all accomplished in one day which was 14+ hours! Chad and Troy were great at explaining everything and it was all a super efficient and painless process. They worked with our insurance and things were fixed quickly. Would definitely recommend.

This Brett G not Pat G. Ibex just did my roof. The roof is small but has some complexities- it has a flat part and 2 steep parts that all meet in the middle and create an area that can be prone to leaks.. It was leaking in more than one place, had a broken truss, and the plywood had to be replaced. Everything was explained very clearly and I felt pretty safe because of the reviews I read and all the stuff I was shown on the computer about their operation. I have compared prices and the price was competitive especially considering all the extra things that needed to be done. Someone tried to scam me about a year ago and I have been wary ever since. Jeff was very communicative and responsive, the crew worked hard and got it done in 2 days with a minimum of fuss. I feel that everything was done properly and with a 20 yr warrantee. Everyone was professional and worked around my crazy dogs.

We are seniors living in the home we purchased way back in 1983. We had replaced our gutters ourselves, little by little with plastic gutters from a big box home improvement center. I wasn't happy with the "curb appeal" aspect but just got to where I no longer even noticed. Then I called IBEX. WOW! I had no clue what a humongous difference a professionally installed, whole home gutter system would make. From the day of estimate to the day the Project Manager, Jeff, pulled away at the end of the job couldn't have gone any easier. Seriously. The color match looks stupendous. The physical job of tearing off our yucky, plastic & somewhat wavy looking present gutter system to hanging the beautiful made-to-order new one's only took two workers 5 hours to complete. That's right . . . Only 5 hours! I found that unbelievably swift. They were uber professional, extremely fast and friendly & never bothered me with useless questions. I don't know why I expected a bunch of questions but was pleasantly surprised there weren't any. They know their stuff. Oh, one of the best parts, of which there were many, the final cost only went above the original estimate by $77.00. To which Jeff, the wonderful Project Manager, had been thorough enough to go over with me before hand so there were no surprises at jobs end. And, another good part of our pleasant gutter replacement experience overall, IBEX went over and above by carting off ALL our icky, wavy & unsightly plastic big box gutters that we'd previously torn off ourselves. I'm fairly sure they usually take only the gutters they remove off the houses themselves. We're happy and satisfied that we went with IBEX. I am more than satisfied, indeed. The cost was comparable to other companies too. You won't go wrong with hiring IBEX for yourselves. Truly. If anyone is looking to replace your own home gutters you won't go wrong hiring IBEX. They're probably a stellar company when it comes to roofs also. Just my personal thought, because they were so great at hanging beautiful gutters. And swift. With an outstandingly awesome warranty to boot!

Buyers Beware High-Pressure Tactics and Misleading Pricing!!!!

Ibex came out to give my husband and me a roofing estimate. From the beginning, their pricing was five times higher than the other quotes we received completely out of line with the market. We had already decided to go with another company, but they called us afterward insisting they could “beat the quote we got.”

When I politely declined, they kept pushing and suddenly dropped the price drastically, claiming they had a special promotion. It felt like they thought we were naive and would fall for the “now-or-never” discount game. Out of the four estimates we got, not one other company used tactics like this.

It felt dishonest, and I’m concerned they’re selling low-grade materials at inflated prices. Do your homework and get multiple quotes don’t fall for their pressure. We didn’t appreciate the experience and would not recommend them. The company we went with even broke down their pricing sheet to uncover the deceit and misinformation they were trying to hide!!!

DO NOT use this company unless you love throwing your dollars in the trash!

