Amazing results from beginning to finalizing installation. I could not be more pleased. Sam Osta carefully reviewed what I needed and worked with me finding the right solution on my windows. He was sensitive to my needs and offered alternatives. He also said that I would not be disappointed with the installation, and he was spot on. Mr. Kim and his crew worked professionally and expeditiously to get the installation done right. Each person knew their job and did it expertly. I highly recommend Nova Exteriors. Kept appointments and finished install of our windows on time and professionally. Our original builder grade windows were not installed properly by the builder, they leaked, and let in outside noise (and we live on a busy street). Well the guy that originally came out to house gave me a quote and was really high for the product I did not want. Nice guy and he did his job well no pushing the sale. Well I received an email the next day from the Peter Vlantis the president owner. I will the email attachments of him playing games, what a joke this company is.

Buying windows is a difficult process. A lot of predatory companies looking to make a dollar. Nova Exteriors is not one of them. Great experience, great customer service, great installation crew and great customer service! We were recommended to them by a friend and would recommend them to anyone!

Just had NOVA Exteriors replace two doors on my house. An excellent experience from start to finish. I appreciated that the sales representative who came to give an estimate and help me select the doors understood our limited budget and did not try to upsell. In fact he suggested changes that would save money. I also appreciated his honesty when explaining that there would be an additional charge for dealing with the old back door which had lead based paint. It's good that NOVA complies with EPA regs rather than flouting them to cut costs. Communication was excellent throughout the project and the doors arrived much earlier than expected. The two-man installation team were wonderful. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and steadily, and were respectful. They worked as quietly as possible -- no unnecessary shouting, loud music, or long cellphone conversations. NOVA Exteriors may be a bit pricier but it is worth the expense for no hassles and a job done right the first time.

Nova Exteriors installed 8 new windows and a new mansard roof for us. We couldn't be happier with their service, professionalism and integrity. The results are better than we thought possible. We had challenges with the weather which the crew handled with great communication and sensitivity to our constraints. We recommend them highly.

NOVA Exteriors was great to work with. Fast response times, great communication, very competitive pricing, and what seems like a solid product. The installation was equally positive; the crew was professional, fast, and highly capable. I would recommend them to others without hesitation, and would use them again for future window projects. One detriment was that they did not engage in the building permitting process; I was able to do this myself very easily so it wasn't an issue for our project, but worth noting for others.

We did our research and received 3 bids for replacement windows. We wanted to support a small company with integrity. The representative from Nova Exteriors was knowledgeable and genuine so it seemed like a great fit. Overall, there was incredible communication and we are pleased with the quality of the windows. Unfortunately, during installation we discovered that the crew was installing the new windows on rotten wood and trying to cover it up with the flashing. We alerted the sales representative that a few of the windows would need to be repaired and he assured us that was the standard. Needless to say, I had meltdown and called the company. They communicated with their team and immediately started replacing the rotten wood with new wood. The owner sincerely apologized but trust was lost. I hope this was an isolated case but buyer beware.

I replaced my windows and front door with NOVA and they were a pleasure to work with. Mary is a gem and I am truly grateful to have met and worked with her during this process. The measurements folks were careful and thorough, ensuring that the measurements for my windows and door were precise to facilitate a smooth installation. The installation teams were very respectful of my home and cleaned up everything very well. I also got to interact with Pete directly, he was very kind and made sure my experience was a 5 star one. I live in a condo so I don't have other work to be done that NOVA can help me with, but if I move and need any exterior work done, they will be my first call!

