Vic did a great job fixing my gutter. He communicated extremely well about when he was coming and showed up when he said he'd be here. He was thorough about looking at all aspects of the gutter, not jut the damaged part.
I couldn't have been more pleased with his helpful attitude and great skills.
In addition I would call him for total gutter replacement due to the clear description he gave of his product.

Ryan was great on time and very detailed in his results of his inspection findings. If his price is right I look forward to working with him further..

It was a great experience. Eli came prepared but was ready to pivot when he learned I changed my mind. Ryan came out to provide us a quote for new gutters. Ryan was beyond professional. Ryan took his time looking at the gutters, not only from the ground, but also getting on the roof itself. He took a very detailed video narrating everything he saw in regards to gutter damage and some minor roof issues. I am extremely happy with the quote for new gutters and the minor roof repairs. Looking forward to installation and hopefully another 5 star review after installation.

Installation: The leaf guard system that Guardian uses is beautiful. The crew that came out were fantastic. They cleaned up everything, worked fast, and were extremely respectful of the property. It took just 2 days to do the project. We also had some cracked shingles that needed fixing. The crew were not satisfied with the color choices they had brought so they drove all over town to find the best color match. They found a perfect match and finished that project in half a day.
Look, you get what you pay for. I'm not sure if our project was considered expensive or average price, but what I do know is I felt like it was all worth it. This is a fantastic company.

When Jackson Swain came, he inspected my roof very thoroughly - outside and inside my attic even. I was very impressed, none of the over companies that came did that (if they even returned my call). They were constantly in contact with me on every phase. The crew that came to do the work, were very friendly and professional. They worked extremely hard (even in the heat). Every day they cleaned the area up before leaving. My next phase is to have their K-guard gutter installed in a week.
I am so pleased I hired them and would definitely recommend them to everyone!

We had roof issues, Andrew from Guardian came out,(within an hour of my phone call) put a tarp on the roof to stop the leak. He was friendly and exceptionally professional. He spent time to carefully assess and write a quote for replacement.
I obtained 2 other quotes from well reviewed companies, but Guardian won my project with a very fair and detailed bid.
The roof installers were absolutely the hardest working and most conscientious workers I have ever seen. They not only worked very hard, but carefully, making sure that everything was cleaned up at the end of the days work and put safely back where it belonged. After the work was complete there were a few very small little finishing things that needed attention and Mike came out and took care of them immediately. I highly recommend Guardian Roofing.

I had two appointments for estimates on moss removal. Both times they called or texted to say they were over booked and had to reschedule. When I called it was if I was dealing with a government bureaucracy. When they sent a text to re-book my response was simple: “I’m done with you.”

Guardian has been a great contractor to work with! From the estimate stage to the installation stage, it’s been a breeze! On our installation day, they called to reschedule for the next morning due to some team members being out sick, but their Supervisor, Michael called to say that his other team could fit us in at the end of the day. Samuel and Edelfri came out around 4:00 and proceeded to work into the cold, dark evening to get our project completed. Very pleasant personalities, engaging, informative and attention to detail, even though I’m pretty sure they were exhausted and cold. We haven’t had the best of luck with contractors on our current home project and I can’t tell you how pleased I am with their work!

Guardian and their tech Carlos did a fantastic job on cleaning our roof and gutters today. He arrived on time, was efficient and cleaned up after. We have always liked this company. Have been doing business with them for over 20 years.

Ron was professional, courteous, patient, and efficient. He walked us through the process in dealing with insurance and what to expect. We have not received the roof yet-waiting for insurance company to do their part..more review to come.

From talking to the sales person to the end of the project, that is including technicians and reception/customer service people, I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and ethics of this company. I had a roof repair, as well as a new chimney cover, moss removal and treatment of the roof plus brand new gutters. I do feel that pricing for this company is very competitive and I appreciate the fact that they can do it all instead of having to contract more than one company. The job site was always cleaned up after each step. The company answered my questions or concerns the day of my calls. Overall, very satisfied. I would definitely recommend.

We had new standard gutters installed today and they look great. The technicians who came out were courteous and communicative. They also cleaned up after themselves.

Ronnie and Joe were phenomenal! They identified many issues and repaired them without being asked to. My gutters were not as good as I thought and as they showed me the pictures and walked me around, I know more now than I did before. Max started it all off with a great site visit where he identified multiple issues as well. The entire team, from the customer calls, the the onsite work are top notch. They have my business!

Juan has an admirable work ethic. He worked straight through on his own most of the day from when he arrived in the morning. He found a serious issue on one part of the job. Notified me. Explained the problem. And began working out a solution. Very professional.

Update on November 14th: Well, rainy season is here. Gutters, roof, chimney: so far so good. Guardian came out and took/texted the photos I wanted of the new K-guard gutters, top-view. That was my last need, so, now all done to our satisfaction. My neighbors on both sides also did new gutters thismonth. 3 different vendors. It will be interesting to see if any one has a problem. I like my choice.

Update on November 5th, 2024: yesterday, Ronny and Joseph came in the morning to replace our old Gutter Helmet gutters with their K-Guard style. The old ones sleeved under the roof shingles. The new ones are placed on the joist-facings directly, not interfering with our new roof. That was a big plus in our choice to change out after 20 years. The R&R went smoothly, the techs asked and answered questions. We ended before dark, and they cleaned up, ran a magnet across every surface, I think, took all the teardown parts, and were gone. The only sign they were here is new gutters, downspouts, and cleanouts we need to remember to ... clean out. One area of concern is above the front door where, for years and despite Gutter Helmets efforts, a roof "valley" gave us a waterfall downpour on rainy days when the Gutter Helmet product was overwhelmed. I know this is a common problem from friends I have talked to. Guardian explained, the new roof install style coupled with the K-Guard styling at that intersection will be much better for this problem. It has already in prior installations (they say, no data available to confirm) Unfortunately we won't know how this comes out for our house until after several rains and maybe over a year. Still, all said, we are very happy with the Guardian Roofing work, the price was overall mildly better than expected, and we feel we have a good warranty. Time will tell.

August-October, 2024: Work was to fix chimney problems and replace our 2006 overlay-roof done by a private installer.: All the Guardian Roofing employes who worked on our chimney rebuild and new roof have come and done what was planned. Today it was Carlos working on an old problem with our gutters, not part of Guardian Roofing contract, just something we asked for help with. He was professional, easy to talk with, worked steadily and cleaned up afterwards. This is the story with all of the GR employees we haved worked with. Final results on the gutter will have to wait for the rainy season, but this last rainy week of August caused no problems with the new roof. My attic camera shows no leaks!
