Great experience with Soto & Brothers Roofing. The roof was completed in two days. Six fascia boards also had to be replaced and the crew painted the boards prior to install. After the roof was completed they thoroughly cleaned around the house with a magnet and even wiped down the house siding where some dirt had fallen from the roof removal.

This company is top notch. I called this morning with a tiny job. I needed a kitchen vent popped into the roof. Would they help? Yes! Alvino Soto stopped by a few hours later, had the part in his truck and, after agreeing to his fee, installed the vent. It was easy, fast and he did an excellent job. Fantastic work, very honest, excellent warranty and the finished roof looks great. We had a total roof replacement shingles plus sheeting which had a lot of rot or mold and they did the roof with ridge vents plus a couple of regular vents. It is well ventilated now. The workers worked super hard, stayed safe at all times and the yard and driveway was kept very clean. Just a well tuned crew with no playing around or any goofing off. The owner was by multiple times checking on the crew and any concerns were explained very well or taken care of with no question asked. The price was very good compared to others. We were just very impressed with this company.

Own my house for 23 years time for new roof. I know good people after multiple renovations thruout the years. Soto roofing are good people!! Hard workers, punctual, considerate, and cleaned up each day. On the last day, they raked up the flowers beds and made sure it all looked better than before. We had a leak and it was time to replace our roof. Tearing off our old roof and getting a new one in December made us pretty nervous but they assured us they could get everything dried in and completed even with a small window of nice weather. Super professional and saved us over the weekend when we had a bad rainstorm and my home was flooded. He came quick and saved us literally. And he did no try to cheat us in a emergency he was very helpfull and fair! My neighbors roofs townhomes connected to mine were also in very bad condition he let me know and I told them. He helped them immediately and they hired him also on the spot and texted me all the photos as he also fixed there roofs on the spot. He was amazing on customer service. And both my neighbors are thrilled with him and his honesty. He kept in contact with updated photos continuously. I would 100% recommend them wthout hesitation. Soto brothers replaced my roof 3 years ago. They did an amazing job, hard working, timely, and professional. Recently I decided to have my attic re-insulated, in the process they found mold in my attic. No fault of Soto brothers, when the house was built, the builder vented the bathroom attic fans in the attic instead of the roof!. The plywood was fine on the outside, not on the inside. Alvino the owner, came out immediately and went into my attic to confirm the problem. He sent out one of him employees a few days later, Jose. Jose did an amazing job, was in my attic and then on the roof! Cant tell you how refreshing it was to have a business these days, that responds to your call quickly, and cares about their customers as Soto Brothers! Thank you, Alvino and Jose! These guys are wonderful! I think 5 stars is not enough! Just recently they replaced my gutters. Decided to use them again since they did my roof 5 years ago. Recently had multiple roofing companies come out and do a quote on a re-roof project. Alvino came out and quoted the project very competitively. In a discussion with him he answered all of my questions and I could tell they were a company who knew what they were doing. I had read all of the reviews on this company and am pleased to report that they are not exaggerated at all. They tore off The old roof, extended my soffits to 2 ft., replaced 20 boards of plywood, all in a single day. On day two they finished everything else. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the property after they left. Never would have known they were there, except now the roof looks excellent!

I had problems with my roof being molded and in really bad condition so it took me sometime to find a company who would fix it for me for a good price and good quality...thats where i found this company. Alvino and his crew did a fantastic job they even changed things that werent part of roof. The workers were fast paced and were working the whole time in the hott heat..My roof gave my house a whole new look i still cant get over how good it looks...i 100% recommend this company to anyone they are trustworthy so i did not have to worry about a thing if you ever needed anything they will get back to you in no time i highly recommend!

Just had Soto Brothers Roofing complete a reroofing job for me. Because old roof was over the top of cedar shakes, new plywood had to be put on entire roof. Had 4 bids, 2 were outrageous! Soto Brothers were not the cheapest, but considerably less than first two bids. After talking to other people that used Soto Brothers, decided to go with them.
Were here Monday morning, as they said they would, all workers were very courteous & professional. They finished today, Wednesday, roof looks great, did some extra things, N/C.
Cleaned up everything, can’t tell they were here.

As promised, the crew showed up on time on the scheduled day. The crew worked efficiently and were able to complete 99% of the roof before darkness set in. I had multiple roofing companies come out and give me a quote, Alvino was the only one who went into my attic to point out our roofing concerns. After 20 years, our roof had failed from underneath, due too poor ventilation. There were multiple leaks that no one had pointed out, because they didn't go the extra mile. And that is what Alvino does, he goes the extra mile. I will also add when you have a crew replacing your roof you want then in and out with no sign they had been there. Soto Brothers installed my roof in less than two days, and beside my new roof I didn't even know they had been there. So happy to have met Alvino.

Great experience. Soto Brothers did a great job on our new roof. They showed up at 8am and were done by 2:30pm the same day for a 2,000 sq/ft two story house. They took all their mess, were easy to deal with and came in at a better price than another comparable bid for a 30 year roof.

They were very responsive and arrived in a timely manner. Their bid was lower than our other bids but included more.
They arrived on the day of tear off/installation early and finished the project in two days! I couldn't believe how efficient they were. One of the roofs being replaced was very steep but they still managed to complete the job quickly.

Alvino and his crew did a wonderful job tearing off our old roof and installing a new one. They had the entire job done in two (very full) days which was amazing. They added ridge venting and replaced several facia boards and plywood sheets that had been water damaged over time. We also had new gutters installed that look great!
