DryTime Restoration

I have mixed feelings about Dry Time. In general their system of communication is frustrating to deal with but the people themselves are nice. The dehumidifier readings had to be checked nearly every day and they won't really do time windows, so we would receive a call at a random time of the day asking if they could come over in 10-25 min. Difficult to plan the day around that, especially since it was often unclear if they would be coming over on a given day or not.

The technicians themselves were really kind and considerate of our houseplants to make sure they didn't suffer from lack of humidity. Our favorite was Ricky as he was very friendly and was really conscientious about communicating his ETA and making sure he wasn't putting us out, and also came back out to our house to cover the area in plastic after the job was done to make sure that the cats wouldn't get inside the walls.

I was in a near panic when I realized I had a serious plumbing problem . First, I called a plumber who recommended Dry Time Restoration. What a blessing that turned out to be. Daniel came very promptly and explained the process to me. The entire crew was communicative and professional.
It took 5 weeks to complete the process, but I was able to reuse my existing cabinetry only because they were so conscientious in making sure everything was completely dry.
I would not wish a disaster like this on anyone, but if situation ever arose again, I would definitely be a repeat customer with DryTime restoration.

Our toilet leaked while we were on vacation and caused a lot of water damage. The plumber referred us to DryTime and Mark came out the same day! He was very thorough in taking photos, measurements, and even walked us through filing the insurance claim. The team did a great job drying out our 4 affected rooms, checked the readings daily, and left everything clean when they pulled out all the equipment. Mark and the DryTime team did a fantastic job, were friendly, responsive, and very helpful! Highly recommend!

I found issues at 2pm, these guys were contacted at 330pm and arrived by 510pm to address my leak issues, within an hour Ricky and Marquise had anlayzed the situation discussed next steps setup a dehumidifier and were on their way. DryTime has consistently shown my fiancé and I incredible customer service, and Aris deserves a special shoutout for our most recent interaction. Last week, we found some water damage in our kitchen as a result of our dishwasher overflowing. We called DryTime and Aris was on site within the hour! As he carried out his inspection, he carefully explained all of his findings and patiently answered any questions we had. Upon finishing his initial inspection, he recommended that we file a claim with our insurance company to assess how much of the repair they would cover. He continued to offer his support and guidance as we coordinated with our insurance—he was even present during the insurance adjuster’s inspection! Throughout this process, Aris and DryTime have taken care of us like family! We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

We had drytime referred to us by our plumber for some major water damage. From the start, Danielle came out and was absolutely amazing! The crew that came out, Matt, Ricky, Marquise and Nolan, were speedy wayyyy beyond professional and did such an amazing job!!! I recently had a sprinkler pipe break the flooded my crawl space. Having never dealt with a major leak I reached out to DryTime based on reviews and the availability they had to come inspect my crawl space. Justin Osborn and his crew were on the seen in just a few hours and got right to work. They had the crawl space dried out and sprayed for mold in just a few days. They made sure to protect the inside of the house in the areas they were working in and left the place as clean as they found. Dry time even dealt directly with my insurance company so I did not have to play the middle man in what was a stressful situation.

I rarely give five stars, but Dryworx has been so responsive and so professional, that there isn’t another choice - unless I could give six stars. We came home from a weekend trip to discover, at 12:30 in the morning, that an upstairs toilet had cracked and had been dripping water onto the floor for HOURS. When I say “dripping” it was actually 3-4 gallons a minute!

Dryworx came out bright and early the next morning (I couldn’t find a single plumber who would come during the night). Tim was the consummate professional: he was prompt, he listened closely, he had the tools and know-how to identify exactly how far the water had gone in my walls, floors, and ceilings. He told me exactly what they would do to get my repairs done as quickly as possible and what I could expect. I felt relieved and confident.

The repair crew came out right away, also arriving on time, and calling ahead when they were en route to let me know exactly when they would arrive.

