Brandon is my go-to handyman, and I can’t recommend Hammering Outside the Box enough! He’s not only skilled and reliable but also incredibly kind and understanding. No matter the job, he always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. On top of that, he’s just an all-around awesome guy—truly a homie! 72 hours of frustration was brought to an end by Brandon coming to the rescue and cleaning up another’s “work” after by both reinstalling and programming deadbolts. Not a large job but he made time to help me out working into the early evening. After seeing what a great job Brandon did building an extension cover for my neighbor’s patio, I asked him to install a railing on our patio. Since then, Brandon has constructed a fence in our backyard, installed outdoor lighting, completed some general repairs, and came to our rescue when we had a plumbing emergency. Brandon is a hard worker. He is honest and is great for large and small projects. He helped remodel three of our bathrooms. We were happy with the results. He also helped with smaller jobs that really needed attention. He does great work for reasonable price. I recommend him.

I've had Brandon do a few jobs for me over the years and he's the guy I go to for just about anything. He does quality work at a reasonable price..... always reliable and very easy to work with.

Brandon does excellent work and is a good communicator. He installed a dishwasher and a large overhead exhaust hood in the kitchen. He also installed a large medicine cabinet and light fixture in the bathroom. He repaired some roof supports in the attic. He replaced some wall lighting fixtures on a stairway and in a bedroom.

Brandon was great to work with, easy to communicate with (which is huge as a homeowner) and is open to changing plans as the project evolves and was fair with pricing as that process continued. Worked with me on materials which now a days can be tricky. He let my 4 and 6 year old participate in simple things which was a great experience for them (thats not for everyone). We have two regulars that do different types of work for us. Brandon will now be the third.

He built a 25x36 ft elevated patio for us with fire pit, two entries and 2.5 to 4.5 ft wall heights. Installed drainage, flagstone landing and back filled damaged yard and reseeded the grass.

I've seen friends patio's that have been done by other companies and it looks like how I would have done them myself. Finished but amateur. Their cost ran out of control and I heard the typical " I'll never use them again." I didn't have any of those problems with Brandon and Hammering Outside the Box.

In fairness I got 4 bids on the project. Hammering Outside the Box came in with the fairest price in my opinion right in the middle. He wasn't the least expensive but after seeing the quality of his work he was absolutely the right choice.

We are very grateful to Brandon. We asked him to fix a small amount of rotted trim on deck support posts. He found that the post had rotted almost completely. He made time in his schedule to replace and paint the post, and he did a great job. We can’t tell it had been replaced. Thank you Brandon.!!

Brandon helped us out with a project we needed to complete before we could move out of our house. He was professional, did the job great and we paid what he originally quoted us. I would recommend Hammering Outside the Box to anyone.

Brandon did an excellent job repairing the rubber seal and caulking in our shower. We also had some water marks from snow so he inspected the attic for us and brought down some buckets we placed. I highly recommend using Brandon for any home fixes or projects!

Brandon at Hammering Outside the Box constructed a little garden house for us. All the pieces arrived in my driveway as a giant shrink-wrapped cube, a kit from a big box store. He used the online instructions I sent him and a couple of calls to the manufacturer in Canada to piece it together. The garden house has 8 windows, 6 skylights, and a Dutch door. I asked him to build the whole thing in mirror image to fit the site, leave off the window boxes, and add peg board and a little front deck. He had to adjust the foundations for both the garden house and the deck to accommodate huge tree roots and the slope. I admire the skills, experience, creativity and flexibility that he displayed in handling this complicated project. Brandon communicated his arrival and departure every day, and in spite of so many variables, he was consistently good-natured and stuck with the project till it was done. In the end I love my garden house. It's perfect- and all my neighbors think so too.

Brandon replaced and installed a 5 burner gas cooktop. He listens to customers very well and has a great combination of general construction as well as communication skilss

The builder of my home informed me that I had snow damage so I called Brandon to inspect my attic. He kept in touch with me for his ETA and inspected my attic to find that I had no damage which was a huge relief.
