We contacted our neighbor when our roof was leaking into the attic and the drywall feel through my sister's bedroom. We are very impressed with ElevationBuild. My mom had many questions and each of them were answered so we had no doubts that they were professionals. When the crew was putting on the roof, it started to rain, so they covered the roof with plastic so it would not get wet. The drywall crew - very professional. I couldn't tell that the ceiling feel through. If you are having any problems, I would recommend ElevationBuild.

Excellent communications and quality work from beginning to end. My large roof had the extra complication of spray foam insulation. Max provided a same-day, detailed quote, with drone roof inspection, helping me choose high-quality materials for the roof, gutter, and gutter guards. He assured me the spray-foam insulation would be no problem and he'd handle any issues. Max kept me posted on the materials deliveries and weather impacts and was immediately available whenever I called. The roof and gutter installers were expert and pleasant; each job was completed within a day. The spray-foam insulation was not damaged, even though a roof panel needed to be replaced. The workers were careful working around my many plantings. Max worked to ensure that I'm totally satisfied. He offered to followup with another drone inspection in three months to check out the roof and verify all is as it should be.

Our home’s original roof was coming up on 25 years old and there were signs it should be replaced. Through the initial scoping process, Max was extremely patient and thorough in answering my numerous questions about the roof replacement project. Not only was he very knowledgeable in this space, but he was also utmost professional and explained everything in an easy to understand way.

Soon after getting HOA approval, the project was started on time and work performed to complete satisfaction. Max and his team were terrific to work with - they were instrumental in helping us get a new roof and gutters. Now I feel safe knowing we are protected from any inclement weather!

I had a pleasant experience with Max and the team from start to finish. Max explained their process, the materials to be used to replace 3 old sliding glass doors with 3 new beautiful French doors, and of course my cost options. With the impact of Covid on the supply chain, Max was honest about the length of time it could take for the doors to come in, which I appreciated. When the doors came in he contacted me on Saturday and the doors were installed on Monday. The install team led by Mr. Lee were top notch. When Mr. Lee had a question that my husband couldn't answer he waiting until I got home to explain what he was suggesting which allowed me to make the decision based on what I wanted. This firm detailed all of the work that was to be done in great detail. Gave me all the information as to what was going to be installed, how, when, cost, and compared to other available options. Dealt initially with top management and owners where always available when I needed information. Administrative staff was super responsive. Personnel who did the work were careful to protect existing plants and were very courteous. I did not circle 'value' since I do not have knowledge in this area. All of the payment options were discussed. Bottom line - the completed installation looks great.

Working with ElevationBuild has been a stress-free and pleasurable work experience from the minute I met Adrian to plan my work, setting up the work schedule and getting my questions answered with Max to having the work completed by David and Jose for the installation of the new gutters and Edgar and Adam for the new roof insulation. Every person I worked with was kind, considerate of my home, explained the work thoroughly and performed efficiently. Elevation Build replaced our 30 year old aluminum siding with CertainTeed Premium Vinyl Monogram siding. The work was done as scheduled, even with some challenging weather to deal with. The team was very professional and efficient, completing the work in two days and leaving our home and grounds clean with no sign that they had been there, except for the nice new siding. Two minor issues were quickly addressed by the team leader. With the lifetime labor warranty provided, we except to have no siding issues.

By far, the best company I have worked with for home maintenance in quality, service and professionalism. I was really impressed with how efficiently they worked and completed the job in a timely manner. I was very impressed. This is a top notch company.

We just replaced our patio door and are thrilled. The entire process was completed via phone, zoom and email. Max, the owner is easy to work with. Friendly, and down to earth, he is not pushy, listens to what you you want and helps you choose what is best for you and your home. The installers were friendly, professional and completed the install in just under three hours. They took the time to show me how everything worked on the new door. They even vacuumed the floor to take up any dust from the installation. I definitely recommend using this company.

