I experienced a flood in basement. I reached out to my insurance agent who had a relationship with Chris. Chris called me immediately on a Saturday & walked me through the entire process. Crew was out on site with a couple hours on the weekend. I would highly recommend Chris & his team for any issues you may experience.

Servpro is the dollar general of the restoration world. ESPECIALLY this specific franchise. Technicians are inadequately trained and mistakes (that can worsen structural damage to the residence or building) are often overlooked or left untouched. The owner runs willy-nilly, selling off equipment and will send technicians to do crap he doesn't want to do, such as cleaning going through his personal items that he can't care to do himself. He employed his sister as general manager for 3 branches as well, which leads family gossip into business. Most branches under this franchise are "remote", meaning there's only one project manager (who is usually also inadequately trained) left to manage 4-5 techs. This makes for an extremely lazily-kept and unruly workplace due to lack of management. It's very easy for a technician to make a rash decision and ruin a project or deter a customer, and without management, it usually goes overlooked as well. I wouldn't recommend most Servpros for your restoration needs. Especially this one. Save yourself and your home! Take it from a former employee..find a company that's more reputable!

Entire crew was fantastic. Trai, Chris and Roberto were very thorough, professional and patient. They communicated very well the entire time. Each of them were confident and knowledgeable. The entire crew was hard working and efficient. I would highly recommend this entire crew to anyone in need of their services. They left our home spotless after a kitchen fire. The house was cleaned meticulously throughout. I want to thank them for their service and hopefully, I will never need it again, but if I do, I know who to call.

Servpro was great for my basement water damage. Called and the team and Trai responded immediately and Roberto and others came to cleanup the same day!!! Will use this service again if needed.

My family and I experience with ServPro Washington County, Westerly Rhode Island was nothing
short of outstanding. We started seeing water stain on our upstairs bedrooms and bathroom andwe immediately noticed water was coming into our attic from our roof. We noticed our attic
insulation and roof sheathing was covered in mold. We immediately called ServPro of Washington
County and spoke to a kind person named Julie from Luzzi Team. She immediately started helping
us by setting up an appointment with a roofing company named Stonington Landscaping and
Construction (SLC Roofing) owner named Paco. Paco Team was also recommended by Julie, an
excellent 10-star roofing company. Paco and his team were excellent and went beyond our
expectations. They quickly put a new roof on our house and removed all the damaged insulation
and decking. They fit us in to do the job right and on time. Excellent roofing company. Julie
immediately began working with my insurance company to assist me with my claim. Team Lizzy
ServPro, Washington County, has an excellent team of workers. From Julie, Trai, Roberto and
Clemente and all the other ServPro workers truly exceeded all our expectations.
From the moment their team arrived, it was clear we were in the hands of professionals. They
conducted a thorough assessment, explaining each step of the process in detail, which
immediately put us at ease. Their expertise and dedication to resolving the issue were evident from

Frozen pipes and the ensuing water damage are always worrisome and frustrating, but the people at ServPro make the remediation process as painless as it possibly can be. Excellent experience with them. We had a flood in the basement when we were all out of town. It was on a weekend, but Chris picked up our call right away and sent a crew within a couple of hours. They did a great job cleaning up, draining the water, and setting up the equipments to dry out the basement. It definitely mitigated our damage and lost big time. Broken pipes caused water damage and mold in a powder room, living room, and basement. Chris Nardone thoroughly inspected the damage and gave us an accurate estimate. Chris and his team were professional, competent, respectful, and compassionate. Not only did they remove the damaged areas and remediated the mold, they also moved boxes and furniture to accomplish this feat. They thoroughly cleaned daily. Chris advised us to consult our insurance company about filing a claim. Not only did Chris and his team save our house, they gave us hope! We can never thank them enough.

I choose Servpro to do work in my home after a leak in my basement. That is where I met Jeff Russo for the first time. As this was my first experience with a leak I found Jeff to be very patient and informative as I had a lot of questions. Never once did he show frustration and felt he dealt with all my questions in a very calm manner.

Additionally all during the process he returned phone calls on a timely basis and was on time for all of our meetings.

Finally when the work started this past Tuesday all demolition and repairs were completed to my expectations. In fact they exceeded my expectations.

The dishonest owner of this business destroyed a historic stone building in Westerly with no public discourse. Anyone who cares about history, ethics, honesty, decency and integrity should avoid SERVPRO Westerly like the plague. They have caused irrevocable harm on the Town of Westerly, and their lack of respect for the citizens of Westerly is very clear. Stay away from this disgusting business.

This is the best company for drier vent cleaning in the area. They were quick to respond, the employee was on time, courteous, meticulous, clean, and thorough. They answered all of my questions, followed up with me, and even sent a thank you package with baked goods afterwards. This company has a customer for life, grade A customer service!

The production manager, Trai Collins was so service oriented and professional. He heard our issues and tried hard to make sure our concerns were addressed.
