I just had a new roof and gutters installed. Homemasters gave me the most detailed bid of the four bids I solicited. The work was done ahead of schedule. The quality of the work appears to be very good but I guess time will be the better judge of that. They used all Owens Corning products. Crystal was very straightforward and easy to work with. The price was reasonable.

Homemasters are awesome! Can't say enough good things about them. We had gotten numerous bids, but Crystal's friendliness and the time she spent explaining everything was exemplary. They dropped off the dumpster for the old roofing material the day before they began and then arrived the next day and went to work. They were meticulous in their approach and process. They covered our flower beds with tarps so that no roofing debris got in them. They cleaned up everything each day and when the job was finished they swept our porch and driveway and left everything perfect. The whole crew were so nice and friendly. We definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Two sheets of plywood warped and exposed my roof to potential leaks. The crew came out a day or so after the estimate. The roof is about 15 years old, and how they managed to get a close match to the shingles is amazing. They were done with everything in a matter of a couple of hours. No mess left behind and you can't even tell where the damage was. Great workers, great estimate, and great job.

We had our Velux skylights replaced today. Jacob and Emilo did a great job! On time, very careful inside the house, very thorough and professional work. I would recomment homemasters anytime!

Earlier this year, we started the process to select a roofing contractor. We selected Homemasters of Vancouver for our job. Excellent leadership and values start at the top, and Bill Whitlow, owner of Homemasters Vancouver, has assembled an excellent team. Greg Gersen, Project Manager, inspected our roof and provided a report on the condition of our roof. He developed a detailed proposal including pictures taken in our attic showing areas of concern. Greg patiently answered our questions, and we felt no pressure. The project was completed on time and on budget. The roofing team worked hard each day, and the overall project was completed in four days as intended without interruption or delay. The team that replaced our gutters was excellent as were the painters who did work on the job. Our gazebo was repaired by David, the handyman, reroofed to match our house and repainted. It now looks great. At the end of each day during the project, the crew cleaned up our property. We were very pleased with Homemasters from the crew on site as well as the team in the Homemasters office. This was a job well done with no surprises. Five stars earned and five stars awarded!

In the last three weeks I’ve had the pleasure to have Marco and his crew to do a roof tear off, replace with a new roof, replace a skylight and add additional attic ventilation. They completed the work in two days! They were timely,
efficient and professional. Everything they did was done with exceptional workmanship quality!
Two weeks later Eli and his crew appeared to add clean outs to my downspouts. Not only did they do the clean outs; they also found a problem with a downspout and fixed it for me!
I will not hesitate to use HomeMasters again for additional work that I will need in the future. Definitely a 5 star crew of extraordinary professionals!

Total tear off and replacement of our home roof. Roofing foreman Lucas Ray and his crew (down one man) did an exceptional job. After thunder storms dampened the timeline, Lucas returned to work all day Saturday and Sunday by himself to finish the job. The property was left spotless each evening and there was never any major debris at anytime outside the dumpster. We also had our gutters removed and replaced. Highly satisfied and worth every penny! I will use them again!

Homemasters Vancouver did a great job from start to finish. From the estimation process to the finish product, they were professional and courteous. They educated us on our roof and gave us a no pressure quote. They were very pleasant to deal with and communication was excellent. The roofers were on time, friendly and did a fast thorough job. Quality of roof looks good and we highly recommend them.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. In particular David. He's been out for a couple odd jobs and he nailed every one of them. A-Z. Siding and window seal repair, shower repair, swapping out a chandelier for a ceiling fan on a vaulted ceiling, and fixed a leaking window. Utmost professionalism, punctual, and went above and beyond! Best of all the price was great. Call them!