Elevation Build's owner and operations coordinator advocated for us in regard to some extensive delays and frustrating denials with our HOA approvals - all on the part of the HOA denying our preferred color, not anything to do with their completion of the HOA applications on our behalf. Once we received approval, materials were ordered and install was completed in a matter of days, just in time for the end of the season. The installers were efficient and courteous and finished the project in one day. Although they finished in the dark (and cold!) our yard was immaculate after clean-up by flashlight- I could not find one shred of debris the next day.

We can’t say enough about the entire team at Elevation Build who installed a new roof, gutters and down spouts. We met with Max over a Zoom call and he provided aerial views to show us the condition of the roof and gutters. We discussed our options for the materials as well as financing. We had a great experience with ElevationBuild. I met Adrian to discuss the possibility of obtaining an estimate for roof replacement. They used technology to obtain views of the house and roof to put together an estimate. Then we used Zoom to meet Max and discuss the estimate and options due to social distancing. We were nervous about meeting this way as I’ve never used it before. Instead, we had a great experience. Max gave a thorough presentation and dialog flowed as if we were in the same room. He provided all details on job options and financing options available in detail virtually. He was responsive to all our questions. We asked about materials, financing, and installation. I particularly loved seeing the possible shingle colors available shown on our house. It made selecting the shingle color so much easier. No question was too insignificant. I had been told that I needed a new roof and I didn't quite believe it. But, when the workers took off my old tiles and I saw a gaping hole there, I couldn't believe it!!

The workers fixed the hole and put all the tiles on and, in a few days, they returned to install a new door. The workers did not waste one single minute all day, but stuck to the work at hand and had that door installed perfectly at the end of the day. I am a very happy customer!

Elevation Build just completed their Second Project at our House and we are thoroughly impressed. I met the Elevation Build Team at the Dulles Expo Center during one of the Home Shows. I set an appointment up with them to replace three skylights that were leaking. Max, the CEO, came to our home and provided us a comprehensive presentation on the skylights. Based on his presentation, I asked him to quote a price to replace our old bay window with casement windows. Max presented us with an excellent price and we proceeded with the order. By this time, we are deep into the Pandemic when the custom-built skylights were ready for their installation. All the construction installers wore masks and completed the job in less than 2 hours. They matched the inside trim perfectly and the three windows look complete. Last Friday, they installed my Bow Window. The Foreman said that he would be at our house at 2 and be finished in short order. I was skeptical that they would complete the project that day and it looked like we would have rain showers. At 2 PM, two trucks arrived with the new windows and 6 men proceeded to remove the 6 ft by 7 ft window with twenty glass panels and cleanup. The new frame was installed, the windows were set, the new reinforced window frames were wrapped with trim and a second cleanup was completed. After a thorough review and inspection with the Construction manager, everyone left at 4:30 PM. The windows look amazing thanks to a job well done by Elevation Build.

They were extremely helpful in dealing with my HOA and helped submit the form. They answered any of questions on financing and the process of the roof install. I highly recommend ElevationBuild! I just bought my townhouse in November 2019 and was in desperate need of a new roof. Max and his team were incredibly thorough in explaining the project from start to finish, the benefits of the products they use and costs. Elevation Build recently put a new roof (both pitched and flat surfaces) on our 48-year old townhouse. When they began working on the flat roof on the garage, they discovered the reason we had suffered for years from a constantly clogging up drainpipe --the roof was sloped the wrong way. The crew and Max (the owner) promptly devised a plan to replace the drainpipe, put a new slope on the roof, and install a covered gutter system. That night we had a huge thunder storm, and in the morning, for the first time in 48 years, the garage roof was dry and did not resemble a swimming pool.
Three separate crews worked on our project: shingles, flat roof, and gutters. They all came when they said they would, did what they said they would do (and more), and cleaned up after themselves very well. Max and his crews were dependable, creative, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them.

We had Elevation Build come out and install all new windows throughout our house. The initial appointment went well. They were one of the higher quotes we received, but their presentation was great and answered all our questions. We really felt good about the product and so we decided to move forward. We were given a timeline of 5-6 weeks and agreed to begin working right at the end of October. The timeline we were given was a bit off. The windows did not come in and get installed until the very end of January. This part was a bit disappointing. We did not receive great updates along the way. We always had to reach out to figure out where we were in the process and each time the deadline got pushed back. It was no small project and I certainly felt like we were an after thought. After raising some concerns in January about the timeline and having to follow up and often times not getting responses for a few days, I asked to see if there were any discount available or credits that could be made for failing to deliver on the agreed upon timeframe and scope of project. Needless to say that was never answered and completely avoided on their end.

