After having a high pressure salesman show me the most expensive roof and thankfully getting out of the contract to have more estimates, Julian Stevens actually went on top of the roof checking shingle by shingle and letting me know that my roof was not in need of replacement at this time. There's no other roofer I am going to pick but this company for future replacement. He even gave me an estimate without having to sell me the roof, which was much more reasonable and a fair price.

We received bids from five companies to replace our roof. GoTech's was the best value and not only for price. Julian gave the most thorough explanation of what needed to be done, how they would do it, how GoTech would address several areas of the old roof that had been an issue, and was the only contractor that had dedicated teams to install the Grand Manor shingles (heavier, stiffer than regular shingles).
Communication and scheduling were excellent. The crew showed up first thing in the morning, worked together seamlessly, and put in 11 hour days to get the roof done in two days.
