Tim Molodyh, Tessa Riedel, and Mikhail performed outstanding service and hands-on problem solving for our eighteen month renovation and repair project... honorable, etc., comes to mind, also.

Tim isolated specific courtyard areas for plant protection from construction workers... In addition, but was never required, Tim replaced destroyed hedges in our area with four beautiful and fragrant Wax Leaf Privets...

We highly recommend I&E Construction for all phases of construction, but especially the Restoration & Repair Team members lead by Tim for our project...

Great experience with the I&E team! Matt and Tessa (along with *everyone* on the team) were our constant companions for nine months during a very complex, pretty intense all-building re-pipe. They did a great job of communicating with 69 residents/owners, never losing their cool, and doing a good job over a pretty difficult project. Was it disruptive? Absolutely. There was no way it couldn't be! But we all got to know the team, and we genuinely started to enjoy the hallway banter... everyone was so friendly and gracious about being in our building for this long. I've even heard a few people say they miss seeing the I&E team around the building, as it's awfully quiet! Thanks for everything, our beautiful historic building will now hopefully last another 100 years!

Matt, Tessa, Mitchell and crew were absolutely stellar to work with. Professional, kind, courteous, reasonable, flexible, on time and on budget! Truly best possible experience on the rebuilding of the plumbing infrastructure of a 1925 historic red brick apartment complex. They did excellent work and were a joy to work with through and through. I would highly recommend I&E for any major construction project.

Matt, Tessa, Andre, Yuri and their crews just finished up an eight month plumbing project in our 5 story 69 unit building in Northwest Portland.
I was impressed throughout the entire process with their professionalism
and communication. Their response to questions or concerns was speedy and thorough. The management and crews were friendly, kind and courteous throughout the process. They made sure the common areas were as clean, neat and accessible as possible on a daily basis. And the best part is our plumbing works:-)

I&R did a great job with the Embassy Condiminiums in Historic Portland. Excellent communication. The site manager made sure we all had his business card and was available in the evenings if necessary for an emergency fix. We had an enormous project of re-plumbing a large 100 year old building, I &E took to the job professionally and quickly. At the end of the project they asked for our feedback and asked if they missed anything, given the huge scope of the project there were minor things to go over a second time which is to be expected. Great people to work with, transparent scheduling set up ahead of time trustworthy workers left alone to work inside my place when I was not there. I included a couple pics of mid-construction to show the scope of the project.

I&E oversaw the replumbing of all 69 units in our condo building. Matt Hardy was the lead, and was excellent to work with. He and his team were efficient, responsive, and very respectful of my unit. If there was a question or problem, Matt fixed it right away. The entire staff was professional and friendly, giving me the sense that they enjoyed their jobs and worked well as a team. If I have any complaint it would be the tape they used to “tent off” an area—it stripped paint and floor finish right off. There’s got to be a better product on the market that isn’t so damaging. But this is minor in the context of the finished job. I now have instant hot water and regular water pressure! I highly recommend them.

The I&E crew is fantastic and great to work with! I work closely with Matt Gibbons on a regular basis and he’s quick to respond and communicates clearly, while also educating me on construction protocols as he helps me work through a large scope of projects. I’ve learned a lot from him, and I appreciate how detailed and efficient he is. Jeremy Dunham is also extremely quick to respond while actioning projects and urgent repairs that pop up, and he’s great at making sure everyone’s on the same page. He’s knowledgeable and thorough, and he follows up with us regularly to keep open communication in place. They’re both wonderful to work with, and I trust them to help with any project that is needed - large or small. You can see that they both take pride in what they do, and the service they provide reflects that. I always enjoy working with both of them. 5-star service all around!

I own property in the building in which Yurly K. worked as a plumber + Chris Harrison was the Superintendent: four month job replacing half of the structure’s pipes, spring of 2022.

The noise and intrusion of strangers was intense. A difficult situation to be living. However, Chris oozed professionalism. His kind and caring demeanor won me over. All of the workers were respectful of me and my space while working in and around it. I trusted him and saw the crew as good, trustworthy guys.

Boy was I wrong.

Chris is a charmer. He will say and do whatever to get the job done. Once done, so is I&E.

No Integrity. These guys don't follow through on their word if they think that they don't have to.

No Excellence either. At the end of last year, my kitchen sink fell apart.

I wrote a detailed letter which clearly spelled out my specific concerns, yet was ignored.

I&E Construction did a great job in completing the Windward Condos renovation job. Gavin was an excellent project manager, keeping the BOD informed with weekly meetings and working closely with the Board member overseeing the project for the Board. He also showed great consideration for the work that was being performed and personally dealt with any concerns owners had and made every effort to make it right with them (much appreciated). All in all an excellent representative of I&E.

Trifim did a great job managing the progress of the job, material ordering and change orders. Also attended the weekly meetings and kept the Board informed. A excellent job of overseeing a complex project with significant changes and still keeping within a reasonable budget.