Head foreman Lucas was I'm charge of replacing the roof on our home, he went above and beyond doing the tear off, replacing rotten sheeting, water proofing, clean up and reroofing almost single handedly! He does excellent work with great communication and attention to detail, highly recommended

Christmas Eve day is not the time you want to see water dripping through your living room ceiling, but alas. We contacted Homemasters and received a call ON CHRISTMAS DAY regarding scheduling for someone to come out to see what was happening. If that isn't 24/7 then I don't know what is. Lucas and Jacob came over bright and early the next morning to tarp the roof and do a basic assessment, and were able to get the work done later that week. Plaster Master Jay joined the party a few days later to repair the damage to the wall and ceiling, and Jacob returned with Emilio yesterday to paint away any last speck of the issue and throw down some replacement insulation upstairs. A thoroughly professional job was carried out by all members of the team, and I wouldn't say that I can't wait to have another emergency house issue but I absolutely know who my first call is.

I selected HOMEMASTERS Vancouver to repair some broken roof tiles, install anti-ponding protection, do a deep clean and de-moss the roof. The workers that did this were very polite, professional and kept us informed every step of the way. I could not have asked for better help. Thank you Emilio and Juan! I would not only recommend them, I also intend to work with HOMEMASTERS again.

Hugo and Emilio were here for a week working on our tile roof. They did excellent work and are highly professional. They took extra care of our home and yard. At the end of each day, all of their equipment was neatly stored or packed up and removed, and they placed tarps to capture any and all debris. This is an A+ team and I highly recommend HomeMasters.

I hired Home Masters again since they did such a great job for me last year. I had them replace our garage roof, side the garage, replace a small deck, paint the garage and greenhouse and install gutters on the greenhouse. They did excellent work. I especially recommend David, Hugo, and Emilio for their level of attention and detail and care about doing an excellent job the entire time. Thanks Home Masters!

Rob, Jacob and Dave were excellent to work with as was the estimator Stephan. They did great work, the estimate was what we paid. We originally hired them to install skylights which were done professional and with care. The finished product looked great. The work was so good that when we needed some rot repaired and a custom medicine cabinet installed we hired them again! The second round proves to us that from here on we call homemasters for all our building envelop and interior repairs and upgrades! I couldn't recommend them higher. Thanks Homemasters!!!

We recently had a custom patio cover built by the crew at Homemasters Vancouver and would highly recommend them if you want a quality product and the job done right. Everyone involved performed their role expertly. Stefan, the project manager, came out to do the estimate and listened patiently to our requirements. He made appropriate recommendations and produced a fair bid. David and Jim were the builders of the structure and did a great job. Their attention to detail and thoroughness was evident throughout. Eli & Carlos did a fine, fast job on the gutters, and Marco, Enrique, and Jacob finished it off by installing roofing which perfectly matched the main structure. The end result turned out better than we imagined and the final cost was exactly what was quoted. Thanks to Bill and all the team.

Absolutely horrible. They “fixed” our roof after a tree fell in our backyard-while on the roof they suggested additional work to make the roof leak proof. We agreed and paid about $7000 for materials and labor. They took forever, were unresponsive, then finally finished. We decide to sell our house and wanted to get them paid and out of our lives. We had to ask multiple times for the final bill now I know why. Our buyers inspection showed lots of shoddy workmanship and caused a price reduction. Now, after calling they are completely unresponsive. I could go on but I am not wasting more energy and time on this company. Disgraceful. I feel duped.

Very professional and timely. Darren & Levi did a great job and even did a couple extra items that showed their attention to detail. Would have no issue recommending them. This is the 2nd time I've had them come out To do work and will not be the last.

I don't normally post reviews but after an initial disappointment I was very impressed with Homemaster's customer service. I got an estimate to install a gutter with leaf covers on an attached pergola. The scope of the work evolved from a simple add-on gutter to removing and replacing the existing gutter and downspout which more than tripled the estimate. After paying the bill, on the first dry day I went up on the roof to inspect the install and realized they had not installed the covers. Homemasters not only removed the $300 charge for the covers they returned and completed the work at no charge. Greg Gersen did a great job keeping me informed about the changes. I will definitely use them again for future projects

Originally had them out to quote on my roof, bid came in high, so went with another business. Ended up having them do a couple other tasks as the quote came in reasonable.
Workmanship was ok; the painting that was done needs at least one more coat. The real problem is that the invoice came in three times higher than the quote. For the first task, it was quoted two guys for a couple of hours plus materials. The second task was two guys at $130 per hour plus materials, with the estimate of a couple of hours. It ended up taking them eight hours. So four times the estimated time and three times the quoted amount. The workmanship was also not checked by the fella who provided the quote as stated.

