We had some concerns with our roof and IBEX went above and beyond to take care of us. Jeff was stellar with communication, which is something that we can't express enough. Ketner did a great job today. He came out on time and walked me through the whole repair process start to finish.

Recently, I had a complete roof replacement by Ibex roofing. Their inspectors were prompt, thorough, professional and very knowledgeable. They explained every step of what they would be doing as well as WHY things needed to be done in clear, easily understood language. They even provided numerous photos of the problem areas on and under the roof, including shots taken inside the attic to verify every detail of what the job would entail.
The estimated time to do the job was "...three, maybe four days..."
Then they did it in TWO days, including complete, intensive jobsite clean-up, including daily magnet sweeps to make ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that they weren't leaving any nails behind as nasty surprises. Absolutely fantastic! They also include ALL SORTS of guarantees about no nails around the jobsite that was very impressive as well.
And in case you're wondering (or know enough to wonder) Ibex roofing uses NAILS on the roofing. Not staples. THIS is A Very Good, Very Important thing to know! Nails beat staples every time for multiple reasons.
If you're thinking about having your roof done, or repaired, I can emphatically, enthusiastically endorse and recommend Ibex Roofing!

This was the third company I had out to my house to give me an estimate on replacing my roof. So I had an idea on the price range. I was also able to do some negotiating on lowering the price. I was pretty sold on the sales pitch that was given to me. One of these things they sold me on was telling me there would be a porter potty at my house for the guys actually doing the work. However that didn't end up happening, I was told the workers would go to a gas station or somewhere else to use the facilities. This is my only gripe about my experience. The roof was replaced in one day, and on the day I was told they would be there. So that was extremely nice having the schedule stay on point. The roofers started work around 11:30am and didn't leave my house until about 10pm. So it was a very long day for everyone but I'm satisfied with the results. There was a project manager Taylor Lyons who was overseeing my roof getting done. She did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop and showing up on time when we did our pre construction meeting and the 25 point inspection once it was all said and done. Very thankful I don't have to worry this winter and years to come on the condition of my roof.

I had a fantastic experience with Ibex Roofing. The crew was incredibly fast and efficient (rain was forecast the following day), and I was especially impressed with their attention to detail during cleanup-everything was spotless when they left.
A special shoutout to Project Manager Jeff, who was very professional and excellent setting expectations before the start of the job and followed through all the way to the end. His communication and commitment to ensuring I was completely satisfied made a big difference.

Roof turned out great. Just as expected. They were on time with all meetings, completed what they said they would complete and finished the project earlier than expected. I would recommend IBEX roofing.

Recently had my roof replace/insulation and some gutter work with Ibexroofing. Their price are definitely on the high end and their sale tactic leave you a bad taste, they are pushy to the point it make feel disrespectful. They will give you a super overprice estimation then will try to push you to sign contract on the spot with a price that is still almost double others. They had 3 people come out to do the same job (inspection), each time is like an hour or more which I thought was a waste of time. Besides their distasteful sale tactic, their works are recommendable. I had a pleasant time working with the project manager Jayden; he was honest, on time and had integrity in his work. The roofing crews and insulation/gutter crews are professional, they did a satisfy/recommendable job and they clean up well after the job is done. If it wasn't for the professionalism from the Project Manager (Jayden) and the crews, I would have given IBEX 3 stars. I also want to mention Ibex said they only charged me 1/4 of the price for the vacuum/installation because they miscalculated on their part but they will honor it since we already signed the contract.

What a gift you have given to us. Our home looks wonderful and stands out in our neighborhood. All due to the wonderful work that your IBEX crew has done.

From the estimator, Luke, to the crew, and to the project manager, Taylor, who worked her buttowski off today by traveling from Olympia to Vancouver, WA to get parts that weren't here in Olympia. The crew was very focused, efficient, and worked like a lubed machine.