Taylor and Casey are a dream team. They explained their plan, gave me a sense of the timing, answered my questions, and walked the problem areas with me, listening to my added comments. Their plan echoed the plan Tim gave me, which increased my confidence in Dryworx as a company that works well together. They’ve come for two days now, finishing today, setting up the containment areas, tearing down damaged drywall, opening things up so they could start the drying process. The whole time, they put my needs for access and understanding first, and they were unfailingly polite, friendly, and had great solutions for my questions. My cat even gave them her stamp of approval too, not an easy thing to get!

Speaking of approvals, when I talked to my insurance adjuster, he said that Dryworx is his favorite company to work with! He said that, in his experience, Dryworx gives reasonable estimates and does what they say they’ll do. He also said he’s seen a lot of satisfied Dryworx customers.

So now we are going to be running fans and dehumidifiers for the next six days and, while that isn’t the most fun part, I am completely confident they will make sure the job is done right.

My husband and I experienced a kitchen flood with a broken hot water pipe under sink. The plumber recommended Drytime and they came out almost immediately. Met with Danielle first and she was amazing! Then each day someone new came to check the progress of the drying. Blake, Ian, Josh, and forgive me for not remembering ALL the names but these people are outstanding. After drying, they demo the kitchen. Extremely polite, and they all loved my puppy Harley lol. I highly recommend them 1000%! Just very nice, very thorough and explained the insurance process better than our insurance did. Professional, always on time. Just call them. You will be happy you did!

Drytime Restoration is a very nice company. They do very quality work and they care for their customers. They will help you to understand how insurance works, they will help you to fill out insurance claim. I learnt a lot about home insurance from Danielle. Danielle is extremely professional and helpful. Danielle wears many hats and very skilled. Danielle is very nice. When you hire them, ask for Danielle as she will be there to save you and your house. Ricky was great! He did a very thorough inspection of our house and found mold right above our bedroom ceiling. Thanks to Ricky we won’t have to sleep under mold anymore!

Had a water heater leak in an encloses space which didn't get caught immediately. I called DryTime and they were on sight the next day and began they tear of affected areas and material and began the dry out. Part way through the process insurance denied the claim. Every call I made trying to address what to do was answered promptly and handled professionally.
With the insurance denial I thought we were up the creek without a paddle. However, DryTime negotiated a very fair cost and payment plan, much to my relief. I highly recommend this company.

I want to say thank you to DryTime Restoration for getting back to me as soon as possible. Although, I didn’t need their services, Patrick came to do a mold inspection and he was informative and courteous. I really appreciate him taking the time to come to my house the same day I called.

DryTime is amazing. I had a leak in my ceiling and Nate from DryTime was super helpful and able to manage so much of the logistics around the repair during a very difficult time. This company is highly reliable, on top of their service and trustworthy. They addressed the mold, checked on their equipment and the repair regularly. Never did I have to follow up and ask them when they were going to show up. Nate was really helpful in explaining and documenting everything for insurance. Not all heros wear capes. Some wear elastic coveralls and respirators. Huge shoutout to Patrick and Joe for the delivering service I didn't think anyone offered nowadays. Not only did they do an incredibly profressional cleaning, but they literally coached me through the entire insurance claim process, which took nearly 6 months (because home insurance is the worst) and many hours of their time. Thanks to their help, the remediation following a hot water pipe break was 100% covered. Had I been on my own to deal with insurance (or with a less knowlegable company) I would have ended up paying 50% (about 5K) myself.

Remarkably honest, excellent customer service, and thorough knowledge of all things water leak/drywall/floors/etc. We had a bathtub overflow simultaneous to our garage leaking from winter storms and DryTime was there to take care of everything. They explained the insurance process with me, were there when they said they would be, and didn't cut corners. 100% recommend.

DryTime Restoration was great to work with. We had a pinhole leak on our hot water line under our kitchen that saturated the insulation and wood in our crawlspace. As a new homeowner, I didn't know where to start but they helped throughout the whole process. They thoroughly answered any question I had from start to finish, communicated well, kept a clean site, and even put up a temporary 'zipper-wall' in the kitchen to keep dust out of the rest of the house.

