I have been in contact with your dealership since March I believe via text and emails received, Travis wouldn’t stop trying to help me get an Encore that I really wanted. Finally able to make it happen and very thankful. Much stress goes into a purchase and this was even worse due to we were down to just one car mine that I wanted to sale or trade, my husbands was in shop for transmission and radiator replacement. Thank you again for making this happen in our one visit as 2.5 hour drive to get to your dealership was quite a drive to purchase a car. Travis was very helpful in explaining the car and made sure I could call with any questions or concerns.

This was not my first time to the rodeo, I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and this was BY FAR my best experience! I am used to salesmen using every tactic in the book and swimming around like sharks waiting to take advantage and That was not the case. Jamisen and Terry were incredibly helpful, respectful and fair. I was in and out the door w a super clean and beautiful used Ford expedition in literally minutes. Very down to earth, kind and respectful group. High five to the finance guy who i thought would be the one to ruin the “good vibes” but he didnt. That was a first! It was no pressure, super friendly and “got er’ done” it was no stress, no haggle, no being pushy or intimidating. I was super impressed from start to end. And I lOvE my Expedition! Today I bought car # 3 from Gaffney Buick GMC! My first 2 cars were amazing cars and I'm in love with my 2019 Buick envision that I got today! The team at Gaffney Buick GMS are amazing. We felt like we were among friends. They took the time to answer all of our questions. Our sales rep Austin spent additional time with me to go over all of the vehicle electronics and apps. He was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable.

I traded my truck on Good Friday for a used Lincoln Navigator. I had asked very specific questions about the brakes, timing chain, and a handful of other things. I was told “all that has been checked” and assured that had they needed replacing, they would have been replaced, since I obviously couldn’t pull the wheels and inspect them for myself. I drove almost 3 hours to get this vehicle. I got about halfway across the mountain, the engine started acting up, and right front brake started sticking, as the pad (at least on that wheel) is shot, and now so is the rotor. Long story short, I had to limp the vehicle straight to a repair shop, where it’s still sitting, waiting to be fixed so that it is once again roadworthy. The staff were all super helpful, and that was a positive. However, it is rather upsetting to be told that the car had been checked, that everything was “good to go” only to end up in the shop on the same day I bought it. My recommendation for anyone buying a used car at this point, would be find a local mechanic (in the area) and have them go over the vehicle prior to your purchase. If I had been local, I would have done that myself. In hindsight, I should have made arrangements to do that as well. And I am back to update this review, one star… so looks like the “transmission shudder” that showed up about 50 miles after I started home is an indication that the torque converter (at the minimum) is shot, possibly the entire transmission. After having the car relocated yesterday, that’s when I got the “good news”. When I asked what would cause it to only start after 50 miles, the transmission shop let me know that an additive can often be put in the transmission to cover up this exact issue for a brief window. Not saying for sure this happened, but definitely suspicious at this point. Not to mention this “new to me” vehicle may need a $4000!+ transmission rebuild or replacement. Feeling more like I bought a lemon. So again, I caution everyone… have ANYTHING that they don’t offer you a warranty on checked thoroughly by an impartial 3rd party mechanic. It will be much cheaper than buying a lemon, that you cannot drive, and end up being out of packet almost as much as you paid for what turns out to be a possible lemon.

Austin and finance guy were awesome helping me getting in my new truck. 4 stars instead of 5 because of taking delivery of my new truck. Wheels were dirty, inside was not clean and truck was generally dirty overall. There is also a plastic trim piece missing by the rear view mirror. I don’t expect a whole lot, but when you buy a brand new $100,000 truck, you expect it to be pristine when you pick it up. The detail department needs to match the quality of the sales department. Overall a good experience, just a little disappointed in the condition of the truck when I picked it up.

Our experience with Gaffney Buick GMC was nothing short of amazing! From the first phone call to Jamison to financing with Ben, the level of professionalism was top notch. We live about 3 hours from Gaffney and Jamison, Terry and Ben worked with us via text and email to complete all the paperwork. The day we went to pick-up our new Yukon, Jamison went above and beyond and was setting the vehicle up for me before we even arrived. He had On-Star set and ready to go as well as the GMC app so that he had plenty of time to explain how everything worked.
