Very detailed throughout the whole process. We watched a neighbor get a new roof from a different company. Took almost a week and a half. Ours took 2 days. Off with the old and on with the new.

Don’t get swindled.

I am not sure which location came to bid on a new roof for my home- but in the (ridiculous, lengthy) hour and a half sales pitch session, the estimator went from $21k, down to $11k.

Read that again. He first estimated $21,000 for a new roof on my small home, and when I was blown away, brought it down to $11,000 if I signed right then.

Disgusting and sketchy. Pretty sure that speaks for itself- no one could drop prices by $10,000 just to secure a sale. Can you imagine if I would have said yes at first?! And the tech walked away with $10k for free?! I wonder how many people this has happened to? Bad business.

Fast and very professional. 1 small issue and they had someone out the next day to make it right. Very happy with their work and service.

The experience from sales to installation was superb. There weren't any surprises with this project due to the inspection thoroughness of Jacob and Trevor. The workmanship and products are excellent and to top it off, the project was on time! Definitely exceeded my expectations!

Caleb and Logan were terrific. We had a branch come through our roof and they were able to squeeze us in a day and a half later which was amazing. Great communication and nice to work with.

Caleb and Logan were professional and very pleasant. They replaced 2 vents and repaired a skylight in a timely manner. IBEX Roof was a great company to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable people. I would highly recommend them!

From the very first meeting where we sat down and discussed the type of roof I was looking roof and what I was looking for in a service provider through actual tearing off and replacing the roof process and then the final walk through this company has continuously gone above and beyond . Ibex Roof did an awesome job replacing the roof at Riverview Church. The process was smooth and working with David on the proposal/estimate gave confidence that the roof would be done well and the issues would be fully addressed. Our project manager, Trevor, did a fantastic job of communicating throughout the entire job and was easy to work with, especially when it came to a couple of changes that became necessary as the tear off progressed. Ibex was very professional from start to finish I was very happy with the people that came into my home and talk to me as opposed to some other salesman and roofers these guys set out a plan and they delivered it on time and promptly they did everything they said they were going to do and more the only thing I wish is in my case my loan was rejected after they put my roof on I don't know whose fault this is but I wish they would have waited and seen that the loan was gone through first before they put the roof on that's my only complaint but as for the rest of the job it was fantastic people in the neighborhood are looking at my roof now I no longer have to hide my head and shame because I have an old roof

We have never needed a roof and we were terrified of the cost and the process. After talking to neighbors and other roofing companies, we decided to go with Ibex. From the get-go, Ibex was a painless group to work with. Kevin from sales was thorough in explaining the process and did not put any pressure on us to to buy. The bid was very competitive and we liked the vibe, so we pulled the trigger. Quenton was the project manager and was very communicative about the process and there weren’t any surprises when it came to paying the bill.
The install team was also great! They let us know what we needed to know, they were efficient and respectful, and when they left, we couldn’t tell they had been here.
We will definitely recommend Ibex for roof replacement.

The team did a good job replacing gutters for my house, we were well informed for every detail of the project, and the installation team is well trained and worked hard.

IBEX came out, did a very thorough inspection on the attic and roof. Found a small leak in the attic space above the garage. When is a leak good? Well, anywho! They didn’t find much else other than the age of the shingles and lots of granule loss. Decided to move forward with IBEX. Was not disappointed in anyway. The end of the project, they left it better than it was prior to arriving, they communicated very well throughout the process. One of the trucks knocked over a small guide post across the road when turning the truck around. That very next day two brand new guide posts were put in and they did it on their own! No one told them they had to do that. I’d recommend this company to friends and family! They are little speedier than other quotes I had. But the quality and guarantees, along with the communication about process and how detailed they were more than makes up for that value. Quintin baseman was awesome! Very up front on the process and communicated as much as I needed!

Trevor and his team did an excellent job with our roof. They were professional, efficient, and very quick to respond when we had questions or concerns. We didn’t have many. Big fan of Ibex and their team.

I don't normally leave reviews but I felt obligated to do so this time. A great company. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. Johnny was awesome who came out initially for our inspection/estimate. He is very professional, experienced, patient and kind. He explained everything to us in terms we could understand and we never felt pressured. His approach to his job is wonderful and great at what he does. Then came the actual work. Kettner and Tim are incredible. They came out on one of the hottest days of the year and worked for about 8 hours on our roof and attic. The whole time they were here they were some of the most polite, respectful and hard working human beings I have ever met. Kettner takes pride in his work and it shows. He went above and beyond what I expected and I was blown away by the end result. This is the kind of service/work that people want and you guys delivered 100%. If you have any work that needs to be done on your roof or Gutters ask for Johnny for the estimate and request Kettner and Tim for the labor, they're the perfect team. Going forward this is the only company I will use from now on.Thank you guys!

The IBEX team provided excellent professional service and quality work. Our roof project was a large one and they made the experience easy for us.

