I had an emergency purchase to get after work. I arrived at 5:55 and was treated as important as if I had arrived during the day. They patiently helped me find and choose the item and cashed me out with a smile.
Arriving to a store at closing is not a habit of mine and I arrived with anxiety that was quickly soothed.
I choose this store over the bigger box stored every time I can.