My experience wasn’t the great one all the reviews talk about. I was having my front door & storm door replaced. Initially everything started good. Someone came out showed me my options, chose what I liked, picked an install time , showed up & did the work in 1 day. Good so far until the install was complete! I live in a HOA and that was known from the get go. The trim around the door didn’t match at all what was on previously. So was concerned to get hit with a violation from my HOA. I Reached out to my contact with my issues. Initially he said I had to paint it my self. I questioned why I paid them for all this work only to have to paint the trim myself. I’m then told the wrong trim color was ordered and would send someone out to fix. The next installer/fixer came out removed the beautiful red storm door I had picked. Lays it on the pavement and grass area not covered, to redo what the first installer did. The .Door is now scratched from the negligence which I then had to paint. Next issue thr Storm door now closes with a slam not quite like the first install. Reach out to my contact, he again bounces me off to someone else who’s going to come back to fix this. The slamming is fixed. Now however the door knobs on my door aren’t aligned. I didn’t even bother to reach out back to them. All I get is bounced off to someone else. Nobody ever bothers to the take time for any follow up to make sure everything was good. You would think after they had to come out 3 times it would be more of a reason for follow up. I would never use this company again. And they have the decency to send me a text asking for my business. All they want is my money part of the business aspect is customer satisfaction. The Crooked door handle on the front of my door doesn’t appear to have been installed by professionals. Looks like a DIY job.

After searching for the right company for us we found NOVA Exteriors and were delighted with the experience. Mary was great to work with and she understood what we were looking for. We ordered a double front door and a storm door for each and also completely replaced the sliding glass door to the patio. The workmanship of the doors is excellent and solid. The doors were ready in a timely manner and the installation went perfect. We couldn’t be more pleased with NOVA Exteriors and highly recommend them to anyone needing to replace doors and windows!

They were professional, timely, they even delivered and installed my weird sized door a month sooner than expected. They cleaned up the space better than it was to begin with. The product is great quality and I expect never to have to replace this door in my lifetime!

Don’t believe the reviews. I had a terrible experience with them and my house and my wallet is still suffering from their installation of windows and siding. I will never use them. When I complained to them they said they would reimburse me only if I signed a NDA and if I removed any negative reviews I posted. I refused. They are unprofessional and fraudulent IMO. I have a very long story could share it but not enough space. To try and shorten it. They installed windows and claim it is “normal” for the top window to come down when I open and close the bottom. So can’t even enjoy my new windows. They punctured hole in my AC line which caused all my refrigeration to leak out in less than 24-48 hours. They then tried to cover it up and when I confronted them they tried to say I was lying and the hole was there… from 1985. And now barely 4 years after window install the caulk they used is cracking along the windows which now puts my house at risk of water damage.

Sam from Nova Exteriors went above and above our expectations when it came to our new roof and gutters. He made us feel extremely comfortable knowing we can trust him to complete the task correctly. He was highly professional and informed. After replacing our roof, the workers left our area spotless. I will without a doubt use Nova for any necessary outside work in the future.

I used Nova Exteriors to replace my old entry door. Sam did a great job explaining the different options and recommending the right door for us. We looked at different installers and Nova was the only one that came through with the right size doors and fit. We made one change during the the process and Sam helped us made the change with zero drama. Nova did the installation in one day and it was a smooth experience. It did cost a bit higher than I expected, but having the right door with a smooth installation process was worth it. I highly recommend Nova.

The Nova Exterior team from sales, to billing, to the installation crew were all great to work with. They were responsive with good communication. They came out and knew exactly how to install the window quickly and with experience. We called several different places and had a few people from different companies come out for quotes to the house. We wanted to replace both the front door with 3/4 decorative glass and sidelights and also our garage interior door which needed to be fire rated. Sam came to our home on time for our appointment with Nova Exteriors and we instantly felt like he was super knowledgeable, experienced, as well as trustworthy and honest. He listened to exactly what we wanted and showed us some options without being pushy or trying to change our minds or trying to upsell us on anything. It was clear that he was very in the know of the installment, the process, the products of available doors and materials from the manufacturer and all the costs and timeline. He took measurements, identified what would need to be changed, etc. Sam also kindly applied a discount, which really helped because doors are very costly these days. We really appreciated all the time he took and even after the consultation, Sam continued to communicate via emails to answer questions about paint colors and trim samples, etc. Nova was able to get the doors from Provia in a little less than a month and the installment for both doors was all done within a day. The guys worked quickly and were professional. They made sure to clean up and were very nice and clearly knew what they were doing. I think some of the other contractors said they wouldn’t be able to get the Provia door earlier than a lead time of 6-8 weeks, but Nova is certified and Premium installers of Provia doors, so they really know what they are doing and have been acknowledged by the company for this special status. The one and only drawback is that we paid a good deal of money and sort of wished they would additionally do the painting and sanding on the old side columns of the doorway that we didn’t replace, but this was outside the scope of their work- which is understandable. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend using Nova Exteriors over any other door contractor because they are skilled and experts at door and window installation. Furthermore, absolutely have Sam come and consult with you - he is awesome, really knows what he’s talking about, and is passionate about the professionalism and expertise of Nova Exteriors.

