We had a great experience with Ibex. The crew was incredible! They were very organized and finished the job in record time. They cleaned up so well you can’t even tell they were here. Jeff the project manager was excellent. Good jog!

Efficient and cost-effective, great service all the way from initial quote to roof demo and installation. The project manager, Jeff, kept me updated along the way and even crawled into my attic at the end to reattach a fan vent. I'd definitely use them again.

Jeff and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish. We had roof cleaning, venting, insulation and gutter replacement services. All were done above satisfaction. Ibex roofing Is wonderful. My first contact with them in 2019 they repaired a bad roof left open to weather for weeks when the other roofer breached. Fast forward to 2025 I planned to hire them to reroof the garage. I unfortunately went against my best judgment and used another contractor who offered a lower cost and a supposed good deal on other projects on the property. They breached and caused more Problems then I can Even state here. It's a horrible situation I got myself into not going with Ibex. Weeks later Ibex has been kind enough to reassess the "repair" work Done by other contractor, breaches and damage and or work to be redone to meet code and best practice, and I am going with their bid. Trevor is great, very experienced and thorough. The team is great. By the way, while I had roofers bidding on the garage, more charlatans showed up. One wanted to put a product on saying that would save the garage roof and main roof assessed to be degrading since 2019 install. At reinspection the main roof is holding up well.

What a brilliant job IBEX Roof did for us! The gentleman came out, and worked with us, explained everything leaving no questions. They are all amazing there. The guys that did our roof were all pleasant and made sure nothing is in our walking area when we left for work. I can go on. Fantastic experience with these guys. From the project set up, project management, communication and workmanship…and job site clean up (they even cleaned off the tar marks from the siding without me having to ask them!), they exceeded expectations. I would recommend Ibex Roofing to anyone who asks me about replacing their roof. I was impressed with the entire process. Sam set the standard when we had our initial meeting. He took the time to explain their process and products. I knew nothing about roofs or products,so I needed to be educated and he took the time to do so. I had 4 different companies to compare products and services. Ibex offered the best bang for the buck. Sam was extremely personable and took an interest in me as a person, not just a customer. If that wasn't enough to make me comfortable, I next met Jeff. The project manager. He raised the bar as far as customer service went. He explained in more detail what was going to happen and why it would happen. I felt completely comfortable about the process after meeting with Jeff. His crew came out when he said that they would and went to work. They were courteous, professional and very efficient. They did an excellent job. They had to replace the entire roof on my garage. It was done quickly and looks magnificent. They kept the property clean and orderly. They were extremely thorough and ensured that no debris was left. I'm extremely satisfied with the work. My neighbors are constantly complimenting the roof. I would definitely recommend Ibex if you have need of roof repair or replacement. I recently got my roof done by this agency and received excellent service. The PM made sure to inform me and answer any questions I had along the way. Great job done and would highly recommend!

They came out for a “free” inspection, but then insisted on accessing both my attic and crawl space. I'm still unclear why the crawl space was necessary, as it seemed like an excuse to upsell services I hadn’t asked for. These areas aren't easily accessible in my home, and other companies have provided bids without needing full access—or even my presence.

After the inspection, the rep asked to come inside and sit down for what sounded like a long sales presentation. I declined, but he still attempted to give his pitch outside, while my partner and kids kept coming out trying to wrap things up.

To be fair, the rep was polite and seemed to just be doing his job. When he asked what mattered most to me, I said transparency. Unfortunately, the pricing didn’t reflect that. The initial quote was $16K for my small ranch-style home, which shocked me. Then it dropped to $14K, and finally $13K—without any real explanation. That kind of pricing tactic felt like smoke and mirrors, and ultimately lost my trust and my business.