We couldn't be more pleased with our IBEX Roof. From start to finish, this was an experience that went so smoothly. We are very happy with the quality of the Marlarkay roofing products and the method of IBEX Roof removal and replacement. It was a clean, all-inclusive process from start to finish. Jeff Eason is an exceptional communicator who provides complete details prior to, during, and post installation. Any questions we had/have continue to be thoroughly explained.
Having a two story home, we cannot see close-up details of the completed project. Jeff provided us with a large quantity of photos giving us a bird's eye view of the entire project. These photos included pictures during and post installation.
He also provided a photo of our cracked fireplace pipe, which we are thankful for. We would have never know that it was in that condition, had it not been for Jeff's thoroughness.
We want to recognize Cody Freemire for providing a thorough inspection, which included photos of our roof from the crawl space. His inspection was part of the turning point in deciding to contract with IBEX Roof. We were impressed with the product samples Cody brought forth and the entirety of the bid. Previously, we had a few other bids that were nowhere near as thorough and would have left us with "surprise" add-on costs. We were provided with a solid bid with IBEX Roof due to the thoroughness provided.
The roofing crew was absolutely hardworking, professional, fast and efficient group. They cleaned up at the end of work daily. The lead was easy to communicate with when we had questions.
In conclusion, we appreciate the meticulousness that both Jeff Eason and Cody Freemire delivered to us with our roof replacement project.

Our experience was excellent from start to finish. From our initial meeting with the sales rep, to the guys onsite, to the final inspection after job completion, my wife and I were very pleased with whole process. Pricing was up front and easy. Follow up and attention to our questions was immediate and thorough, and the cleanliness during and after the job was completed was impeccable. We have a ton of intricate landscaping around our home and not one thing was damaged or any waste left behind. Would absolutely recommend this group to anyone looking for a new roof.

Sales rep Sam is top tier and patient with me while I waited for my home loan to close. The project manager Jeff and his crew are top tier as well and has a good eye for making your home look great he recommended the black gutters on the house because the house is white and it looks absolutely flawless highly recommend and didn’t cut corners. Both were very professional and didn’t beat around the bush. They take care of the customers which is hard to find.

On 4/14-16, the IBEX team determined that my roof needed to be replaced and proceeded to install my beautiful new roof. Johnny, project manager, was on his game about the products and the process. The team was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable about the process. From the setup to the finished cleanup was great. Will recommend the team to anyone who asks!

Had an issue with my skylight leaking. Kamakani came through, spotted a few issues, and fixed everything! He did a fantastic job.

They did an excellent job on our roof and gutters! Everybody was kind, courteous and professional in every interaction with us. They showed up/messaged/called at the times they said they would and I appreciated that courtesy, because nobody wants their time wasted. The sales staff is informative about options but not at all pushy. I would choose them again.

After making an appointment with IBEX for an estimate to clean my roof, a representative for the company (Hanoa) promptly arrived and fully explained the process. He walked my roof
while video documenting what he saw. After viewing the video together, he explained what work needed to be done. When the estimate arrived, I agreed to have the work scheduled.
Three days later Tim arrived promptly at 9AM, (2 1⁄2 hr. commute) and was very professional with an
excellent attitude. He began work immediately only to discover a new issue with the internal flashing around the chimney. Further inspection revealed water under the shingles behind the chimney, coming from an incorrectly nailed ridge cap.
This necessitated a 1 1/2hr. one way trip to the roofing store for materials, which increased his work day by several hours. He worked until after dark, but was unable to complete water sealing the chimney.
With the forecast of heavy rain, he worked with a head lamp until 8PM and secured plastic around the chimney to prevent water getting into my home. Tim even called the next morning to make sure it wasn't leaking (excellent customer service in my opinion).
The next day I noticed that the shingles which were replaced were a mismatch to the rest of my roof so I took photos to send and spoke to Tim.
On his second work day, he came with a sampler of shingle colors. He had the foresight to bring bundles of the two he thought I would like, so the job could be completed.
Tim kept me well informed through all the steps for my roof repairs. He frequently said he wanted to make sure I was happy with what was being done. Tim is very conscientious and a hard worker. He did a great job on my roof!! I would highly recommend IBEX to anyone needing an honest and competent
company to do business with.

I made an appointment with IBEX for a free estimate to clean the moss off my roof. Whitney came out and was on time. He took pictures and explained to me what he saw on my roof and the type of shingles I had and how my roof system works. He told me all I need at this time is the moss cleaned off and other than that the roof looks good. He let me know I will need a new roof in a few years, which I suspected. Whitney was friendly and patient with answering my questions. I decided to hire IBEX. Whitney called the office to make an appointment for someone to come out and turned out it was early enough in the day someone was available to clean my roof that same day. Logan came to clean my roof. Whitney made a video with instructions for Logan. When Logan arrived he got right to work and followed through with the instructions Whitney made for him. Good communication between team members. I'll be calling IBEX in a few years about an estimate for a new roof. Thank you Whitney and Logan for a job well done!

