We got 3 estimates for our roof. Ben was by far the friendliest and took the time to explain everything about the new roof. He was the only one who recommended putting a thermostat regulator fan in the attic to improve ventilation. Little did we know it had no ventilation. They used the highest quality materials and the crew was fantastic! They protected the garden and cleaned up really well! And nice to know it's lifetime warranteed!

Henderson Roofing replaced the shingles on my roof on July 1st. They arrived on time and were finished by early afternoon. They did a great job right down to cleaning up when they were finished. I highly recommend them. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I had new construction windows installed, A new roof installed, Vinyl siding installed, which I’ve never had before I had old cedar shingles and new gutters, along with a new front entry door and two storm doors. Every single group of people doing the installs were fabulous the original salesman Albert Crivelli, my project manager Scott Arruda were both awesome. This is the first time I’d undertaken much of anything on my 44-year-old and I had several questions during the process and they were very friendly didn’t make me seem like I was asking stupid questions. Everything was fantastic from the day I got the phone call it was starting, two weeks and one day later everything was done and I still can’t stop driving slow whenever I come home or leave for work. I 100% recommend Henderson Roofing for any needs that they handle. I included photos of what it looked like at the beginning (well windows were done) And the beautiful house I now have!!

I contacted Henderson Roofing several months ago for a roofing quote. A very knowledgeable rep (Ben Tiven) thoroughly examined the roof and pointed out problems that had existed for over thirty years since the previous owners had “blown-in” insulation installed that blocked the soffit vents. He recommended some ventilation improvements, also areas where flashing and siding shakes needed replacement. I went back and forth with Ben working up the details of the contract so that we both had a clear understanding of what was expected (I had also asked for roof vents to be added for bathroom exhaust fans).
The job started on time, led by Scott Arruda. The roofing team was led by Vladimir and showed up every day at 7:30 am and worked hard until 8 pm. The roof was completely stripped, bathroom and roof vents installed, chimney and other flashing replaced, cedar shingles installed, new trim installed, and stainless-steel gutter guards around both the house and the garage. The job included a porta potty and was fully insured. The crew was able to adjust the schedule to accommodate some minor delays (caused by me). Tarps were put down to protect the ground areas and the team was very careful around some valuable garden features. Additionally, the jobsite was constantly cleaned for debris and nails.
The effort went on for 3 days and the results were stunning. Henderson was not the cheapest quote I received on this job, but they came well recommended and were able to ID systemic problems in my roof that other contractors did not. They executed flawlessly and were very responsive to our concerns. I heartily thank and recommend them!

Project manager Jesse Fausset worked with our scheduling needs and had everything planned out and prepared. The crew, under lead-man Louis, worked fast and efficiently, in perfect coordination, to protect our siding, carefully remove the old shingles, then put on the new roof. It was amazing to watch them work. Thorough clean-up afterwards. Jesse kept a close eye on the progress and made sure that every last detail was completed to satisfaction.

I’m very pleased with all aspects of the project. From the beginning, Ben was very thorough and accurate with planning and estimating scope of work and a pleasure to work with. During the job, the work crew was unbelievable! On time, worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. Kevin Messier kept the job moving and provided updates during work. The logistics crew (Jake?) were great too. The dumpster was delivered the day before and pick up the next morning. I particularly liked how the driveway was protected from damage with the wooden pads.

We are very happy with our new roof! This was not a simple project. We have dormers, an octagon gazebo and an extreme roof pitch! Ben Tiven, the sales rep was very knowledgeable of the available products and able to show us pictures of similar conditions on past projects.
The crew that actually did the job was skillful and hardworking! They completed the entire project including site cleanup in one long day! Steve Audette, the field superintendent made multiple visits to oversee progress and see that any concerns on our part were addressed! I contacted four companies for quotes on our roof. This company fell in the middle, so I gave them the job. Ben was our contact and we were in Florida discussing the job using FaceTime. This is a single story ranch in a neighborhood that was build about 25 years ago. Many other homes have been reroofed by Henderson, so I had a chance to see how they work. The day before a “port a potty” was left, as well as their own dumpster and a lift of materials. The next morning a crew draped the area from the gutters to the yard. The crew worked diligently stripping the old roof and installing the new shingles. Done in a day.
When we turned on the exhaust fan over the stove, we noticed a rattling sound. I wrote to Ben and he came over later in the afternoon, ladder in hand. He hopped up on the roof and saw that the exhaust vent was bent preventing the damper from opening. He straightened it out and the noise disappeared. He also saw that our porch light was damaged so he credited us for that. Soon after the port a potty disappeared as well as the dumpster and excess material. I’m very pleased with the job. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new roof. This is exceptional service from start to finish.

