What a great company… We had our roof done by Peak in November knowing that we were pushing the weather needle. They responded immediately to set up an appointment to quote the job that week. Other roofing companies I reached out to took days to respond or not even at all…
On the day of inspection, Andrew did a thorough initial walk through and was clear and concise on shingle, vent, etc options. We chose their TruDefinition Duration shingle as it offered a great warranty on top of Peaks labor warranty. I had another company out to quote (after finally getting in touch with someone) and they quoted me almost 75% higher and for an inferior shingle!!
As we approached the installation date, their project manager Kevin was super responsive and patient with the weather. He proactively noted siding issues that were rot issues (pretty common) in a couple spots and was very transparent on the need to fix. When the timing between Oregon November weather allowed, they tackled our roof in two days and it looked great! The only bummer was that we did encounter some siding damage on a couple peaks that went higher than the areas discussed as being rotted out at the bottom edges. After reaching out to Kevin, he came back out within a few days to take a look, and had his siding team out ASAP to fix it all, even going above and beyond the pieces that needed attention!
Fast forward to the middle of December, and much to our surprise a thank you package out of nowhere arrived from them thanking us for our business and MOST importantly thanking us for supporting small businesses in our area. Long story short, these guys are doing it right on all fronts and we couldn’t be happier with our experience!!

Peak Performance deserves every 5 star review they have. We got estimates from 3 different companies and were torn between 2 of them, but are so glad we went with Peak. They completed our re-roof project last week and were professional from start to finish. We had an extra challenge in fascia boards that needed replacing, but that had overhead power lines connected to them. PGE had to disconnect/reconnect, and they're quite inflexible...basically telling you "here's the day we'll be there." Peak Performance was great in working with us on that. Their crew was the hardest working team we've ever had do anything on our 1960's house.

Super easy to work with. Good price/value. Flexible with scheduling. Big crew, ready to work. Protected my house. Complete tear off and full reroof with new gutters and downspouts in 3 days. Cleaned up well. No surprises. This is how contractors should be.

Aaron provided a detailed estimate that made us feel very comfortable with what we were paying for. Peak Performance is skilled enough to handle the framing work we needed while replacing our roof as well. (Many other roofing companies only lay and remove shingles.) Each day after working, the crew would do a walk around cleaning up, keeping everything very tidy. Overall, we are very satisfied with our new roof and would use Peak Performance again in the future.

Peak Performance did a fantastic job installing a new roof on our home from start to finish. We had a few things come up, - weather issue, - travel, and they accommodated us every time. Their communuications were outstanding. super responsive. Kevin was our lead contract and he was very thorough at setting up the whole process, including porta potties, and ensuring everything was cleaned up. He did several walk throughs after. They are on time for appointments, timely in providing bids, bids are competitively priced, they complete the job when they say they will and on budget, their work is very high quality and they do an excellent job of cleaning up.

We hired Peak Performance to roof our standard-size ranch house. Aaron responded quickly to thoroughly inspect and bid the project. Before work began, we were given info sheet with FAQs and timeline of the process. Everything was clearly explained and contact numbers provided. On day of project, workers arrived early and worked efficiently, thoroughly and quickly, taking only short breaks. We were very impressed with the way the crew worked as a team; each crew member was busy at all times. Good organization and management. This resulted in roofing finished in one day! Total clean-up of any debris, including a magnet-type sweeper that picked up any nails, etc. An excellent project, from start to finish. We have needed a new roof for many years, but after a very distressing experience with a company called HPH we decided to try to get out of our contract with them and go with another company. We obtained 4 bids from other companies which were significantly less than the cost of the HPH contract. Thankfully, eventually, HPH let us out of our contract. (Please do your due diligence when working with roofing contractors.) Through a referral from the company that had to remove our solar panels, we were introduced to Peak Performance Roofing. Aaron came, inspected the old roof and provided the bid for our new roof. Due to the cost estimate, the professionalism and quick turnaround, we decided to use Peak Performance Roofing. These guys are young, but run this company as if they have been in business for 50 years. We were impressed with the speed of the replacement, the knowledge and professionalism of the crew, and the quality of the installation. They were half the cost of our previous contract, and they managed to provide the exact same warranty as we had been promised with that other company. There are many reasons to be pleased with these guys and we recommend them with lots and lots of enthusiasm. Use Peak Performance Roofing and you won't have any regrets.

Peak Performance did an amazing job replacing my cedar shake roof with a high grade composite roof. They are excellent at communication and gave me options with no pressure. They were prompt and worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner. They were so professional and I would highly recommend them. Peak Performance Roofing recently performed a tear off and reroof of our house in Sherwood. They offered a 50-year warranty product that was comparable in cost to other companies 20-30 year warranty products. A quote was provided the following day and after we decided to go with Peak Performance the process was flawless. We picked a color, selected a date and that was it. Great job repairing our flashing that had pulled up after a few years. Very reasonable pricing and professional in their workmanship. The did the roffes of about 5 neighbors in 1 week always kleened up and all the roofs look amazing.