I'd say some serious work needs to be done on their quoting accuracy.

Long story short, either do it yourself or find someone who can provide accurate quotes. I know I will.

Jordan and his team are amazing. He replaced 2 windows and we couldn’t be happier, they look great. Jordan was in constant communication with me every step of the way. So courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Jordan for any job you have. He was very conscientious of the quality of his work and consulted with me on materials to make sure I was happy with his suggestions.
I am looking forward to having him back for my future projects.

We had several gutters replaced on our home and a new one added to our shop. Ahmet & Eli did a great job! Ahmet explained a couple of changes that needed to be made to make gutters work as we wanted. These guys were very courteous and respectful which you don't see that often these days. They went right to work and completed quickly. Whitney and Gwen were very helpful when I called to find out more information. We would certainly use Homemasters again and will refer to others!

I had an excellent experience with Homemasters installing a new roof, sistering rafters, new barge boards, fascia boards & gutters.
The project was seamless from beginning to end. Everything Stefan the project manager promised occurred. Owner Bill was easy going and at the project on the first day to do sistering of rafters, and allowed me to work along him and his crew!
The crew - Marco, Enrique, Jacob, Ahmet (sp?), Joey were friendly, kind, respectful of my home, and truly nice guys!

Rob and Jacob were sent out to install a sun tunnel in my new home and I couldn't be more pleased. They were on time, professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job of installing the unit. Before beginning, they explained exactly what they would be doing, they then laid out tarps to prevent making a mess and they cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They are the Dynamic Duo!!

I had a serious leak in roof and called Homemasters for a quote. Stepfan gave me a quote to repair the damage after considering options I went with a full roof removal and replacement. The crew was professional and did a super job. Jacob, Enrique and Marco arrived in the morning on schedule and by that evening they had completed the job. New roof looks great and yard around the house was cleaned up like nothing had ever happened. Well done!

I had the Homemasters roofing crew come out and replace my roof, they did a great job! After that Rob and Jacob repaired some siding spots and added a belly band to the front of my house. David and Levi came to our home yesterday to begin the install of our skylight. We were impressed with how professional and courteous they were. David really took the time for establishing the placement and Levi worked well as an efficient team member. The clean up was very good, we couldn’t be happier with their hard work and pleasant demeanor.

After a good experience with HOMEMASTERS two years ago for new cottage/deck roof and siding repair, we used them recently for a new roof on our main house. This was a GREAT experience! Our Project Coordinator Eric was efficient with quoting/contracting...a true professional. Pricing in line with expectations. We hired Homemasters to install a sun tunnel light in our upstairs landing. We opted for the flush mount on the roof versus the bubble that is more common. Whitney was very professional and helped coordinate it all. Everyone we worked with was very professional. Rob and Jacob did an amazing job with the installation from start to finish. I hired Homemasters to provide a variety of services fixing and cleaning my tile roof. I also asked them to fix a mix of other small problems involving venting in my attic. Homemasters responded with an onsite assessment and quote in one day and then sent two roofing and handyman technicians to fix the various problems the NEXT workday. Rob and Jacob did a fabulous job and were incredibly easy to work with...exactly what you want with craftsman working on your home. They were considerate, accommodating and precise in explaining their work. I have been a homeowner for 50 years. These two professionals were the best I have ever experienced.

Homemasters replaced part of our sub roofing, all of our shingles and vents, and a fascia board. Eric Burd did the initial inspection of our roof which was very thorough, and gave us a quote. We were very happy with the amount it cost to do the work and we have a 50 year guarantee on the shingles. The work crew was on time, worked hard, and did a fantastic job! Thank you Homemasters!

We had a great experience having our roof replaced with Bill at Homemasters. He was prompt with his bid and was able to schedule us quickly, which was needed, as our roof had sprung a leak with the rains this fall. Marco and Inreka did a fantastic job removing and replacing our old roof as did Bill repairing the problem areas that were leaking. Our whole project from bid to finished was done in 10 days. We can't thank the team at Homemasters enough for the quality work and great service!

