My experience with GoTech, from start to finish, was outstanding. During a windstorm, my home suffered some major flat roof damage; GoTech responded very quickly to my request for a quote. Additionally, Julian was sure to get emergency tarping in place to prevent my home from further damage. In fact, GoTech had the emergency tarping on my roof before their competitor could even come out for an estimate. The communication was extremely professional and quality of work and cleanup was excellent. I highly recommend GoTech and am grateful for the response time and work from Julian and his team.

Julian and William arrived on time and showed me, step by step, where the people who repaired my gutters last year, had failed. They also explained what they were doing and why. The new gutters look wonderful, and they cleaned up after they were done. Their company is also very responsive and polite. I recommend them highly.

I have a small rowhouse in DC and needed my flat roof replaced. I called several roofers, but no one wanted to deal with the solar panels I have installed on the roof. GoTech Roofing came out and removed the panels and installed the new flat roof the next day. They then reinstalled my panels. They were fast, communicated throughout the entire project, and cleaned up my entire yard. Great roofing contractor to work with!

I was in the process of purchasing a townhouse and my home inspector informed me that he couldn't access the flat roof and advised me to call a professional roofer. The real estate agent claimed the flat roof was replaced 4 years ago. I contacted GoTech Roofing, as their website mentioned they have certified inspectors. After inspecting the roof, they informed me it was in poor condition, leaking, and needed to be replaced. GoTech informed me that it hadn't been replaced, but only covered with acrylic roof paint to make it appear new. With this information, I was able to confront the owners and receive a credit for a new roof at closing. GoTech recently completed the installation and the new flat roof looks fantastic! If I hadn't called them, I would have unknowingly purchased a home with a bad roof. I highly recommend GoTech Roofing.

We had tried three different roofing companies to fix a leak in our EPDM flat roof, but all attempts failed. Then, we reached out to GoTech Roofing, and they sent a certified inspector who quickly found the source of the leak using thermal imaging and water detection devices. Surprisingly, the leak was located 15 feet away from where previous roofers had tried to fix it. GoTech Roofing successfully repaired the leak, and we have had no further issues since. GoTech Roofing was an excellent choice for our commercial building's roofing needs. We needed to replace our HVAC units and required the construction of three large EPDM curbs to be completed within three days to meet the schedule for a crane.