We had our siding and two main doors replaced by Henderson Roofing and they are the absolute best! We first met with Albert in sales who helped us through some difficult decisions with siding & door color and style. He was extremely knowledgeable, and also provided us with as many samples and references as it took for us to make our decisions. He ordered everything perfectly and even came out with the project manager for a walk through prior to the installation to make sure everything was set. Our project was managed by Dave who really went above and beyond to make sure everything went as planned. He made himself available to us at all times and was very responsive and accommodating. The siding installation team's foreman Jhalmar is an extremely skilled carpenter and worked wonders with all of our Azek trim special requests - he is definitely an expert in his work. He and his team worked together perfectly. They were professional, respectful to us and our property and took so much pride in their work. When our project was completed, the entire work area was spotless, we couldn't even find a nail they cleaned up so well! Our house looks simply amazing, we get compliments on it every day!! We cannot recommend Henderson Roofing enough!!

We engaged Henderson Roofing to put on a new roof and replace a few windows. The roofing job went very well and we are very pleased with the result. However, after the roof was completed there was no interest by Henderson to do the windows. Although we were well in to the estimating process for the windows, apparently the job was too small to warrant a salesman‘s attention. My advice to anyone in a similar situation is to make sure you have signed contracts for all the work before giving the green light.

The team which worked on our project was super! Please note that they were careful, professional, accurate, and speedy. Perfect planning and implementation of that plan. I had a water leak and wind damage to my 20 year old roof. Scott Arruda came over the same day I called. He took multiple pictures, discussed exactly what I needed to have done to fix the problem and also pointed out that my roof was in full replacement need. Henderson Roofing did a fantastic job replacing our front window! We thought of them immediately for the job because they did such a great job replacing our roof a few years ago. Due to the odd size of the window, it took a while to fabricate so we had to wait a bit. Then the window came in damaged, so we had to wait some more. But it was SO worth it! I didn't mind the wait because I knew that they would only install the best product in our house. The office staff worked hard to make sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. The installation crew was amazing, and was able to complete the work in a day. I highly recommend Henderson if you need work done on your house!

Ben at Henderson Roofing came to my house and gave me a fair estimate to replace my aging roof with new shingles. Kevin the project manager ensures that I was kept up to date on when they construction workers were coming to install the new roof and informed me of some issues that needed to be repaired before they could install the shingles. Very professional and they were accommodating on my condensed timeline that I sprung upon them. The cleanup was phenomenal no loose nails or shingles laying around. 30 year warranty on the shingles was a huge selling point as well. Henderson installed 12 windows, updated my vinyl siding, and replaced my gutters.

Overall, I am happy with the outcome of the project.

The siding and gutters were installed without issues. The windows however where delayed due to materials missing and scheduling issues. One mini-split condenser was damaged during the construction, but the company paid for the repairs. Despite the hiccups, the windows seem to be installed well and look good.

Awesome job led by Scott Arruda on our new vinyl, gutter and shutter installation. The siding lead Lucas, his brother Bruno and others that worked with them did a spectacular job. They worked very hard all day and were meticulous in the clean up. They were always smiling.
The gutter team Ryan and John were just as awesome in both their work ethic and attitudes.
Lastly the electrician Jake was just as fantastic. Great attitude and willing to explain everything he was doing.

5 Stars. Over the past 6 months Henderson has completely transformed the exterior of my home in Mystic, CT - including roofing, windows, siding and trim. Special shout out to Albert who made the project proposal and contract process simple. He was a great communicator and pleasant to deal with. Needed a complete roof replacement of a very old and complicated roof… many peeks and valleys, also very steep. Henderson roofing gave me fantastic pricing, job was done in 1 day (which was amazing), site clean up A+ , Kevin- the site foreman took over for the original foreman due to illness and handled an extra area of rotten support truces with no added stress to me, and Ben (who who evaluated the roof and gave me the estimate ) was spot on and very knowledgeable. The salesman Dale was fantastic, he came to our house multiple times to be sure we were happy with our siding and color choices. Workers were very good and did what they were told. The project manager was incompetent and caused the project to be delayed. We have a list of problems we had along the way but we were happy with the end result.

I had three windows replaced with Harvey windows (two very large windows), and am so happy with my experience with Henderson. They were very communicative and friendly, and did a great job. My house was built in the 1950s with beautifully preserved woodwork, and Scott’s crew totally respected it and was delicate with the replacement. I’ve already ordered four more windows and am happy to have found a reliable, honest contractor, which is very hard to find!

Edited 2025: I've since moved from the Northeast to the Midwest and Ben's customer service extends boundaries. I contacted him to get an opinion on shingles that insurance approved on the house, he gave me his thoughts and gave me some other options as well.