Well they came to install at the end of January and the install day went relatively smooth. No major issues and all windows were installed. Their crew was efficient and get the job done. There were a few small mishaps along the way but all stuff we were able to clean up after (some mud on the carpets and caulk in some door handles and stuff).

After about 3-4 months I can say the product (Windows) have been great and worked well. Elevation build has yet to reach out to follow up on anything. The last I heard from them was installation day. Found that to be a bit interesting. You would think someone would call or reach out to see how it went, get our thoughts on the product and process, but that was not the case here.

I gave a 3 star review mainly for their product and install. The windows seems to be good. I am hoping we do not have any issues in the months to come, because the customer service portion of the company has left me with questions. I wanted to give some time before I left a review to give Elevation a chance to follow up.I hope we were an anomaly for them as I do believe this company does a good job (you can see that in the majority of the reviews which is part of the reason we decided to move forward with them).

An excellent company to work with. When my work schedule changed unexpected, they were able to reschedule the install with less than 24 hours notice. Professional, courteous and friendly. Recommended without a doubt.

Transformed my house from "meh" to "WOW!"

I hired Elevation Build to do what was essentially a complete exterior makeover of my house: new roof, new siding, new gutters, etc. Although we had a few communication hiccups (which got resolved expeditiously), the team did a great job on everything. The heat reflecting barrier and insulation they put under the new roof shingles are OUTSTANDING; the upstairs rooms in the house were easily 5-10 degrees cooler in the summer heat, and the house retains warmth very nicely in the winter weather so that I never have to put my thermostat higher than 67 to be completely comfortable inside. Also, the house now seems more insulated from outside sounds, so it's much more quiet at night. The team did a great job of cleaning up the worksite while they were here, which my dogs and I very much appreciated. The new roof, siding, trim, front door, and gutters look spectacular and have elevated what was already a cute (but old looking) house to a "wow" property. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend this company.

Work was done on schedule and cleanup was great. One issue, with visible caulking being unattractive, was quickly resolved...caulking was redone and smoothed out.

We worked with ElevationBuild for our windows, garage and front door replacements. We provided our vision and were promptly provided options to view at our in-home meeting with Max. Our questions were answered along with suggestions to perfect our project to best fit our needs. During the process we were provided with updates as to ordering status, delivery and installation date options. I met a representative from Elevation Build at the Dulles Home and Remodeling Show last winter. I was looking for someone to replace the windows in my home this spring as well as my back door. When I was ready, I scheduled an appointment and Max with Elevation Build came to discuss the windows that they use and give me an estimate. After speaking with three different companies, I chose Elevation Build because I felt that they had a fair price for the product and work and because I had read all of their excellent reviews online. The work was scheduled right within the timeframe that they told me the windows and door would be ready and I was pleased that they were able to replace all of the windows in my home and my back door in one day by bringing in two teams to complete the work. The installers were professional and courteous and did an excellent job of covering items in my home to prevent getting dust over everything. They also completed the work in a timely manor and left my house cleaner than they found it. I would definitely call Elevation Build for any future work that I need. I was very please with their product and their company.

I realized that replacing roof, gutters, some exterior trim, and a few leaking windows would be a large investment. I was hesitant at first during the estimate process, overwhelmed with research, choices, and mixed online reviews.
However, during the estimate visit from Elevation Build, Max walked through the process, with illustrations, detailed explanations, and great suggestions with respect to overall appearance, choice of colors, and why it would be worth going with more expensive architectural shingles, etc.
Given that assurance and comfort level gained during his visit, I chose to go with them and have had no regrets.
Then timeliness became a concern with December approaching as my old roof was in need of repair and window leaks becoming worse. But to my relief, the work began and was completed faster than I expected. The outcome was phenomenal, especially the roof, with overall home appearing to have a makeover.
From start to finish, Max was responsive to questions, always reachable by call or text. For example, when a few defects with some flashing were encountered, he responded and assigned his repair team led by Alberto who showed up to fix that following weekend doing a great job.

