I absolutely love my new aluminum metal roof! I decided to replace my shingle roof with a metal roof because asphalt shingles are petroleum based and not recyclable. While a metal roof also uses valuable resources to produce, it will last for perhaps 80 years and is completely recyclable at the end of its life. I expect my new roof to outlive me by decades.

GoTech Roofing was wonderful to work with for many reasons:
- I received a very detailed proposal--and drone images after installation.
- Julian is personable and addressed all my questions, requests and concerns throughout the process.
- The workers were careful around my landscaping (which surrounds the house) during the removal of the old shingles and throughout installation. They were also courteous and were overall respectful of my property.
- Julian cares about his workers and delayed installation during the horrible heat wave that lasted for a large part of the summer. It’s important to me that workers are treated with fairness.

A metal roof is not inexpensive; it’s a large investment. But for environmental reasons, longevity and because it’s fire-resistant, it was worth the extra expense. As a bonus, it looks fantastic! I highly recommend GoTech Roofing. Thank you, Julian!

This company is incredible - Honest, caring, and true professionals in their craft. We believed our roof needed to be replaced after purchasing a 25 year old home (4 years ago) and understanding the roof to be original. Not only did Julian Stevens (GoTech Roofing) provide us with fast service for a potential quote, but he honestly gave detailed advice and reasons for why our roof did NOT need to be replaced for another 3-5 years. What company does that!? Have you ever known an auto mechanic, an AC service, or a general for-profit company to not come back after a quote with about 15 things that “need to be fixed” so they could continue to profit and acquire work? Unbelievable customer service!! Called 3 minutes before they closed with emergency- they were at my house the next morning at 8:30am and now I can sleep at night! Will recommend to anyone I can!!

It is so refreshing to deal with a reputable company that is truly looking out for the best interests of their customers. After receiving two unsolicited quotes for a new roof, I called Julian who came out and honestly told me that my roof had another ten to fifteen years left. He acknowledged that there was some discoloration on the shingles but suggested rather than dropping $20 Grand on a new roof, that we give him an opportunity to clean it instead, for a fraction of the price. Julian and Will came out, did a fantastic job and even cleaned the gutters for free. Roof looks brand new!! Highly recommend doing business with GoTech!

Julian was responsive throughout the process. During the quote visit, he was able to provide honest feedback and recommendations about gutter cleaning and installing gutter guards (type, time, etc). Scheduling was tricky because of the weather, but as long as you communicated/asked/checked in, Julian responded. Installation was just as was explained to me and met my expectations. Julian and his team took pictures before and after the work and walked my family through updates as they worked/when we checked in with the team.

Guy comes out and didn't give me any information other than a very quick estimate (which included no info about their services and what they provide) and a business card....He was more interested in wanting to see my previous estimate as he asked about my quote and what all that company offered and was basically just wanting me to give info on that company. I was vague and said depending on which option I went with around 5k. He said yeah we can't beat that and we work out of Alexandria. So, Mannass is apparently not really their service area. He was here not even 5mins and left without any info at all about their company or service other than they'd charge around 5,200 for a new roof (not sure what all that price intels at all) . He honestly didn't seem interested in this job at all. So obviously we aren't going with these guys...

GoTech Roofing is one of those companies you want to keep in your portfolio for contractors, repair services, installers, etc. If you need roof replacement or repair, you have found the right place. I can not recommend this company enough. I am a very satisfied customer.

We recently had GoTech Roofing replace the shingles on our 15-year-old home in Alexandria. Our previous roof had failed in several areas due to poor workmanship and the use of cheap materials by the original builder. Jason, our estimator from GoTech Roofing, provided us with a thorough and detailed proposal for the work that needed to be done. He was very honest and professional, and we found his estimate to be lower than the three other estimates we received. One of the other estimators was dishonest and pushy, trying to undermine GoTech Roofing to get the contract, but all of the statements he made proved to be untrue. GoTech's crew worked all day and we were extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. If you are considering getting a new roof, we highly recommend GoTech Roofing Company as an excellent choice!

Several roofs in my community, including my own, were damaged in a recent hail storm. I contacted GoTech Roofing, and was assisted by Julian and Nick. They arrived within three days to conduct a damage inspection at the same time as my insurance adjuster, which made the process of filing a claim much easier. One of my neighbors, a retired contractor, had GoTech Roofing replace his roof, and he was extremely impressed with their work. GoTech Roofing completed my roof replacement in just one day, and the finished product looks beautiful. They were thorough in cleaning up after themselves, including using a large magnet to pick up any stray nails on my lawn. They truly went above and beyond and I highly recommend them.

When I discovered a leak on my flat roof, I asked various people to recommend a roofer that specializes in flat roofing. One of my friends recommended GoTech Roofing. That was great advice. They immediately came out and gave me an estimate as well as sent a roof technician to patch the roof to avoid further damage until the repair was to be done. On the day of the repair, Hector came out and completed the repair in 1 day. I will also mention that GoTech Roofing’s office staff are very nice and helpful when I called. GoTech Roofing was very responsive with me. I had a satellite dish blow off the roof from a wind storm. I called them up and they were able to patch it up the same day to prevent water damage from the rains that night. They then performed a free roof inspection and found a lot more roof wind damage. Now we are working with GoTech and our insurance company to get roof replaced. Thankful for this company! Highly recommend them.

We used GoTech Roofing to replace our shingle roof. The crew showed up on time and worked very diligently to finish the job the same day, despite an afternoon shower. Their completed work matched exactly the project scope of work in our contract. The roofers were polite and neat throughout the entire process. Cleanup was excellent, with no debris or damage left over from either the demolition/removal of the old roof or the installation of the new one.