Great experience from start to finish! We received quotes from several companies, but Sam Newman with IBEX was the only contractor to actually get in our attic, assess the current condition of our roof from the inside and out, then spend time to actually show us the product we were purchasing. From the very first interaction with IBEX we knew we were in good hands. Jeff Eason was our project manager and was able to get our roof completed in a quick and timely manner, knowing we had leaks, he made us a priority before the heavy rains set in. We did encounter a small leak after install (faulty seal around vent), and I was in my attic at 915 PM trying to assess what could possibly be leaking. I called Jeff (he told me from the start to call day or night with any issues), and next thing I know he was in my attic with me at 10PM physically getting eyes on the leak and assessing what needed to be done. This was a first for me as I've never had a contractor that dedicated to the project and client before. Despite the small leak, Jeff's response and actions once again reassured me that we were in good hands. Leak was quickly repaired and overall we couldn't be happier with the customer service and quality products of IBEX roof. Would highly recommend them time and time again!

Sam and Jeff were a pleasure to work with. Got me scheduled fast and the work was done to a high quality. Even when there was a couple extra things I asked to get done they were eager to help! 5 stars all around!

The entire job was completed quickly in two days as promised. The materials used are much better quality than the old, original 26 years old roof was, and it also looks very nice. The entire crew did a professional job.

I did not compare prices, but the service was impeccable. Jeff, the project manager was very flexible, and told me when I didn't need components that I had ordered, which then reduced the price. The guys that installed the gutters were personable and professional.

Caleb was just out to handle a leaky roof issue we were having. The home is new to us, but the previous owners installed the roof a few years ago. Ibex did a wonderful job communicating with us about our options as new owners, and getting the issue taken care of was no problem. Caleb was very friendly, got the work done promptly, and left no trace behind. Highly recommend IBEX Roof.

I found Ibex at the home and garden show. They came out and did a thorough inspection and had a great price. So of course, I had them come do the work. They were done in one day even though the roofer had to finish by headlamp in the dark. Now that’s dedication to the job!

Jeff and IBEX Roof were wonderful to work with in getting new gutters for my home. I had previously gotten a quote from another gutter company that was twice what Jeff quoted me and come to find out this other company was going to charge me for more work and materials that wasn't needed. It was obviously a very inflated quote and being a senior citizen on a fixed income, I felt that they were just taking advantage of me. Jeff has been very kind, professional and proactive in keeping me informed of the project every step of the way. IBEX put a new roof on my house 2 years ago and now with new gutters, I'm very happy with their work.

We cannot recommend Ibex Roofing highly enough and in particular Jeff, the project manager. One of the things we value the most is communication and Jeff was great in taking our calls, answering our questions, and keeping us informed about scheduling, especially during these freezing winter conditions. We had just experienced the contractor from hell so know what can happen when you hire the wrong person. We can happily say Ibex isn't one of those. It was such a relief to have people that take pride in their workmanship, do what they say they will do and do it in a very professional manner. We will highly recommend them to all our neighbors, family, and friends.

Had Ibex Roofing Portland come out to give me a bid of a full roof replacement. Very thorough examination of my roof, it appears that they use quality products, etc. but what I did not like was their very high pressure sales tactics at the end! They were more than double of any other bid I received and yet I had to sign "today" or I would lose out on the "discounts" that I would be receiving. Guess I will just take my business somewhere else!?This is a very big purchase - no one should be signing their agreements the day they come out without asking more questions, getting multiple bids and thinking about it as long as they wish to think about it! Such a turn off.

I had a warranty issue on my roof that was immediately resolved by IBEX. I was very pleased with the worker that completed the work. He was very courteous and professional. He explained what he was doing and completed the work very efficiently. I appreciated how quickly they resolved my issue.

I would recommend this roofer to anyone and everyone. We had a very complex roof line (shake roof; very steep; very slippery when wet) which was quite dangerous to work on. IBEX was phenomenal both on the roof and on the ground. Easy to talk to, very quick to respond (during and after job) and very thorough. The price may have been somewhat high but the service and quality of the job was worth it.

We have used IBEX for roof repair, insulation, and gutters. They've always been communicative, detailed, and easy to reach. Their staff have always been polite and quick and very rarely have left any mess behind. (Literally, only a few nails) I really appreciate that they give detailed and knowledgeable quotes up front.