The estimator, Aris, was very helpful explaining the process, and most importantly, answering my home-insurance claim questions. With their help, I filed my claim and we had their crew out quickly to fix the issue and dry my basement to prevent damage/mold. The crew lead and workers that came to do the work were polite, professional, and friendly. Once all the heaters/fans/dehumidifiers were in place, they did a daily on-site visit to check equipment and take humidity measurements. They also took ample pictures as documentation for my home insurance claim.

I'm glad I was able to connect with DryTime and take care of my home. The hardest part of this whole experience was working with my homeowners' insurance. The insurance company delayed and underpaid; but DryTime communicated with them and collaborated with me to advocate for more payment. This was a combination of DryTime conversing directly with my insurance and talking to me about the process so I was in the loop. Joe Burris at DryTime had several conversations with me well after their work was complete. He helped guide me on how to communicate with my policy holder and educate me on options. I felt they were on my team the whole time and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this type of work at their home!

Daniel was amazing to work with. As our project manager he made the entire process easy. Dry Time handled all the questions & needs of insurance . We cannot sing their praises enough.

Considering the circumstances (discovered a leak and then water damage in our kitchen), we had a great experience with the folks at DryTime. I still remember feeling like a deer in the headlights when this all first came to like. They were very helpful helping me understand the situation and the process.

We primarily worked with a guy named Daniel; he was great to work with. They were good with communication. Patient with me and my questions… unlike our insurance adjuster who frequently seemed to get annoyed with me and my questions… and when the insurance company was trying to deny coverage for certain elements that should have been covered, they went to bat for us. I was annoyed with the insurance company but one of the guys higher up at DryTime was pissed and really fought hard for us to get certain things covered. I pray we never have to deal with that stuff again but if we do, I would gladly work with DryTime again. Good folks there, for sure.

This company is amazing. I contacted them on a Monday, and they sent Corey around that afternoon, he assessed the situation and on Wednesday morning, they showed up and fixed the problem, water in my crawl space, located the leak and advised next steps. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All qualities I look for in a company. I would highly recommend them!

I'd like to express my gratitude to DryTime Restoration, specifically to Patrick, Ricky and Micah. I experienced a sewage backup in my townhouse and they performed the necessary restoration. While it was taxing on me emotionally since I work from home, the crew was extremely professional and kind. They got to work right away, were efficient with their time, and always cleaned up after themselves. They also came over daily to check on the progress and coordinated around my schedule - and they were always right on time when they said they would be! If they needed to leave to take a break, they texted and communicated to me exactly when they would be leaving and coming back again, even offering to bring me a coffee or something back from the store. Ricky was great. Walked through the whole process of investigating the leak in my shower. Showed me each step and what it should look like if there was a leak. I would recommend this company and Ricky any time.

I had water damage in the wall and floor of my living room, and DryTime was recommended to me by my plumber.

They were quick and thorough. Made the process easier to deal, as dealing with water damage is pretty stressful. Answered all my questions, gave me great outlines on what was happening and how long it would take. Nate and Daniel, the project supervisors, were always responsive.

I'm going to hope that I don't have to deal with water damage in the future, but if I have do, I'll definitely use DryTime Restoration's services again.

These guys are the best especially Patrick they came and stepped in when we were in a tight situation, they even came in the evening and got started drying out the bedroom. They were prompt and communicative with us the whole time. Patrick goes out of his way to help in anyway possible especially with the insurance. If there were ten stars I would rate them higher. We had a leak from our bathroom, and Ricky from DryTime was soooo helpful in this otherwise stressful situation! He is very thorough; held my hand through the entire process; and bonus, super friendly with pets!

Working with DryTime Restoration has been a wonderful experience. They know their business and they work quickly and efficiently to save your home. I had a punctured hot water pipe in my living room. They came in and opened walls, removed fixtures and covered furniture. I felt so relieved once they came in. Definitely peace of mind.