I’ve had a really good experience with NOVA Exteriors in the past so they were one of the companies I reached out to when I had to replace my windows and sliding glass doors. Their prices are reasonable, they have the fastest install times of any of the companies in the area and their staff is extremely professional. Great company to work with. We needed to replace an old sliding glass door. They came out the next day to go over options and provide a quote. Door was manufactured and installed a few weeks later. The cost was much more reasonable than a quote we got from a major national brand.

I planned to replace my old roof and met with representatives from various roofing companies. Nova Extriors was one of them, and their proposal seemed promising, but I was shocked by the estimated cost of around $15,000. I decided to postpone our plans, but eventually, I was ready to revisit the project this summer. I received several new estimates, with most proposals coming in around $17,000. I recalled Novaextria and reached out to see if they could update their quote.

The representative offered the same price as before, which seemed like a good deal, so I decided to proceed with them. The company began work last Thursday, and the job was completed satisfactorily. However, we later received an email stating there were additional charges of $2,100 for replacing some liners and plates due to rotting wood, accompanied by some photos.

I found it difficult to accept this unexpected charge since there was no prior communication seeking my approval during the day they did the work. I was frustrated because I received confirmation from several companies' estimates that there were no issues in the attic. I didn't have any extra big costs. I expressed my frustration to their staff, emphasizing that they should have consulted with me first and shown me the evidence of the amount of rotten wood.

Their response was that such circumstances are covered on page 7 of the contract, which I had signed. I found this sentence " If there are no specific instructions written on your contract to replace specific areas of wood, then it is not in your contracted price and we will bill you." Their another explanation that a thunderstorm was impending did not convince me, as there was no rain that Thursday or the following day in this area.

After some negotiation, the manager offered a 20% discount, but I countered with a request for a 50% reduction in the additional cost. Today, the owner called to inform me that they considered my offer rejected and insisted that I pay the full extra amount, which they promptly invoiced me for.

If you were the homeowner facing this situation, would you simply shut up and pay without any complaint?

We used NOVA exteriors to install new exteriors doors on our home. They did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Professional, and efficient, with excellent communication. Highly recommend them.

We hired Nova Exteriors to do the siding on our home. Compared to our other quotes, Nova Exteriors had the better product. Both of the guys that did our siding have been with the company for years. They did a remarkable job. When they finished, I didn't find a single nail in the yard. They cleaned and hauled all of the trash. They were professional, on time, and courteous. No matter how many quotes you get for any exterior work to your home, make sure Nova Exteriors are at the top of your list.

Just want to let everyone know that I had a wonderful experience with NOVA Exteriors. From the very start Jason (Sales) was terrific he came back 2 times to deal with our changes to our exterior door and window. Every time Jason came back, he spent about 2+ hrs with us and every time he was patient and gave us suggestions. Jason was extremely knowledgeable about the products and extremely detailed. NOVA Exteriors came back out to remeasure the door and window before ordering anything to make sure everything was correct. Once our door and window were ordered and within 6 weeks the door/window arrived, and NOVA Exterior came to install the door. During installation everything when smoothly and had no issues and the door and window fit perfectly and looks beautiful. Throughout the whole process I was extremely happy with Jason and NOVA Exteriors the way they handle everything, and the price was extremely competitive. I notice during this process pretty much every business is selling the same doors, what separated these businesses is service (Jason) and NOVA Exteriors was excellent.