Kettner and Logan spent most of the day here. They cleaned our roof, removing a lot of moss and replaced some vents. They also added edge vents to our roof and did some other minor repairs. When they were finished, they cleaned up their mess perfectly so we are very happy with the results. The roof is clean and well protected. The young men were pleasant and easy to work with and willing to answer any questions that we had. We would be happy to use them for this service again.

After a couple of frustrating experiences with door-knocking roofing companies, I started researching to find a company with good reviews that didn't seem so predatory. I found Ibex through a social media ad and while I was still a little cautious, they responded to my inquiry form almost immediately and I had an appointment scheduled for an inspection within a few days.
David was awesome! He took a lot of pictures of my roof including the underside from the crawl space and explained all the areas of concern.
Once the project was scheduled, I met Johnny, the Project Manager. He is also awesome! He explained the whole process and answered all my questions.
The work crew was equally great. They worked quickly and made sure I didn't have any questions throughout the process. They thoroughly explained the additional concerns they uncovered during the tear-off process.
I'm thoroughly happy Ibex. My new roof looks great, the workmanship warranty is reassuring and everyone I met along the way was fantastic.

Work was quality and the customer service and cleanup were both excellent. They were even careful around some plants which partially blocked their access to the roof to be repaired. Nice job, guys.

Hanoa just replaced 5 skylights for me as well as flashing around my chimney and roof and gutter cleaning. We got a new roof with Ibex and it was the easiest most seamless process ever.
We have a tricky roof , 100 year old house with lots of weird angles, so the job was a TASK.
Communication was fantastic. We never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to hear back from the company whenever we had any questions.
Two days of work and our roof not only looks amazing, but the guys cleaned after themselves and it was like there were never here.

We used Ibex Roof after a tree fell on our house, Johny was patient and super down to earth as he walked us through the process.
Crew showed up on time and were polite, quick and tidy.
House looks phenomenal and they did an amazing job cleaning, even went over with a magnet a second time on the walkthrough to make sure tires and pets were safe.
Price was competitive but work was beyond expectation.
Would highly recommend, and if you are lucky enough to get Johny, you are in good hands.

This is a company that REALLY knows what "Customer" Service is. Ketner and Whitney were very professional, courteous, and expedient. Ketner is definitely an asset to the Ibex Roofing Company. His ability to listen to the concerns presented and explain how he was going to take care of them was very refreshing. Due to the inclimate weather there were some schedule changes but Ketner made sure we were completely satisfied with the job upon completion. More companies should follow their example of "Customer" Service.

IBEX has your back. Im newer to the area recently buying a house. IBEX professional Luke N came through in a big way. He executed a roof inspection, and I was impressed. Not at all the deficiencies he found (sigh) but how he packaged everything, streamlining the process with thorough explanation to ensure we had clear understanding, making it an easy decision to work with them to complete the job. I have no complaints. Moss is gone, leaks are repaired, worn end caps all replaced in less than a handful of hours. Huge thanks to Luke. Job more than well done. I've found my professional.

Sales process at the start is long 2+ hours and similar to a car dealership. Past that though, the process was super smooth. Johnny and his crew were timely, professional and not only did a fantastic job with the roof but did an excellent job cleaning up the yard after the project. Super easy to work with and professional. I was already familiar with them because a few years ago they went above and beyond to solve a tricky leak created by shoddy work of the previous homeowner. So when we finally needed a new roof this year they were one of the first companies we called.

David, the sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. Though I already had loyalty to them from their past work, David re-earned our business with a thorough presentation and reasonable price. Johnny the project manager took over from there and made the entire process go extremely smoothly. He made sure there were no surprises and was there every step of the way. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and you could tell he approaches his job with integrity and honesty. Fidel, the lead installer was also great. His team was fast, friendly, and did a beautiful job with the install. The roof looks great and I no longer have to worry about it. Roofs are a large purchase and we naturally had some anxiety about it. Thankfully everyone at Ibex made us feel so much better.

Lastly, kudos to Kirk for running a business based on integrity, hard work, and an excellent product. I knew years ago when he came and saved the day for my family that he was a stand up guy but he proved it again with the awesome experience his team delivered with our new roof. These guys did an excellent job cleaned up very well I couldn't find a scrap nail anywhere in the yard! Kyle and Nick were excellent both in good humor! And even took time to talk to me while where they were doing the installation. 100% satisfaction other than the very high interest rate but that's usually taken care of by just paying up front

I had an excellent experience start to finish with the crew at IBEX. I needed my gutters replaced and was quoted very reasonable prices for what I needed. Eduardo was great with the sales and initial quote. Johnny did a fantastic job communicating about the job and any little things that would help my gutters/roof function better. These guys were great! Higher end of the price spectrum, but from the initial inspection and estimate process through the cleanup, they were first rate. Even when a couple of “hiccups” occurred (and they always do on a steep complex roof like ours), they were quick to respond, solve the problem, and cover the extra cost. We couldn’t be happier!