Following a complete replacement of our roof last year, we faced having the gutters, facia, and soffit painted. HomeMasters Vancouver was selected to handle the work and we accepted a good quote and were scheduled for late September. Tannyr and Spencer handled the work and we are very pleased with the results. Working around a few days of rain, they completed the job and everything looks great. Based on a positive first experience, we will look to HomeMasters Vancouver for their help in the future.

Very good service from Homemasters Vancouver re installation of a Velux Solar Tube. Estimator Stefan was pleasant and detail oriented. Installer Michael was efficient and pleasant as well. Office manager, Whitney was responsive and excellent at keeping me informed of installation schedule, etc. Highly recommend based on my experience.

Homemasters has done work for me before so they were the logical choice for me to do additional repairs to my roof. Spencer and Tanner did an excellent job of removing the original, faulty tar paper, placing new Water and Ice underlayment across the valleys, new valley metal atop the new underlayment and then replacing all of the tiles. During the work they both kept me appraised of what they were doing, what their next steps would be and what their schedule was. I'm confident that the repair plan set out by Homemasters estimator Stefan, together with the workmanlike installation by Spencer and Tanner will keep our house dry and protected next rainy season.

Jacob and Rob were here on time and completed the job in the estimated window even with having to add an element to job to improve outcome. Very professional and did a great job. Will definitely call for other project help

Wonderful job repairing our siding and garage door trim. Stefan was very helpful describing the repair needed and provided a fair quote -- comparable to other companies in the area. We had a wonderfull experience dealing with Stefan, the Project Coordinator, and Spencer and Tanner who did the actual tile roof repairs. They were on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up all the debris. I could not be happier.

Found out (in December, no less) that we needed a new roof immediately. The Vancouver Homemasters got the job done, between raindrops, efficiently and quickly. Kudos to those very hard workers! We are totally satisfied and have a 50 year warranty as a bonus. We definitely recommend this company who we found because they also did the house across the street from us.

Owner came out to give us an estimate, was told same day we would receive a quote. Given that it was the Wednesday before a holiday when we did not get one we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Called Monday, was told sorry, we will get it Tuesday. Called Tuesday... called again Wednesday, customer service was very apologetic and nice but... still no quote.

Ended up receiving a quote with an apology and an offer of 10% less, which we appreciated, that being said. The owner lost the measurements and came back to re-measure without our knowledge which we were uncomfortable with being that we were not notified nor home at the time. That aside, the quote was over %60 higher then two other companies, with the discount. Thus we chose another company. I cannot speak to the quality of the actual work as we went elsewhere, hence the 2 stars.

Had two skylights replaced and one new skylight installed by HOMEMASTERS and am fully satisfied. Eric came out to bid the job and was very pleasant to talk to. Austin and Spencer completed the skylight work and took their time to get the job done right. They are both hard working, friendly and make a good team. All of the interior drywall work was done by Jay and he took his time to ensure the final result was notch. Overall very pleased with my experience with HOMEMASTERS. Office staff was helpful and always available, Bill the owner stopped by and left his business card, and the workers were great. Thanks!

What a shock it was, Bill, when you and the HOMEMASTERS’ crew showed up at our door to let us know about the HOMEMASTERS Christmas Contest – and that our family had won a free roof! We were just stunned. We had been planning on re-roofing the house for some time, hoping to avoid financing the project. What a blessing! We are grateful to our 5 children and many friends for helping us get the “votes” for the contest – and grateful to HOMEMASTERS for your generosity and the great job you have done! The roof went on very quickly. The HOMEMASTERS team was courteous and friendly from the start. We thank you for installing the skylights for us, as well, and during that project the professionalism of your crew really stood out! They did excellent work inside and out – and did an immaculate job of cleaning up after themselves. We have a new 50-year roof and are extremely satisfied. I called Homemasters to get a quote to repair a gutter. They promptly returned my call, and scheduled my appointment. Kyle was on time, went through my options with me, and answered my questions. I decided to replace the gutter rather than repair it; Homemasters was there two days later to take care of the job. So far, so good!