We had a tree fall on our home and not only mess up the shingles but also take off several sections of gutter and roof chunks. They were able to make sure they got all the work done for the amount the insurance gave us but they did it all in a very timely manner for the size and the amount of repairs we needed to have done.

Peak Performance Roofing responded quickly to an emergency vent repair that was needed after a wind storm damaged our older roof's downstairs bathroom vent, causing a water intrusion leak in the walls. Normally, this type of repair is too small for them to address, however, due to our level of need, they came out any way and replaced the vent and damaged shingles the very next day.

They are recommended and will be on our short list for this summer to replace the entire roof.

I included Peak Performance Roofing when I requested estimates from six roofing contractors for replacing a rusty metal roof on my 4-car shop with composition shingles, and re-roofing my home and outdoor kitchen to match.

Aaron (owner/operator) was responsive and knowledgeable in bidding all aspects of the scope of my project, to include assistance in choosing shingle color and extending the gable ends of my shop and gutter replacement.
Aaron supplied customer references, as well as providing Owens Corning color boards options, and then providing me several addresses of local homes done in my color choice to assist with my color choice.
Their record of very positive customer reviews was significant in my decision to choose Peak Performance.

Carson (owner/operator) was my only contact throughout the operational week-long process and did a great job in coordination with his three-man crew. Daily clean-up was performed and appreciated.
There ended up being a couple complications during the install process, each that could have resulted in legitimist reasons to charge extra. In both cases, Peak took the initiative to cover the extra work, more than exceeding my expectations.
The finished project using Owens Corning Duration in Black Sable color looks fantastic and is backed by a 50 year warranty through Peak. I optioned for the ridge vents and I like the cleaner look and get the benefit to add solar without working around vents.

From my experience with Aaron and Carson and the crew at Peak performance, I can highly recommend them.

I’ve had to replace the roof on both homes I’ve purchased. The 1st home’s roof was installed by another company and seemed fine; it’s just a roof right?My experience on the 2nd home with Peak Performance was night and day. Aaron was super knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. He clearly explained that what I currently had for venting was sufficient. I had never considered a 50-yr roof assuming a huge cost increase, not the case with Peak. Aaron told me upfront I would need all the sheets replaced along the eaves due to rot; I found out during the follow-up/walk-through they were able to use half sheets instead of full sheets which saved me money! The entire process was smooth, communication was great, and I have yet to find a stray nail or staple around my house (unlike the first company). Complimentary gutter clean out is a nice added bonus! The follow-up/walk-through after the project was complete shows that they care about their work. I’m hoping it’s the last roof I have to purchase, but if not I’ll definitely be going with Peak. Highly recommend!

Just had a complete tear off and roof replacement by Peak Performance Roofing and the experience was great. The people were friendly from the owners to the guys doing the work. Very easy to work with and a professional job. I would definitely recommend this company for any roofing work.

I was referred to Peak Performance Roofing by my neighbor who had his roof replaced the year before by them.

I got several quotes and Aaron was the first to come out. After chatting for a bit during the initial walk through, I was really impressed with his professionalism.

At the time I am writing this, they are a newer/younger company, but you would never guess that by the way they carry themselves. When we had wrapped up I was 90% sure I was going to go with Peak Performance for my new roof installation. When the quotes started to come in, Peak was very competitive, making it an easy decision to move forward with them.

When it came time to actually do the installation, the communication was top notch. They arrived when they said they would. Clarified questions promptly. They worked efficiently and had the project completed when they said they would.

As someone who works in property management, and deals with a lot of contractors, I can 100% whole heartedly recommended using these guys for any of your roof related needs.

We were very pleased with the work of Peak Performance Roofing. Aaron was very clear in his explanation of the benefits of and difference between the venting products and shingle types. The work was done as they described, when they described at a fair price. The laborers had the entire job finished faster than I had expected. Had the best possible experience with Peak Performance Roofing. My roof and gutters look great, they clearly communicated from initial bid to final invoice, they set realistic expectations then exceeded them - my project came in a little under cost - amazing! They were transparent about pricing and even told me that my old roof could last a couple more years if I needed! When I got a second bid the other contractor told me he couldn't match Peak Performance, that they were a great company, and that I should stick with them, so glad that I did! They replaced damaged sheeting, installed 50 year shingles, ice and water shield, ridge vent, 3 skylights and went above and beyond with some water damage that I had around a skylight and my chimney. We've had several rainstorms since and I'm happy to say that I've been cozy and dry with total peace of mind. Aaron, Carson and Andrea were the best to work with, I could not be happier with my experience or results.