IBEX Roofing and the PM Jeff did an amazing job taking care of us. We called them out for a gutter install. While were talking I mentioned that I repaired water damaged in a closet. They asked to get into the attic and take a look for due diligence. Good thing we did! The boots around the plumbing vents were non-existent, we had a couple other leaks and black mold! We needed a complete tear off and plywood replaced. They were able to remove the sheets with black mold. They got the roof done just in time for the heavy rains that just hit. If they didn't look in the attic, we would be looking at a lot more repairs and issues. Thank you for taking care of us Jeff, you've and your team were amazing!

He did a professional job and I'd recommend him to anyone for their roof cleaning needs. He cleaned up everything after completing the job and was a very courteous gentleman. I seldom give reviews, but he gets my highest.

We had a small leak in one of our new flapper vents and Ibex sent Kama out to review / fix the problem. Kama was super friendly, informative, fast (but not too fast!), and very thorough! He documented every step with pictures and walked us through every thing he did to facilitate the repair. Ibex has been wonderful to deal with and both Kama and Caleb were prompt, friendly, professional, and very thorough. I can't recommend Ibex enough when it comes to anything roofing related! Not my first glowing review of IBEX and probably not my last. They did a great job installing the new roof two years ago and repairing some damage caused by a tree branch during last January's winter storm. I got to meet Whitney today to discuss the strip of roofing under my reverse pitch deck cover that gets zero sun and is fertile ground for moss. Got the solution and he even took care of it today for no charge. Also gave me a solution to a flashing issue on a gutter. Thanks Whitney!

I had quite a few things done to my roof and attic : Box vent Duct Installation,Flapper Vent, Pipe Flashing Remove Satellite Dish Mounts Removed, Ridge Cap Replaced,Seal Nails, Shingle Malarkry,Ice and water seal,Moss Cleaning and Zinc treatment and clean the gutters. KamaKani did all my work for me. I was very impressed with his enthusiasm to jump in and get started! He never let up until the job was done. His professionalism in showng me pictures of his work and explaining what he had done made me feel releaved that it was done correct. Thank You! A great experance !

Our experience with IBEX has been deeply frustrating and disappointing, and I feel compelled to share it. Many of the one-star reviews mention their aggressive sales pitch, believe them. IBEX is extremely pushy. In January 2024, they sent a young salesman who spent over four hours talking about his family, IBEX, and their "unique process." The entire pitch was designed to pressure us into signing and putting money down that day, with a constant stream of discounts to make the price seem like a deal. Even with all that, our roof still cost over $23K, and they continued pushing additional upgrades during installation.

The real surprises started on installation day. A truck arrived with a magnetic IBEX logo slapped over another company’s name, Five Star Roofing out of Lakewood. We were explicitly told IBEX employees would do the work, but instead, they sent subcontractors “trained in the IBEX way.” The job took about a week, with no project manager on-site. Afterward, we received the Malarkey and IBEX warranties, and that was it.

At first, we accepted it, less than ideal but not outright terrible. That changed about 10 months later. Multiple contractors giving us quotes on our deck pointed out ripples in our roof, saying they should have settled after the summer. When they hadn’t, we contacted IBEX.

To their credit, they sent someone out quickly—Tim—who immediately called IBEX because he saw issues. They then assigned a project manager, Jeff. This is where the real nightmare began.

On November 18th, a team was supposed to arrive to fix the issues. They were two hours late, and I had to text Jeff for an update, no response. When they finally arrived, it was, once again, subcontractors. They worked until sunset and then disappeared, never returning. And neither did Jeff.

Weeks passed without follow-up. On December 7th, after hearing nothing, I reached out again. Jeff finally responded, saying he’d be by the next week. He never came.

On December 15th, I hired another company for an inspection. Two days later, I texted Jeff again. He finally called, asking to stop by. I agreed but made it clear no work would be done until we had the inspection report. He said he understood. Then, on the 18th, he showed up and tried to pressure my husband into letting his crew start repairs before we had the report. At this point, I had zero trust that IBEX would respect the inspection results, so I refused.

