Extremely thorough inspection. Peter went into crawl spaces, etc. to assess for any deficiencies. He showed us any problems he found and what would need to be done to correct them. I have never been through the home buying process before and I was intimidated by having someone inspect the home but Peter came in and had me walk with him and he explained everything. Peter did a great job with an inspection of a home I brought in Charlestown. He was very thorough and inspected the house from roof, to attic and basement and everything in between. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain. When inspection was completed he sent a very detailed report with photos of all areas inspected that need repair and the way to fix them.
