I need to give a shout out to Ike Alexander from Henderson Roofing. Ike (and Henderson) have now roofed two properties for me. The first was my home, the 2nd was my mom's home. Two very different properties and house sizes. Both times, Ike was so awesome to work all the details of the inspection and coordination with my insurance company, Alfa. The first house, was my home. Ike walked out of his truck and immediately denoted some incorredtly installed flashing that had been leaking (I was waiting see how long it would take for him to find). Dang! From the Road, no less. Score! Henderson has roofed two homes for me and I am very pleased with their team. The installers worked very hard to quickly finish the project. The clean up was immaculate. Their work ethic and quality is easily seen. Henderson will give you a great quote and a quality install.

Came over to provide an evaluation of my roof, which is missing a significant amount of shingles. In the interim time for us to get our insurance on board, they covered some of the effective areas of the roof to help prevent water seepage in the dwelling place for free. Very good customer service!

Ike went above and beyond to make sure the roof we got was the best it could be. He communicated with me and the insurance company and was able to get upgrades I knew nothing about. The whole team is professional and courteous. They sent people back out several times without my requesting just to check and make sure the job was done correctly. Great company and very professional.

Recently used Henderson Roofing on a in the works project rental house I have. The wrong color shingle got installed on the house. I requested weathered wood gray color and charcoal was installed. Pretty big mess up especially since the mistake wasn't caught until the crew was almost finished putting wrong color shingle on the house. The owner, VP and sales associate all apologized for the mistake. They did offer to make it right but we settled on a discounted price for the mistake. I would had no problem paying original agreed on price for it to have been right color. In no way was i just looking for a discount. This was the easiest solution for myself and them. Luckily it's a rental and I don't have to look at it everyday because I'm not very happy with how it looks with charcoal roof on a lighter red brick house. I still think the gray color would have looked better. I might would consider using them again considering they did their best to make it right.

Very Professional and honest folks. I had an issue with a leak and ended up having some shingles needing replaced. Granted, there were some problems with communication and getting a second look at the problem, but they were very humble and took full responsibility of the situation, and very much made it right. They got my roof repaired quickly and did great work.

Sometimes things don’t go perfect, but how a company responds to that situation speaks volumes. Henderson did very well by us, and I would definitely call them again if I need roof work in the future.

They were very quick but efficient workers, did a great job. Did a very good job of cleaning up and getting all the nails up. Ike was very helpful in getting this job done. Very helpful with the insurance company and that is very helpful. All around a great experience.

It took only a day and a half to complete tearing off and installing the new roof. The crew worked over 12 hours the first day to get it done! Cleanup during and after the job was thorough. Over all 5 star performance!

We had a full roof installation with Henderson Roofing. It was a great experience. The entire team from Customer Service, to the crew that worked on our home were professional and so friendly. After a full day of work the roof looked great and it was like they were never there. I was impressed by the clean up and the job they did for us and our home.

Did great work on our new roof. But having problems getting copy of our 20 yr manufacturer warranty on our roof. Very frustrated because not getting no call backs from our sales rep or the office the few times I called there. Texted and called our sales rep a bunch of times with no response back. Do what you say you are going to do. That's all anyone is asking for.

We had to change the roof out because of a new homeowner's policy and only had a month to get the roof replaced. I called Henderson Roofing and they were friendly and helpful right from the start. Ike Alexander was handling our case and was very efficient and said there would not be any problem meeting the deadline the insurance company gave us. He helped me get thru the process. In about two weeks we had a full crew at the house replacing the roof and they got done in one day! The crew was very pleasant and professional. The roof looks great and our homeowner's insurance was renewed. We were very pleased with the way Henderson Roofing got the job done!

They did an excellent job on our roof and I got the exact shingle color I asked for and the workers were friendly and worked overtime to finish my roof in three days and we live in a 3000 sq ft home. I’ve received compliments from my neighbors telling me how good our new roof looks. I would recommend their company.