We received the inspection report on December 27th. The report listed six major issues, including improper vent installations, violations of L&I and county codes, and a possible leak. We sent this to Jeff, who promised a repair team just after the new year. He never followed through.

On January 17t, after another month of silence, I contacted IBEX again. This time, we were reassigned to Trevor, who sent Tim back out on the 30th. The repairs took two days, but after everything we’ve been through, we’re now paying out-of-pocket for another inspection because we simply don’t trust IBEX or their workmanship.

IBEX markets itself as a company with “Warranties You Can Rely On.” Their December 19, 2024, social media post even claims they don’t dodge warranty claims like other roofers. That’s laughable. From personal experience, I can say IBEX absolutely dodges customers. It took nearly three months of chasing them down to get our warranty work done. Meanwhile, we’ve had to spend more of our own money just to ensure the job was done right because IBEX clearly didn’t take our $23K investment seriously.

I can’t tell you to go elsewhere—maybe all roofing companies are just as bad. But I can say that I have spent far more time, money, and frustration on a roof that is barely a year old than I ever should have. And for that, I am extremely disappointed.

Professional and competent staff, explained the overall process clearly and set expectations up front focusing on quality of work. The team showed up on time and completed a roof replacement in 4 days, my roof is ~4500 sqft. During the roof replacement, the areas were kept organized, at the end of every day the drive way and yards were kept clean and free of debris. They were all very respectful, work hard every day and the workmanship is impeccable.

It’s been a few years since we last had Ibex Roof take a look at ours. A crew came out earlier this week and blew in a bunch of insulation into the attic. The house is so much warmer now. Today, Tim and Kamakani did a moss treatment and cleaned the roof. They also fixed the flashing around our very old chimney and a several vents. These two work All day, on a Saturday and still had the best attitude! They are the nicest guys. I really appreciate all their hard work. They showed me pictures of how amazing my roof looks now. They did an awesome clean up job after clearing my gutter guards too! Tim and Kamakani also patch up a few places where the birds had pecked at the shingles a bit and took care of all the exposed nails. They have extended the life of my roof for Several more years. I will sleep warm and soundly knowing that the chimney is Definitely not leaking water around the flashing. Thank you two So Much!!

I met the folks at IBEX Roofing at the Build, Remodel, and Landscape show at the OCC in January 2025. I was looking for an inspection and estimate on some roof repairs, and they were very friendly. I signed up with my phone number, and they were prompt in contacting me to schedule an appointment.

Jonathan came out and gave me a comprehensive look (w/pictures & video) at my roof as well as the attic space. We arranged for a thorough moss cleanup and treatment (it hadn't been done in 5+ years), cleaning the gutters (hadn't been done for at least 3 years), and new metal vent caps to replace the plastic ones. Thankfully, he did not try to sell me a new roof! The $ estimate seemed reasonable; though I should have gotten more bids, I felt good about going with them just to get the job done.

The day for the work arrived, and Kama came out to do the job. He was very friendly and highly competent. He worked from 9a to 3p and hauled off all the debris, leaving my roof and my yard in pristine condition (the previous gutter cleaners made a mess, which is why I needed a new provider for this service). Kama showed me 'before' and 'after' pictures and videos, and also made sure to ask whether there was anything else he could do...

I actually did have something, and he displayed a willing attitude to help with it. I have a shed in the front yard that I neglected to have Jonathan add to the estimate. Kama went up on its roof and noted it had a moss problem too - but the roof was in good shape otherwise. We decided that I would add moss removal & treatment for the shed to my next service.

I am very happy with IBEX Roofing! It's so nice to work with folks who value their customers and know what they're doing. And Kama is an energetic and sweet young man. I look forward to working with them in the future. Five stars.

We could not be happier with our experience. From our initial meeting until the final inspection, Ibex was easy to work with. Their pricing may seem more than others but that’s because they hide nothing and include everything that’s needed for a high quality job, ensuring you aren’t surprised in the end. We actually were credited some money back because they didn’t need all the replacement boards they planned for. I would highly recommend them if you want a high quality, drama free experience.

