Happy Gutters

I had new gutters put on my house. From start to finish this company was great at communicating, punctuality, job performance and I would highly recommend them. If you want it done well and good, then these are your guys! One "Happy" customer.

Our gutters were obviously not working correctly and I had a few companies out to assess. The Ibex/Happy Gutters rep was the best. He was a gutter/roofing nerd and I had a lot of fun learning about gutter designs and evolution over the last few decades. He explained that our gutters were a bad design that causes water to seep into the wood and were also poorly installed almost 30 year ago, so while we could replace the parts where there were issues, that would only be a stop-gap and recommended a full replacement. While it's never fun for a project to get bigger, it made sense with all the pictures he showed me and my own experiences.

We did a full gutter replacement and opted for the larger gutters with some catches around our trees. The total project for our 2,000sqft 2-story was a little over $7K and there was a slight discount because I found them in Home magazine.

The installer wasn't as talkative, and I can't say I could properly assess his quality of work, but it seems good to me. Time will tell if we run into any issues and I'll update here if we do, but my expectation is the new gutters will take care of themselves for decades to come.

The rainy season was coming and I needed gutters right away. I called Happy Gutter and within two days I had an appointment for an estimate and within a week I had new gutters! I very happy with the service and quality of work.

Mike and Silvario came out at the time we were told. They installed gutters on our shop and washhouse. Mike was up front with us about a discrepancy that could eventually compromise the gutters due to the framing of the building. He brought it to our attention and asked if we wanted to do something extra to keep the integrity of the gutters and framing. We appreciate when someone is working on something and they notice a way to keep the longevity of a product and structure. Thanks guys!

Gutters, downspouts & fascia repair. The crew that did the work did an excellent job. They were extremely hard workers and not even sure they took a lunch break. Any questions about what we wanted done they came to us to ask and provided information regarding any extra cost. They cleaned up the work area very nicely. We are extremely pleased with their workmanship and professionalism.

Happy Gutters came out and gave me a no-charge estimate. When questioned the estimator on the cost he was clear his bid wouldn't be the lowest but the customer service would be the best I could garner. He was totally spot on. I would not hesitate to use Happy Gutters in a heartbeat. Five big stars from me.

Happy Gutters replaced all of our gutters a few weeks ago and we are incredibly happy with the work that they did! It started with the walkthrough inspection with Kurt, who made sure to let us know what was a priority to fix and what we could wait on if we needed to save some money - I felt so appreciative of a business not trying to upsell us on a product but figuring out what will work best for us. Immediately I knew we could trust them. Tyler and Val came out day of to replace all the gutters and they were so professional and kind, making sure to check in with us throughout the process. This company worked with my Grandma to get the gutters replaced on their house. They were very informative when they came to do the evaluation. When it was time to do the work, the turn around time was short considered labor and supply shortages right now. Highly recommend!

We just bought this place and it had no gutters and here in the PNW you have to have them, they installed all new gutters. Everyone from the salesman to the office people were delightful, they communicated well when they couldn’t be there the day they were suppose to and very apologetic.

Happy Gutters replaced 30ft. of gutter and installed gutter guards. They were FANTASTIC! Great communication! The work was quickly completed, the guys were super friendly and the gutter guards work like a champ! I'm so impressed that I am looking to replace/add their gutters to the rest of the house. They believe in their work so thoroughly, that if you are not completely 110% satisfied, you don't have to pay.

Val and John were on time, very courteous and professional. I was very pleased with their work as well as their knowledge of the companies ethics . Happy Gutters installed new downspouts with leaf clean outs for us. Their customer service was impressive across the board, from the person I talked to on the phone, to the estimator, to the workers who came out for the install. They even managed to match the existing paint color on one downspout that we didn't replace, just added a leaf cleanout to. I was expecting it would be white and I would have to paint it to match, but they had something that was very close to the existing color.

I just had the Happy Gutters crew out to install some gutters. What a fantastic experience. The installers, Tyler and Val walked me through every step of the process, and we even put our heads together to figure out what would look best in a really funny spot. The whole process was fast, and they cleaned up well.

The office operations team of Cherokee and Trent made all the interactions seamless. If I could give them more stars I would!

We had a new gutter system installed with leaf guards. This company employs skilled, polite and professional staff from start to finish. Their communication, work and warranty are second to none. I have been in the construction industry as a project manager for many years and this is how all trades should conduct themselves. The project was not cheap but you get what you pay for mostly in this world.

Complete home gutter replacement with waist high downspout clean outs. Original gutters did not drain properly and difficult to clean. Snow had also wrapped and pulled gutters from roof edge.

Happy Gutter team replaced with larger gutters with high metal backing that catch all metal roof rain runoff and clean outs are east to clear! No need to climb on a ladder! Install team was professional and great dialogue on installation and my concerns.

