Frank and his crew were super professional and took every detail into mind. They were clean fairly priced and the job was done on time. Trust them for both residential and commercial jobs large and small are treated the same. I'm happy to refer Rozio painting. Great job. Frank and team did a wonderful job. They had the unpleasant task of removing 40+ year old popcorn ceilings, handling the repairs and painting new ceiling. The job was more difficult than expected, but Frank and his team did a fantastic job and the ceiling looks great! The room was carpeted and I worried it might get ruined in the process, but they covered everything, were very neat and clean. Frank was also good with communication, I always knew when he was coming and roughly how long it would take.
All in all a great experience.

I used Rozio to renovate my barn. They had good communication and Bill did a great job with the carpentry. They replaced old wood and repainted it. I’m very happy with how everything came out.

Rozio Painting first washed our cedar sided home. The challenge was that most of the siding was about 18 years old and needed a cleaning badly, and about half the house has new siding due to previous repairs. So getting the old and new to blend as much as possible after staining was the objective. They applied two coats of Woodluxe semi-solid stain to the siding. The house looks great. Frank's crew, especially his Crew Chief Robert, did a great job. They were prompt, neat, thorough, and were nice to have around. Highly recommend Rozio Painting.

Frank Rozio and his crew painted my cedar sided home this summer during the heat wave and rainy season. One of the things that I liked was his prompt response when I started the search for a painter in the spring. He came to the house to do a walk through and then sent me a very detailed estimate. The project required much prep work and cedar board replacements. He made sure it was done to my liking and with the proper materials. Painting was delayed due to the weather, but once completed I was very pleased. The crew worked efficiently (on the days they could due to the weather) and kept the work site clean. Frank was available during the whole process for any concerns or questions that I had. So nice to work with him. Thanks to his team for making my house look great again!

Frank and his team were awesome and we didn't have simple project. An exterior paint job turning into some pretty major siding repair as they discovered rot in more places than we expected. Frank and his team just finished painting the exterior of our first home and we couldn’t be more happy! We had old wood siding with peeling paint and rotten boards. They sanded everything down, replaced the rotten boards and did a phenomenal job painting. It took them just a few days, all the guys who came were very friendly and professional. I got recommended to work with Frank after a friend had recently got work done with his company and I'm very happy with the results. He managed a project that included:
- repainting an entire house
- epoxy coating flooring for a 3 bay garage
- Hardwood floor refinish
- Removing interior load baring wall and install beam
- Custom Wainscoting in dining room and bedroom
- Removing Wall paper
- Installing wall paper
- Electrical work to move outlets and light switches

This was a huge project and the first big renovation I have done. Frank was communicative through the whole process and delivered an amazing product. I would use his company again and work with him, and actually plan to get projects done around the house.

Frank came to my house and gave me a very competitive estimate to paint my ceiling for the majority of my house on the spot. His crew was here 3 days later, on time, organized and professional. The job took less time than expected, they also had to patch a hole in the ceiling from an old light fixture as well and the spot looks just like the rest of the ceiling. Overall the work was very well executed and when the crew finished there was no sign that they were even there, other than the great job on the ceiling. Would highly recommend using them for any job, I certainly will be calling them up again.

Frank and team handled a large project at a recently-purchased two-story colonial. They removed popcorn ceilings (plus skim coat, sand, and paint) and did a complete re-painting of the entire interior of the home. Frank was very responsive and the work is of high quality. We had Frank and his crew paint our large family room walls, trim, sliding doors, French doors and bay window. The room has never look better. Secured 4 painting + carpentry quotes before contracting with Frank Rozio Painting. My reasons for working with Frank Rozio Painting team were:
1) Only painter that came with carpenter to determine wood siding and trim needs before providing quote.
2) Provided strong warranty for paint and carpentry work.
3) Flexible as to timing requested for large exterior painting + carpentry job.
4) Pricing was more than fair (not the lowest nor highest).
5) And, while I did not know/expect this at the time hired Frank Rozio Painting team they worked non-stop 5 - 6 days straight to make sure job done right. (Frank also checked in with me frequently to review progress, discuss any modifications that might be needed, etc. )

Frank is incredibly professional and accommodating. Our first meeting, he came to the property and walked around with me to discuss all the work that I would have liked. He was very helpful and making suggestions so that I could get exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. He has always been prompt and went out of his way to work around my schedule. The work itself is beautiful and you can tell that Frank really takes pride in his work. He even came back a week afterwards to check up on his work and to touch up one closet. I cannot recommend Frank enough.