There is nothing worst the coming home after work and seeing water spots on the ceilings. I based my choice solely off what their google review rating was and I’m glad I chose Drytime. From my initial panicked call talking to Ben? (the owner) who did a very good job of helping me stay calm and being very reassuring of the whole situation. Then the dispatcher who called and was so kinda. To finally the best part Ricky showing up in 15 minutes. He was amazing, he walked me through everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Took lots of pictures, was very thorough. He spent a good 2 hours (830pm-1030pm!!!) going over everything, setting up dehumidifiers, taping the walls off. He also walked me through the process getting an insurance claimed filed. And he was beyond kind, he kept the small talk going which really helps when your mind is racing with every senerio, and by the time he left I didn’t feel panicked or overwhelmed anymore. I am very grateful and so glad I found them.

Every single person I worked with Ricky, project manager, Blake, Deanthony, Marquis, Anthony, Aris along with a couple others whose names I can’t remember were so kind, knowledge, I felt so comfortable having them around and in the house, even when I had to be at work. I was informed of everything all the time. Even with a few missteps in the process I was taken very good care of. And hopefully this is will never happen again, but if it did this is who I’m calling. Thank you for job well done.

These guys were amazing! Superior service, on- time, professional and a joy to work with. My crawlspace was really flooded and they went the extra mile to de-water, dry, lay new vapor barrier down and verify moisture levels were normal on support posts. They returned several times during the drying process to check on progress. They always called ahead with an ETA. Thank You Corey, Josh, Di'Anthony and Aris!! My crawlspace feels loved again.

DryTime was fantastic to work with! They came right away, and every day after that to ensure my home was efficiently dried out after a pipe broke. The damage was extensive, and they did a great job at finding all areas of the home that were affected and communicating their recommendations to me at every turn. We are extremely satisfied with Drytime. Everyone is professional and polite. We had a hot water pipe leak on Friday. They came right after the plumber left on Friday night and walk me through the insurance process. It is super helpful. The demolition is done cleanly with consideration for reconstruction. Highly recommended.

I'd like to start out by saying that I rarely write reviews for services. In this case, I felt compelled to give a big shout-out to Nate Bower from Dry Time.
I had a very stressful experience with a pipe bursting on a weekend. Nate came over to inspect the damage and explain the cleanup process.
He was both friendly and professional. He thoroughly examined the damage and gave me his opinion on how best to fix the problem.
He worked with me to come up with a fix within my price range. I felt like he was honest and on my side. He was not hurried and addressed all my concerns and questions. He also gave me his personal phone number in the event I needed further info. (which I did). He was very communicative and responded quickly.
I felt like Nate went "above and beyond" in order to make me feel at ease with the process.
I appreciate his superior service and know others would too!

Dry time where the ones to help me in the worst time when I had a leak. Andrew, Micah, and Patrick were great to work with the entire project. They came in to do a demo on my apartment and they were knowledgeable, professional, and kind. In an emergency situation that is the least I could ask for. I would reccomend to anyone wanting a professional and knowledgeable crew to take care of any demo or restoration needs.

Had them come out to check for any water damage after a small flood in one of our bathrooms. Aris was super professional and showed me exactly what he was looking for and what all the tools he used do. Would definitely recommend them to others.

I had an issue in my crawl space yesterday, I called up Dry Time and Mark and Matt were able to come out that same day. They were super great to work with and helped me out big time! I would recommend them and have their contact saved to call them up again!

In February of 2024 I was in the hospital, and the pipes froze and cracked in my studio on my property. I was totally unaware until I came home and found a “we suspect a leak ”notice on the front door from the water company. I went out and saw water running out of the building next to it, and when I walked in the internal pipes were gushing water from everywhere!

I called the City to come shut it off, and they calculated it had been running for more than 2 weeks! Next the plumber, Oregon Plumbing my local and beloved plumber. He made an initial assessment and gave me the number to DryTime Restoration. I also called my insurance company. Drytime was very thorough and came many times with specialists to give a detailed cost analysis. The final inspection was also sent to my insurance company.

They were professional, respectful, always on time, very kind and funny. I appreciate all those qualities in an emergency.