So happy with the job done by NOVA Exteriors! We replace our sliding glass door with French doors and had another exterior door replaced. From the first appt everything was great- they came out fast for an estimate and then we were able to custom design exactly what we wanted. We were told an approx time period for custom doors, and they actually were ready to install sooner than we thought which was a nice surprise. The installers were very nice and did a great job! We are just in love with the new doors and would use this company again for any future door needs!

Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors.

Recently had a storm door update from Nova Exteriors. The installer called ahead showed up on time and then asked to reschedule the install due to wind. He was worried about damaging the new door (he was correct and thoughtful). Came back on time 2 days later and zipped through a professional install. They did a fantastic job of installing our Provia door. We had Renwal by Anderson do a quote for the exact same door and they quoted us 17k!!! NOVA did it for just over half of that!

The latest project was a slate composite roof installed in just 3 days. The new roof looks great and the crew left my yard spotless. They even used big magnets to clean up any nails and screws in the grass.

We contracted with Nova Exteriors after receiving a few bids to replace our old front door in the Kalorama Heights historic district in DC. They offered a fair price, were professional every step of the way, and did a great job of installing our beautiful new door. The only disappoint was that the project took months to complete, but this was 100% to the permitting process, and not due to Nova’s lack of expediency. I've used NOVA exteriors for two entry doors and new windows in my entire home. Doors are super heavy steel doors with a great seal. No one is breaking in! You can't find these door at your Home Depot. They are responsive, professional and everyone they send out for measurements and install know what they are doing. Save yourself the back and forth with other companies and pick NOVA.

A fabulous experience from start to finish. Our sales associate, Sam, was well inform and not pushy. He respected our decision to get multiple quotes and was quick to respond when it came time to sign. The prices were competitive and Sam was transparent throughout the process - a very different experience than with other companies. We had some scheduling limitations so NovaExteriors sent 2 crews and installed all 31 windows in a single day. The team was professional, efficient and communicated well throughout the project. The job was well done and no a rush job. The left our house as clean as they found it. We had two minor fixes we found the following day. The owner, Peter, called me personally and scheduled his foreman to come by and fix the issues within 24 hours. We got quotes from >6 window companies of all sizes and I am very confident in saying that we chose the best one around. Highly recommend!!

NOVA Exteriors replaced my 39 year old vinyl siding, shutters, window boxes, front door, storm door, light fixtures, address plaque and doorbell. They also installed coverings on the trim and new vents. The doors took one day which included a new threshold, frame and a new deadbolt. The siding only took 2 days. For both jobs the crew worked hard, consistent, were very pleasant and professional. They listened and were very attentive. I’ve had some questions afterwards especially since these jobs were a first for me and Pete and Terrell provided answers that satisfied me. My house looks so great! Even the window boxes that they had to build from scratch. Next big job is a replacement roof and NOVA Exteriors will be getting a call

NOVA team was terrific. We had exterior front door, frame, and surrounds installed. We had one design issue that necessitated a reinstall. President contacted me to assist with process. They reinstalled at no labor cost plus meaningful materials discount. The install team was professional and quite competent.

Materials were excellent. And, though the pandemic and politics have put major dampers on supplies and deliveries, Nova made sure we were aware of that, did not pretend otherwise, gave use real schedules to which they stuck to the letter, no excuses, and delivery as promised.

From the moment the techs arrived to the moment they left, everything was cleaned up and well done. They came on time or earlier, took less time than they originally requested, and did as good a job as they promised us.

Techs knew exactly what they were doing. Plenty of experience, and the best thing was, they all seemed to enjoy their job as only people working for a good company could. Everyone was on top of our project from CEO to project managers to techs. All questions were answered, prices held as given.

Could not have been a better experience from start to finish.