Definitely a 5 star job for I&E.

Chris Reutov, Jack Burkoff and Rene Cervantes are currently leading a renovation project in our condo complex, Southshore. Our unit, which is on the first floor, incurred an internal leak caused by an error made by a third party construction crew renovating the unit directly above us. The work being done above us is completely unrelated to I&E's renovation project. The crew working above us broke a water pipe, causing water to pour through the vents and light fixtures in two of our rooms. My husband, Jeff, happened to be in a zoom meeting with Chris and Jack at the time. Jack dropped everything while Chris took over the meeting. Jack and Rene came right over to the unit above, and immediately worked to stop the water flow, and worked to direct clean up. The crew working upstairs had no idea of what to do in this emergency situation, so Jack and Rene took charge. They provided dehumidifiers and blowers, and came to our unit to help with clean up. They offered dehumidifiers and blowers to us as well. Many thanks to Jack, Rene and Chris for going above and beyond to help us, in an emergency situation that was unrelated to their work here.

I manage one of the properties that Matt and Jeremy take care of, These men are wonderful to work with, they take great pride in making sure they are always on time, they are respectful to our tenants and staff, They always know the right way to fix a problem. They are both so great! I wont be having anyone else touch our property! And when it comes time next year to remodel my kitchen, I will be calling both Matt and Jeremy to come to my personal home to do the work!

The I&E crew is always top notch! We’ve used them several times over the past two years for various rehab projects and they’ve continued to impress me with their communication and finished product! They are clear with their timeframes and have always let us know right away if there is a delay in anyway. I am watching I&E Construction work crew this morning, preparing to paint a building across the street in OC. There are some cars that have been parked on the street far longer than the 2 hours allowed by law, but, unfazed, these guys decided to cover them with plastic to be sure no overspray goes on them.
Very, very impressive. I have noted their telephone number And I will call them if I have need of their services.

I&E is redoing the entire condo complex where I live after another company botched the job, causing us millions of dollars in repairs.

They are doing a fantastic job so far, are courteous, trustworthy, and excellent communicators.

Tim and Cassidy are easy to reach and responsive, and I wish we had hired them sooner. Everything is looking gorgeous already and I can't wait to see the rest!

It has been almost a year since the remodel of our business working with I&E. They have a very professional team on all levels of the company. Despite numerous surprises that always come with a remodel, they finished when they said they would, allowing us to open on time. I would choose them again!

I was working on a million dollar repipe with Chris H. from I&E Construction in downtown Portland. In 10 years as a plumber I have never had a more reliable superintendent. He makes all the tough decisions look easy and he is ALWAYS on top of everything. I wish every GC had the skills Chris possesses.

We bought a new home in Hubbard, Oregon. I & E Construction did such a beautiful job of building these houses that we are looking at purchasing another home in another new development that they are working on. If you want something unique and not so cookie-cutter, look into what they are doing and consider purchasing one of their homes. Prices and construction are top-notch! Tony & Kim Lujan

I & E was great, my new office needed some sound proofing, they came in & did a great job. The guys were courteous and tried their hardest not to interrupt our work as much as possible. If I ever have another office project - they will be the first I call. Would definitely recommend them!

Our first mistake was to not check the Better Business Bureau on I & E. They are not an accredited company with the BBB because they have a B- rating and I can tell you first hand, it's worse than that. Did our walk through with Karin Irish which lacks any kind of customer service in the industry. The walk through is all about finding things you are not happy with and getting them fixed. Not with her, everything we pointed out was an Industry Standard to her. We fought and fought for everything to be fixed but Karin Irish argued and argued to not have to fix it. A few things were redone but still not correct. We still have window sills, closets, fireplace mantel that anything you set on it leaves an indent in the paint. Our fireplace mantel side panels is at least 1 1/2" larger on one side than the other. Our kitchen cabinets are not aligned with the kitchen window. Our laundry room floor has several bubbles in it. Our aggregate patio has rocks popping out with flawed color splotches. Our coffered ceilings which were not all one piece are showing where they meet. Water sets in the shower and doesn't drain like it should. Karin Irish made the whole home buying experience terrible for us, not to mention what she did to the rest of our subdivisions buying experience. Do your homework before you choose a builder so you don't have the same experience as all of us had in Windsor Island Estates in Keizer Oregon.

Everyone is really nice and always willing to answer any questions you might have to make you a better employee. The apartment's are going to be a great place to live and are very spacious for a family once there all done. Well put together and you have a lot of business in the surrounding area.

Foreman, Chris Harrison, & his team are amazing. They are working on a multi million dollar project where we live, and though I’m not happy about the price tag, I could not be more thrilled with the team we have landed. Chris is a great communicator, makes his self available, and verifies quality work.
We have also had the pleasure to work with Mario - who is awesome.
Both men are true assets to their organization!