Max from Elevation Build came to give me an estimate for replacing all 11 windows and 2 six-foot sliding glass doors. Max arrived on time and provided me with a very thorough description about Elevation Build. I appreciated the time Max spent with me since this was going to be a huge investment. After giving me the estimate, Elevation Build gave me time to consider my options and were not pushy at all. They followed up with a phone call to answer any questions and address any concerns that I had. The windows arrived within the time frame I had been given. I was given a choice of several dates for installation. On my chosen installation date, the team arrived promptly, were respectful and spoke English. I had to work that day, so the team leader offered to call when they were within half an hour of completion. When I got home, I the windows and doors looked great and they were doing their final clean up. Everything was left in immaculate condition. Overall, choosing Elevation Build was the right decision. We recently purchased a new home and - based on several issues inside - knew it would need a new roof. After reaching out to several companies for quotes, we decided on the team at Elevation Build for several reasons: accurate estimates, experience, and proven work.

Max came out and spoke with us. During that conversation, he noted several deficiencies with the current roof, including missing drip edging and several spots that looked like it would need new plywood. This wasn't a scare tactic, it was a fact and was something the others failed to notice or include in their pricing. During the work, the estimates were validated as the existing material had dry-rot and wetness from the failing roof. Had that material not been replaced, it could have led to problems (like a failing roof or rafter issues). The materials needed to correct these issues were included as part of the estimate and - in the end - were correct as our roof needed at least six sheets of plywood. They used an excellent grade plywood to replace the failed materials.

These guys could have done what many contractors do: skimp on material or not even bother fixing the issues. They didn't; they made sure to correct problems before putting on a new roof. I appreciate them for taking time to do it right, and help my family understand what would be needed up front. Too many times, surprises jump out after work has begun leading to increased costs. Not everything can be known up front, but Elevation Build took the time to set expectations up front so it would be right in the end. I am grateful to them for helping to protect my family's home.

We had a new roof, gutters and insulation done and it could not have been a better service. The operations lead Adrian worked with us to get the job done ASAP and around the weather and our baby being born. He was understanding when I had to reschedule because she arrived a little early and we were in the hospital. The work looks great and the peace of mind that we have with the high winds and rain we’ve had over the last couple months is nice.

The roofing materials appear to be first rate and the installation team seemed efficient and cleaned the area very well when the installation was finished.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Adrian of Elevation Build during our consultation he basically gave us Roofing 101 about how they do things at Elevation Build. I must admit I was quit impress with the presentation and his attention to detail. He basically walked around the house and pointed out with the naked eye the imperfections of my existing 15 year old roof with satellite pictures also. After walking around the house we went back inside and he sat down with me and my husband and explained their process with out force feeding us he was easy to talk too he answered all of our questions I was satisfied with the presentation he presented. I recommend this company because being personable and relatable is key to closing deals and it was one of the things I noticed and appreciated.

My roof was having problems and I needed it replaced quickly. Max convinced me ElevationBuild was the way to go and he was right! They were able to replace my roof in a timely manner, in spite of challenges from the wind! It looks great and the 25 year warranty gives me peace of mind.

We have scheduled an estimate for roof repair/replacement. We were told that we must be home when the estimate is performed. Took a day off just to have an estiamte done. However, they sent us a person from Marketing who told us to fill out a questionnaire about the current roof condition (when we have very limited knowledge about roofing). He stated that such questionnaire would help us to determine whether a roof repair or a roof replacement is needed. Then, he provided an estimate amount based on the result of the questionnaire we have completed. He did not even looked at our roof to perform an assessment/estimate. Later on, he showed us a bunch of roofing material and attempt to make a sale. We understand that a company needs to market themself and make a sale. However, such estimate done is totally unreliable. It's a joke. This is absolutely untrustworthy and waste of time. NOT RECOMMENDED.