Kurt and his team did an excellent job of inspecting our gutter system, educating my wife and I, and then executing the plan.

My neighbors got new gutters and the guys came over to my new house across the street and sealed two leaking seams over my front door!!!! I will use them when I need new gutters. They went above and beyond in the service with a smile. There's still nice people out there.

Happy Gutters installed new gutters and fascia on my home in Vancouver, WA, this May, 2022. They were excellent from beginning to the end. Their bidding process was more detailed than the other 3 companies that bid and included a thorough inspection and photos/details that were captured, saved, and reviewed with me at the time of the bid. They were on time, finished the job early, on budget, and cleaned up after themselves very well. They even came back the week after to increase the slope of one stretch of gutter and fixed the issue the same day I asked. My wife and I love our new 4k gutters and I really like the improved drainage as well.

Great Customer Service Experience begins with the first phone call to a company. From the moment I first spoke to Cherokee, at Happy Gutters, I felt comfortable. She was friendly, professional and informative. She scheduled a consultation appointment with Mike for a free on-site estimate of the cost for my gutter installation. Mike was very easy to talk to and he answered all of my questions explaining the whole process to me. After Cherokee received the paper work on the estimate for my project from Mike, she called me to set up an appointment to have my gutters installed.
On the day of my installation, Val and Tyler arrived right on time. Here again, they were very professional and respectful of my property. They answered all of my concerns during a walk through before they even began my installation. Not only did they complete my project in a timely manner, they cleaned up my yard of any debris and offered another walk through of my gutter installation to make sure I was happy with the final project. The next day, I received a follow-up phone call from Cherokee who asked if I was satisfied with my project and if there were any problems or concerns I had with my gutter installation.

We had Happy Gutters install a full continuous gutter system with premium screens. Everyone involved was really great, including solid estimating, project management, install crew, and office people. The job had some unusual challenges which were handled effectively and with professionalism. The product looks great and works great. I'm confident that the gutter system will serve us very well.

Happy Gutters redid the gutters on my older home, and repaired the damage the old ones had done. The house threw a couple of curveballs at them, but the crew and management handled things in a professional manner. They really went above and beyond to make sure all was well. Happy Gutters replaced our old gutters with K Style gutters in black, with a wider opening to the downspout to prevent clogging and allow for better water flow. Kurt, the owner, was easy to work with and responsive to my questions. The crew did a great job, and left my porch and yard tidier than it was when they arrived.

I discovered a leak in the house possibly due to a faulty gutter. Kurt was extremely generous as he picked up the phone at 7:50am to come straight over before his first appointment for the day. He worked quick to find a reason for the leak and did all he could in the time available to remedy the faulty gutter. When we replace our gutters we'll certainly be giving Kurt a call again.

Unbelievably great service and nice people! Happy Gutters installed gutters for us 2 years ago. They all look great, and work well except one. We discovered that one gutter was not draining properly because our house is old and not level. The company responded to my email right away and was willing to come the very next day to install another downspout to correct the situation. Trenton was very communicative letting me know he’d be 15 minutes late, completed the work efficiently, and assured me Happy Gutters would stand behind their work. Very professional and friendly. Will definitely use in future and Highly recommend!

Despite the warm temperatures and having some bad luck before they arrived at my house, the crew was very upbeat and energetic. They listened to my concerns and had my new gutters up in a snap. Clean up was quick and thorough, with everyone pitching in, including the boss of the crew. I recommend this company completely.

We hired Happy Gutters to demo our old gutters and install new ones. While not the cheapest bid we got, Kurt did spot a few issues that the other companies did not and offered solutions. I appreciated his attention to detail and gave him the job. For both phases, demo and install, the teams were friendly and hard working. After calling numerous gutter services it was refreshing to have the opportunity to work with Kurt.
He was very responsive in coming out and provided the best solution that ended up not costing me anything. Without a doubt I would highly recommend calling Happy Gutters for gutter repair or service.

The owner came out as assessed the work needed. Presented a quote along with details as to how the amount was figured. It was a fair and honest quote right out of the starting gate and all we needed to do was arrive at a date when the work could be performed. The team showed up as promised, the supervisor introduced himself and they immediately got to work. The work went along steadily and efficiently both the removal of the old gutters and the installation of the new gutters. At the end, the supervisor politely knocked on the door and offered to show their fine work. At the end of the day, the owner returned for his own inspection to ensure the quality of work was up to his very high standards. And it absolutely was. If integrity is important to you in your contractor, then this is the company you need to call.

The gentlemen that came out listened to my concerns and looked at my gutters and gave an honest assessment. Even though he knew he was losing a sale, he advised me not to replace my gutters. That my problems could be fixed in other ways. Because of his honesty I will refer Happy Gutters and they will be the first people I go to when it really is time to replace my gutters.