On Friday, January 10, 2025, Whitney from IBEX Roof came to my home to inspect my roof for moss and any other issues that might exist with my roof or gutters. Whitney introduced himself to me before he started his inspection. He was cordial and very professional. I appreciated the fact, too, that he was punctual for this scheduled appointment.

He went ahead and performed his inspection. He also removed some debris from my gutters. After he completed his inspection, he showed me pictures that he had taken of my roof. He told me that he found no problems with my roof at this time. I appreciated his thoroughness and the way he conducted himself.

Jeff came by to check my roof for because we thought we might have a leak. We did not have a leak from the roof. They were super fast and courteous! He did go the extra mile and cover up a spot my other contractor had left open while doing different work. Thanks so much!

It started on a dark and stormy night, literally! We noticed a leak in our ceiling, when I went to investigate, I found a half dozen leaking spots in our two year old roof.
We called out Ibex to give us a repair quote. Our technician Luke was very upfront. We walked the roof together and he showed me all the previous owners DIY installation mistakes. These were later confirmed by 3 more contractors. Luke said Ibex wouldn't take our money for repairs since the roof was doomed. So onto a new roof.
A new roof was a bummer, but like I said, 3 other contractors said the same thing. So we started searching for roof quotes. Ibex sent out Darrien Russell the same day. We requested quotes from all the contractors we met with. Darrien was the last to arrive but the first to quote us. He was prompt and thorough. We have a really weird roof, as mentioned by the previous owners DIY style. Darrien took the time to measure and photograph everything.
Darrien answered all our questions and gave us a long sales pitch. Yes, all good info, but I did ask him to sum it up as I wasn't looking to learn how shingles are made.
This was less than a week before Christmas and true to his word Darrien had guys start on 12/26! The roof is beautiful and thanks to all the info Darrien provided I feel like we got exactly what was promised.

We had IBEX repair a leak and clean our roof. Kama was great! He explained to us in detail the steps in repairing the roof-leak and documented the cause and the repair via pictures on his phone. He was very friendly, courteous, and took pride in his work. Site was cleaned well after the job was done.

Owner wanted over 7k for gutters on a 1200 sq ft house. I’m in my 70’s. He lied to me saying I had no ventilation in my fascia… I’m old. Not stupid or blind. I know when someone try’s to take advantage of me, and that’s what he tried to do. Be aware. A scam is a scam.

I hired IBEX to solve some problems on my house with two chimneys. They are one of the more expensive contractors, but worth it. I appreciate that the job estimator - Johnny Biddle took a comprehensive approach to repair immediate needs, and make additional repairs for the long term health of the roof & attic. Other contractors were coming in with lower numbers and spotty solutions.

IBEX does chimney and roof work. They ripped out a radius of shingles around the chimneys, and rebuilt the flashing/interface entirely with a 'flashing 5' method (angle grinder into the face of the bricks).

The house was re-roofed in early 2018. We bought the house and moved in August. The inspection report said the flashing was pushed up (probably by the roofers). November 2018 I hired a chimney company to 'tighten, caulk, and paint' the flashings, in addition to tuck point mortor, rebuild cap (full service, scope, etc.) At the time, I thought I had done the right thing by following up on the inspection report immediately. I had confidence that I could go into the pacific northwest rainy season knowing that the roof was the least of my problems. Now it's 2024, one year out of the chimney company warranty - I've got a dry rotted interior wall with toxic mold at the side chimney, and fresh water damage. The chimney guy said it was the roofers, and the roofers said it was the chimney guy, and all of their field notes say different things.

Next time I buy a house with a chimney, regardless of what the inspection report says - I'll call IBEX to rebuild the flashing if it doesn't look like a clean & new installation.

We had a roof repair completed by IBEX Roof recently. The leak was coming from above our garage and we needed to get this fixed ASAP as the NW rainy season started. During our estimate, they were kind of enough to fix my bad tarping to contain the rain and prevent any further water damage as we waited on repairs. We only had to wait a few days.

On repair date, Tim (and Comma? sorry if I mis-spelled) drove all the way down from WA from a previous job but managed to get our house done. Even though it was starting to hit dusk they did managed to get the job done. Our garage is dry now and have many thanks for them and this company.
