HIGHLY RECOMMEND for professionalism, punctuality and just straightforward, honest work. I’ve used Henderson for several projects at my home and would not trust anyone else. They most recently replaced our rather large roof and completed it flawlessly in one day. We’ll be updating our siding next and I can’t wait to see how it turns out.

Steve Audet was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and responsive. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated as he was quick to identify and remedy issues when they occurred. Further, he was also quick to provide creative alternatives to situations that arose. He worked with his team to insure that the project was completed to our specifications and communicated regularly with updates and timelines. We would strongly recommend Steve as Project Manager.

I recently felt I had a water stain on my upstairs ceiling. My roof is about 20 years old so I called Henderson Roofing for an inspection. Ben came out and did a thorough inspection and determined my roof still has life in it and even found the reason for my ceiling stain which was unrelated to the roof. This is the kind of honesty and integrity we need in the contractor world. Definitely using them when it’s time for my roof to be replaced!

Timely responses and great communication were the norm for these guys. And I cannot say enough about the quality of work and professionalism of the crew. They showed up early, stayed late, cleaned up, were respectful of our property and really cared about doing a good job. Henderson may not be the cheapest quote you get but they are worth every penny. Cannot recommend them enough,.

The man who came to give an estimate was amazing and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain to me in great detail what he was finding and after they got the job they kept me well Informed. Henderson Roofing does a good job and that’s all that I wanted. I’ve actually been in the building business on the commercial and industrial end of things so I didn’t expect anything special about the execution as this was a residential job. But instead I was impressed.
Their rep came out on time as scheduled. We went over the job, the price, and the schedule and that was that. The crew showed up on time, did everything that I requested, and left the property cleaner than when they started. After two years the roof is flawless, and as an unexpected benefit, the house feels dryer. (This is interesting because the old roof wasn’t leaking, so the new roof must be more air tight, keeping water vapor out). I didn’t do my detached garage roof, but when it’s ready for a re-roof I’ll be calling Henderson.

We have a gambrel style colonial that had poor roof ventilation and cost a fortune to cool. Henderson offered us a solution with shingle vents and we are very happy with the results. 6 months later we have the AC in but are barely using it unlike previous years. The roof is excellent quality and vents are doing their job. If you have a unique problem Henderson will help you solve it. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Henderson does it all! We were closing on a house an needed a skylight replaced quickly! No problem: thye came right out and did it! no delay on the closing!

Excellent service, nobody beat their price (7 quotes), top of the line Timberline UHDZ, familiar with Block Island and how roofs have to be done out here. Did whole ~3k sqft house in 10 hours. Highly recommend.

We contacted Henderson Roofing to find and repair a roof leak on our home in New London. They came out, inspected and suggested gutters in addition to adding new roof shingles to correct the issue. A week or so later it rained and the roof leaked and dripped in the same location inside the house as previously. We called the office repeatedly over an 8 day period, and were assured the sales person or person who did the work would call us back. Finally we received a call from the salesman indicating the only option was to have a few of their workman come out on an hourly basis to spray the roof. They refused to stand behind their work. We later discovered that they had not fully run the last course of shingles under the siding. Poor communication and workmanship.

The first appointment was made through the office. Then later confirmed by text. The quote was emailed soon after with a clear explanation and price. The work was scheduled and finished as quickly as the weather allowed and afterwards the finished job was well explained and a few more recommendations were made. The crew was clean and fast. Pretty much how you want things to go down. Great job.

Roof repair. Repaired rotted section of roof over extension, replaced vent and sealed/reshingled surrounding area. Price was good compared to other companies quotes and finished work looks good and blends into roof well. Was a bit of a challenge to getting work scheduled and completed but as mine was a smaller repair job vs a replacement I understand that I was scheduled around other larger jobs.

Henderson Roofing completed a total roof job including removal of two existing layers of shingles and laid new plywood sheathing and installed new architectural shingles complete with ridge vents and chimney flashing. All in one day! A crew of ten came early worked all day and did a super job of cleaning up. Not a single nail was found. The job looks beautiful and has really added value. I am very pleased with Henderson and gladly give them a five-star rating. J M Abbott

Henderson Roofing replaced my roof at the beach. It has many difficult angles and they did a thorough job. After a bad wind storm a couple shingles needed to be repaired and they fixed it immediately. I am very pleased with them.

Henderson roofing was great start to finish which was quickly done as well. My roof was damaged due to high winds, had a very high quote from another company so tried Henderson. Price was reasonable and Ben even assisted with my insurance co. I decided to have them replace 4 sky lights too and those have not had any issues. Its been around 3-4 years and still happy to have called Henderson. Highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company! I had them install a new roof 2 1/2 years ago. I had a small issue with them laying flat over my gutter guards, so I called them and they were here the next day to repair the issue! I absolutely love my roof installed by Henderson roofing....and my Roofing Consultant Eric Scott was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, It's so nice when you come across someone who's actually knowledgeable and trustworthy these days.

After a strong nor’easter two nights before Christmas, I noticed a leak coming from the outside of my brick chimney wall and. Santa’s sleigh hadn’t even landed yet. When I called Henderson, they sent out a team right away to fix the flashing around the chimney.

When I decided to lease solar panels, I thought it was time to install gutter guards. Henderson did the job quickly and efficiently.
