TLDR: would highly recommend, will do business with them again and are stoked we finally have "found our people" to work with moving forward.

We had some exterior repair and remodeling of our front porch that was scoped with our roofing company, but their timeline was not going to meet weathers deadline. We completely pivoted to a new recommended painting company who gave us Chandlers contact info to beat the rain.

Chandler came out promptly and provided us with an estimate for the potential scope of work. It was on a super tight schedule and requiring a lot of coordination between us and the painters because the scope of work solution could have gone a number of ways. We needed to make quick decisions to order materials but I felt completely supported by Chandler ensuring we found the right solution to meet our immediate and long term needs.

Chandler hustled to get the materials ordered and work completed to ensure the painting company could do their work before the weather turned on us. It was an incredibly challenging set of circumstances, but Chandler was so responsive and so patient ensuring all of my million questions were answered while providing sound guidance and ways for us to consider the situation to ensure we made the best choice for us.

We were on a tight budget and while I know they are not the cheapest, they are super reasonable and transparent with pricing throughout. The roofing company we'd done work with previously demonstrates that price isn't everything as their lower quality of work has proven to cost us more over time. I feel in excellent hands and can trust Chandler and crew to do the right thing. All the workers were kind, respectful and really cool to work with.

I was not shy if I was unhappy or unsure about something and they were very respectful to me. As a woman, sometimes that can feel challenging but they made me feel very comfortable and were so respectful all around. They are pretty tidy in cleaning up and are most definitely on top of communications. I had some important work meetings happening during the week we needed to get the projects done but they a comodated certain times to ensure these key meetings would not be interrupted by work outside.

I just can't thank Chandler and crew enough for their time, patience, guidance, and superior quality of work. It's not easy to trust contractors and "find your people". I'm feeling beyond grateful that through the challenging pivot from working with our roofers like we had the last few years to meet end of year deadline, we connected with Cascadia because we will certainly work with them moving forward. Highly recommend to everyone, they are so worth it! And final shout out again goes to Chandler. I appreciate his timely coordination and communication and good attitude all around :)

Senol and team at Cascadia Construction & Remodeling were fantastic! We had a leak in the primary bathroom and locating the source of the problem took some time and effort. Senol was always up front with all proposed work and costs. The source of the leak was determined, repaired, and time was taken to make sure the leak was resolved prior to drywall work. We will definitely reach out to Cascadia for all future projects. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend Cascadia enough! Greg, Chandler, and the rest of the team have been awesome! We had a house fire and we were having problems with our insurance company and the team has been so prompt and helpful with the process. Greg, Jonathan, Senol, Nikki and the rest of the team were simply the best to work with. We were unsure of the process having never been through a home build or remodel. Communication is always huge, Greg and his team were there through every step, keeping us updated and taking the extra time to listen to and resolve any concerns we had. What a team! Everyone that sees our addition is amazed at how beautiful it is. Couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with!