We had our roof replaced recently. This was carried out by Elevation Build with Max as the lead person. Max worked with us to schedule the most convenient time for the works to be done. It can be noisy if you work the night shift and you need some rest during the day time while workers are pounding on your roof. This did not happen to us. The replacement of the roof was completed within a day. All questions we had were promptly attended to. We are appreciative of the quality of work done.

My husband and I were in the market for a new front door and new storm door. Our daughter had been to a neighborhood fair and gotten some contact information from Elevation Build and we were contacted by them. We had just had another contractor come and give us a quote. The service and quality instilled by Max, the President of Elevation Build, was very impressive. The two doors were installed very skillfully and very carefully by precision in about 3 ½ hours. There is a good vacuum between the storm door and the front door. The storm door closes very quietly with its two closers. The front door opens and closes so easily with the beautiful aged bronze hardware. This door replaced the original front door of 66 years, and was much in need of replacement. It wasn’t inexpensive, but well worth the investment. The skill of the installers made all the difference. …Just in time for the cold weather! Thank you so much.

It is also amazing what a change of color will do. We replaced an old wooden white door with a decorative 20-gauge steel coal black door. Everyone who has seen it thinks we have a larger, taller door!!

They did the roof on my house and the roof on my rental house. They did a great job, used high quality material, finished in one day, and cleaned up after.

Max at Elevation build replaced all of my windows and i couldn’t be happier. His staff was impressive. They came in early in the morning, replaced all my windows and stayed late until the work was completed. They left the house as if they weren’t even there. The crew was polite and respectful of our home at all times. It’s hard to find great service now days but you’ll definitely find it here. Thanks Max.

They did not complete work because of conflicts of schedule but the owner was very negotiable about a refund as we both missed our goal. It is important to any customer to know that you have a company that works with you.

Elevation Build did a superb job with the removal and installation of our roof. They completed the installation in one day and thoroughly cleaned up all waste material. We are very happy with the looks of the new roof and believe that the house is quieter than it was before the new roof system. These guys were terrific! I needed to freshen up the front of my 35+ y. o. house. An new entry way door and new trim around my windows was exactly what I needed. It looks amazing now. They offered a wide selection of options, the crew was prompt and courteous, and it was all done in one day. Two thumbs up for great value!

The crews that came out to complete the work were fantastic. The crew for the roofing was very diligent and hard working. They showed up early and worked until it was dark for two days to finish the project. The crew communicated what they needed and what they were doing during each step of the process. The gutter crew was also very effective. They arrived on time and when expected, jumped right into the work and finished in no time. The entire site was cleaned well upon completion. I am very pleased with our new roof and gutters.

I knew nothing about the status of my roof so I contacted Elevation Build to do an assessment. Max, the owner, came to our house and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained that just by looking at my roof, he could tell we were in desperate need of a roof. And boy was he right. Upon ripping off the shingles, the crew found 35 plywood panels damaged. I was probably 6-9 months away from having severe roof damage.

Also, the crew, led by Alberto, was fantastic and extremely hard-working. They arrived at our house around 8am and was on site until about 7:30pm. When I came home, the surroundings around my house were clean. It didn't look like any construction work was completed at my house.

I was very pleased in the complete interaction, I can't say how great of a job the ElevationBuild team did installing the roof on my home. When they removed the roof they even rebuilt my skylights and put new flashing with leak barrier to make sure they wouldn't leak. Now I don't have to replace my skylights and saved a lot of money since they are reflashed and sealed, we were on a tight budget and no other contractor wanted to do it accept ElevationBuild. We truly enjoyed working with Elevation Build and working with Max Ghaznavi was stress free! We enjoyed meeting him, and he helped us to choose the best option for us. When I met with ElevationBuild I couldn't be happier with the experience. ElevationBuild did a fantastic job in remodeling our home. We felt the difference in the temperature of our home was significant in the replacement of our windows due to the Low E glass and Argon inside the sash. The windows hold the temperature and don't allow water to come in unlike our old windows. The mold was gone after the replacement of our windows the certified craftsman that did the work did an amazing job.

During this last winter we started to notice a leak, I went in the attic and saw a few wet sheets of plywood. We called around a few contractors and got a few bids.