Matthew came to our home to evaluate our roof and mold that was occurring in a bathroom and to advise us with a fix.
He was quick to come after my call to Ibex, he listened and was very professional and knowledgeable about what could be done to solve the problem, and in a couple of days the problem solved.

I had gutters put on. They were very quick to get my job scheduled and came out and did a great job. They left no trash behind and took my old gutters away.

My husband, & I can’t say enough about IBEX roofing. And Jeff, the project manager, in particular. He is awesome! He always kept his word, and always went above, & beyond to give us the best job possible. We have a separate garage from our house. The roof was done in one day! It’s beautiful. However, their suppler company truck did some damage to our, country property driveway. Jeff came & dug up all the damaged bricks & fixed the damage, by himself. That was in done in between his other jobs. He’s very dedicated to his customers. And strives to deliver excellence.
He noticed we needed some new gutters for the garage, & parts of our house. He worked to give us the best price possible. So we had them, & downspouts replaced. His gutter crew did a great job. IBEX was quick to respond and come give an estimate, was able to get me on the schedule within a week, and fantastic communication and follow through. Their prices are competitive and they worked with me to make a plan on future improvements.

IBEX Roof should develop formal business methods which document their orders with acknowledgments and completed work with invoices. This would help the customer understand how and when their payment responsibilities occur as IR completes each phase of its installation.

I called for what they advertised as a free estimate for my roof repair, but it wasn't truly free. They require you to meet with a salesperson for two hours just to get the estimate. I declined, but ever since, the company has been relentlessly calling me for months. Avoid this company—they're just spammers.

They are really knowledgeable and helpful! They gave me a good price for gutter cleaning, repair and installation of vents. They're also very timely and were able to come out within days of completing the estimate. The guys were all super friendly!

To prepare for my new gutter installation , several roof issues needed to be addressed. Johnny was thorough and knowledgeable about what needed to be done . Timothy worked very hard all day to get the repairs completed in a timely manner. He was also knowledgeable and went above and beyond, to take care of the issues for long term success. An all around hard worker and good guy !

I never expected same day service but IBEX was able to quote roof work in the morning and then have it completed in the afternoon. The roof needed a number of ventilation improvements and I'll be using IBEX for attic insulation and gutter replacement this summer as well.

The crew was very professional . The camaraderie was what a good crew should have . I was impressed by their non stop efforts to complete my repairs and improvements as quickly as they did .

This is our first time working with a roofing company and after the initial walkthrough and inspection we decided to go with the first company we spoke to. At first, they sent a team of 2 people but once they were done they didn't complete the work with the quality we were promised and the roof wasn't properly fixed. I reached out to them again and spoke with the manager, he assured me that this is not the work they accept in their company. They decided to reschedule with me to come and redo the previous job, this time the job was completed with great satisfaction and was done very well.

We had a very pleasant experience with Ibex. Johnny came out and gave us a quote. He was very honest and did not try to upsell on anything. Quinton, our project manager, was very communicative and very thorough. Our installer, Tyler, was very professional and also communicative. The whole process was less than a week from when we got an estimate to completion of the project. We are very happy with our new gutters and will definitely use Ibex in the future when we need our roof done. They also have a great warranty which was a big plus to us. Highly recommend using them for your projects. A+ for communication, friendliness, product quality, and professionalism. It was refreshing to work with a company like this!

Ibex has been out twice (update: three times) to my house and each time he's been a perfect experience. Hanoa came out did an inspection, pointed out the repairs we will be needing and cleaned and treated our roof . They also cleaned up all the mess spotlessly and took the refuse away. After these both times, Ibex has my business for life. We will be calling on them for a ridge cap replacement in the near future and for all our roofing needs from now on.

Update 8/1/24: Tim and Logan just did the repairs we needed. Again, outstanding service, courtesy and professionalism. Definitely IBEX has my business for life