We needed to have our roof replaced, as well as our gutters, downspouts, and skylights. This job also included a tear off. This was a very large job, and one that we wanted to last for our lifetime, as well as any owner we may sell to during the warranty. We found that, and more with IBEX Roof!
The four roofers that came out on time every day were so wonderful and hard working. I have had a professional team put on a roof for me on another home, so I am able to compare apples for apples. There is no comparison. This team was respectful, well spoken and I never heard any profanity. I can't say that of my other experience. Any questions I asked were answered and they would call and find out if they didn't know, not once acting exasperated. I put them to the test!

This entire project took a little less than 5 days. I was very impressed. Cailen did the final inspection and found our Vent fan hood broken. Not knowing when or how it was cracked he taped it and said he would have it replaced for us. I could go on, but suffice it to say, again, I highly recommend IBEX Roof and would buy from them again...but I won't need to lol

The roofing team, Leo, Domas, Jose, and Thomas, not only created a beautiful roof for me; they also cleaned the property of construction debris regularly, used a magnet sweeper to capture any stray nails, and took steps to protect my fragile plants growing close to the house.

Logan and Kama did an excellent job of replacing aging fixtures on the roof including skylight, vents and flashing gaps where the chimney and roof meet. They also thoroughly explained why leaking was occurring and showed their work via photographs - quite pleased with results.

After receiving one of IBEX advertisment letters in the mail, and coincidentally needing a roof repair at that time, I looked up this company and saw many wonderful reviews for their work. Previously I had brought roofers out twice (from a different company) to repair my leaking roof, with no success. Seeing the great reviews for IBEX gave me more confidence and I decided to go with this company, and I'm very glad I did!!

Hanoa came out to my house and did a thorough inspection of a section of roof that's been leaking since I moved into my home. He identified issues and areas where water could be intruding into my home, and was easy to talk with and explained things in an easy to understand manner.

Tim was the roofer assigned to replace the roof. He was excellent to work with, and extremely detailed with the work he did. Afterwards he provided a thorough explanation (with pictures) of the work performed, and it looks 1000% better than it did before! I especially appreciated the attention to detail in his work and the quality of the material that goes under the shingles (I forgot what it's called aha) the company uses to protect the home. Tim was easy to talk too as well!

Overall quote process was straight forward and to the point with plenty of options for installation. Followup and scheduling could be a bit better as I was in a waiting period of ?? For installation scheduling.

Day of install came and went with out much to do. Site installer Eric was good to work with and very responsive and owned his work.

The service provided was awesome!! From the first phone call to Johnny coming out and explaining what needed to be done to the guy repairing the leak all was done very quickly and both guys had a smile on when we talked. Great team over at Ibex has helped me out a few times now. Recently had some work done replacing roof vents and cleaning moss off the roof. They scheduled me within a few days, but were still able to get it done earlier than that. Kama is a great guy and does fantastic and thorough work!

From the first point of contact to the last, IBEX employees were the height of courtesy and professionalism. My initial visit with Jacob and Chris to scope out the project left me feeling confident they weren’t “finding” things to upsell me on. I wasn’t able to go over the process and products at that time so Jacob came back a few dats later when it was convenient for me to sit down with him and not feel rushed into making big financial decisions. They scheduled the job the following week and Trevor, my project manager, came out, took measurements, explained the process, laid out timelines, etc. The crew showed up, in freezing weather, on time and ready to work. They laid out tarps to catch any debris and salvaged some items from my roof that I wanted to keep and then got to work. They finished the job in 2 1/2 days, just in time for the snow and everything looks fantastic. Big shout out to Alberto, the crew leader, who stayed late to make sure everything was thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. Trevor returned for a final inspection and we both went up to the roof and he showed me all of the improvements (ridge cap, intake vents, etc.). I feel confident that my roof will last as long as I do in this house (I’ve already been here 30 years). Thanks to the entire IBEX staff! You’re doing excellent work!