Aris at Drytime is very knowledgeable about what he does and what’s going on. Called him out to a bad leak job that created a terrible disaster for the home owners. He was really great and walked them through every step while helping them gain knowledge about what was happening. This guys killer.

We had a leak in the laundry room and the water went down through all 3 floors, including the crawlspace.
DryTime rep came, performed bunch of measurements, we signed contract and the next day the house was teaming with DryTime employee drilling holes and installing equipment.
The team was very courteous, professional and did minimally invasive work. They did install a lot of machines and the house looked like it was hooked to the Matrix :). Four days later all 3 floors were dry and the equipment was out. During this period I could easily communicate and coordinate with Bryan and Blake, since naturally they had to come and inspect every day while we were out on a hotel.
DryTime wanted to deal directly with my insurer StateFarm and I did sign a form when we started the work authorizing them to do so. Unfortunately StateFarm refused to play ball and put me in the middle of the negotiations between them. Nonetheless DryTime worked with me towards a happy resolution!

Nate was our project manager and we were also lucky in having Blake as our inspector. These guys have gone over and above but I mainly want to note their professionalism along with being genuine humans. Hello. Unlucky for me I had a busted kitchen drain pipe right before Christmas. Lucky for me Dry Time (Nate and Taylor) came to the rescue. They came in, answered my questions and went to work. The set up went quickly. They opened up the required area (with minimum demolition) and left the area clean and tidy. After a couple of days of fans to dry out the affected area, they came back and took down the 'plastic fort' (containment area). There was a discussion between Nate and the plumber. Nate's response was "...we need to make it right". Thanks Nate !!

Outstanding experienced working with Dry Time. They handled everything, including helping me file a claim with my insurance company. They’re extremely thorough with actually incredible attention to detail., Including calling the day prior to coming out with an approximate time, then giving us an exact ETA the next day. They’re also very friendly and personable, and went out of their way to make sure all our questions and concerns were answered. (Ricky and Blake, the final two technicians we worked with, were great, too). Five Stars for this company!

We've had a great experience with Dry Time resolving a dishwasher leak that occurred on New Years Eve.

Patrick, Andrew and Derek made a stressful situation far less taxing on us.

Patrick came and assessed the situation quickly. He even completed and submitted the online claim with our insurance company in addition to setting up the initial dehumidification machinery.

Each day things were done efficiently, effectively, and professionally. I trusted each of the fellows because they were well-trained and knowledgeable.

Learning we had standing water in our crawl space was an awful experience. As senior citizens we were afraid we were sitting ducks for anyone who might take advantage of our situation. DryTime responded to our need immediately and with great sensitivity. When their technician - his name is Aris, but I’m going to call him The Expert - arrived, he carefully explained his process. He was SO reassuring, in that he clearly communicated what he was looking for and what information he would be reporting about when he was done.
In the end, his lengthy and very thorough inspection revealed that the problem was going to essentially resolve itself. He provided us with photos and explained in layman’s terms why he recommended no additional steps.
You couldn’t possibly find a better organization to work with. It is a business you can trust.

So thankful that a friend referred DryTime. I had a significant roof leak that created a number of mold spots. I had an amazing team that included Ian Wagner, Ricky Diaz, and Taylor (among others) come out and help mitigate the mold, manage the moisture throughout a roof replacement, verify full mitigation, and ensure I was fully informed on progress along the way. Great company and great service at a very reasonable price.

Our dishwasher sprung a leak and messed up some of our kitchen laminate flooring! These guys have been great! They acted fast in efforts to dry and save the flooring from the surface to underneath (the crawlspace). They were very friendly, professional, and did a wonderful job. Daniel Hahn came to our home for a possible bathroom leak, at which time he noticed our kitchen floor had not dried from water saturation. It didn't take him 10 minutes before making the decision to set up his equipment and begin an emergency dry out phase. As the Project Manager he oversaw all aspects of our mitigation, demolition, and dry out claim. He and his crew handled themselves with friendly and considerate professionalism.