Called company for a roof repair was told by receptionist estimate would be $150.00 non refundable explained this was acceptable and not an issue. Receptionists gathered my contact information and stated I would receive a call back it is now almost 1 month later with no contact form this company. Untrustworthy To ghost customers I would not recommend.

I needed a soffit repair which included replacement of the fascia boards and aluminum covering, reattachment of the underside vinyl siding and j-channels. It wasn't exactly a roofing repair but they were willing to do the work and did an excellent job. I thought the price was a bit high but within my budget. I received the bid in a timely manner and was able to execute the contract on line. That was very convenient. My only complaint was I didn't receive notice they were coming to make the repairs until the morning of that day. Fortunately and by accident, that was a day I had planned to do some work at home and it worked out. Had it been a day earlier or later, it would have required me to readjust my schedule on very short notice. That aside, and the price, I am very pleased with the repairs and would recommend them for similar work.

We called yesterday to get someone to replace the boot on our roof vent. We had noticed a leak from the last couple of times it had rained and we were told to call Henderson. When we called they told us a guy would be out at the house at some point that day and that he would call us before he came by. We never got a call. We tried to call and got in touch with NO ONE and They were not closed yet. They never called us to let us know that they would be unable to get to us that day. We could have called someone else to help had they done that much, at least. Not even a courtesy call. We are very upset since it looks like today was the only day we might be without rain for a bit and our roof vent is leaking into our little boy's room through the ceiling!
We will be calling again at some point tomorrow and we expect an answer for this. It's unprofessional to not even give a client a courtesy call if something comes up and the repairman can't make it. Now, tomorrow and Saturday will be rainy and our little boy's room will be dripping...and we may be dealing with mold if this is not fixed fast. I would NOT recommend this place if this is how they treat people.

Bradley was very quick and thorough when inspecting the roof of a home I was interested in purchasing. He was able to tell me exactly what the building codes were and that the roof was not up to those standards. He also provided quotes for the correct type of roof needed for that particular home. This information was extremely valuable when negotiating the price of the home and deciding if the property was a good investment or not.

When I called Henderson Roofing, they were very personable and professional. They were understanding and patient while dealing with the insurance company. The communication was always there and always calm. When the day came to replace my roof, the crew and Henderson reps were there on time and completed the work in a professional and timely manner. When the roof was done, the crew cleaned the area of trash and debris. When I had a question, the representative was very honest and willing to answer. This company and it's employees treated me like family and was there for me through the whole process. I will recommend them to anyone. Thank you all at Henderson Roofing.

Not recommended for repair work. Contacted them in March for a leak in roof.estimated repair was 1495.00. Signed contract on line.I called 4 times in the next 6 weeks and was given no date when they would start. In May 2 of their workers showed up tore off some shingles and told me I needed a different type of shingle. New estimate 3250.00. The next day they outsourced it to 3 Spanish men ( they were the only good experience in this ordeal) i noticed part of new roof wasn’t sealed properly.i informed them when I payed my bill.was told someone would be out to check it out. That was may 27. I haven’t seen or heard from them since.

Michael and his team at Henderson Roofing did a great job for us. Quick and accurate estimate was given, then job completed promptly when we accepted their quote. They use a web cam which captures the before and after work performed, which was very helpful to us understanding what we were dealing with on replacing the chimney cap.
We had called them because they replaced our roof a few years ago and we were very impressed with their work then. They once again exceeded our expectations. It’s a family business and have been around for more years than I can remember, and they are experts. Well done!

Excellent company to work with! I contacted Mr. Henderson for repairs on a home I purchased in June which were missed by a home inspector and a separate roof inspector; both of whom failed to notice damage from shoddy roofing completed by the prior homeowner. He ensured that the repair was completed quickly so that my home was protected before the rainy season arrived. After spending a small fortune to eliminate the mold in the attic and walls from previous water damage, his promptness couldn't be more appreciated.
