Wise Guys remodeled two bathrooms for us. Rob took special care to take our needs into consideration with every decision. We are completely enjoying our non-slip flooring, the extra lighting, and the grab bars placed with our safety and convenience in mind. All of the workers were professional, did a great job in their areas, and we will have them back on our next project.

As a repeat client of Wise Guys, I was once again reminded of Rob's incredible attention to detail, and to his extensive knowledge of available materials. Wise Guys is simply the best!

Wise Guys repaired roof decking and placed a new roof on my house. Extensive repair was needed because of the age of the house. They did a most professional job.

We have used Rob and his crew on several projects. He remodeled 2 bathrooms, installed hardwood floors in the master bedroom, various painting and electrical items. The last job he did was installing a raised concrete patio and updating our electric service. I have always felt I could count on him to do the job right. If I were still in Columbia I would continue to use Wise Guys

Rob and Gene made our larger window smaller (before and after below). This was a crucial part of our remodel and we wanted to get it right. They also found our original siding and replaced a large bit of siding on the back of the house around the window. They were super professional and flexible. I’d use them again for anything else we need in our home.

Rob Lindsey and the entire crew at Wise Guys were incredible to work with as we did a full interior remodeling of our 1942 bungalow. Along with adding a second bathroom and replacing the kitchen and existing bathroom, all the old electrical and plumbing systems were replaced, insulation was added, the ceilings and walls were restored and painted. Everything was done with professionalism and maintained the look and charm we love about our older home. We could not have picked a more qualified contractor or a nicer person to work with than Rob.

Wise Guys recently completed working on the exterior of my home. They were very neat and cleaned up at the end of the work day. Rob and his workers were pleasant, helpful, and the work was excellent. Rob is very conscientious. I highly recommend him and his company.

Our experience with Wise Guys was amazing! Rob and his crew worked wonders, transforming a master bath from blah to beautiful and much more functional. We now have a walk-in shower along with a water closet and a dressing alcove where our non-working jetted tub was. The work was done in a timely fashion with little to no downtime. Rob and each crew member took great care to see that everything was done to our satisfaction. We could not be happier with the results and highly recommend Wise Guys for your next project!

A little slow getting started because contractor had other projects he was working on but after work started I couldn't be happier. We wanted to convert our master bathroom to be handicapped friendly. We also wanted all of the popcorn ceilings covered with new sheet rock and a crown molding installed. Rob was very easy to work with. He respected the things we wanted to do and he made helpful suggestions as well. His crew was super. They were good workers, friendly, polite and cleaned up after themselves every day. I forgot to say that we were living in the house while the work was being done. More than a little challenging at times, but we survived. The city inspector said he didn't have to look very closely at Wise Guys work because he knew they did things right. You will have a hard time finding a better contractor for your construction project.

We had Rob and his team build a garage and patio in our backyard. This was one of my wife and my first large scale projects. Rob and his team were top notch. Rob handled everything, from pulling permits, working with subcontractors, even speaking with neighbors at times. Rob obviously knows what he's doing and cares about his work. We could not be more happy with his work and would recommend him for any project large or small.

I had the most awesome experience working with Wise Guys. They completely gutted my bathroom, added some space from the closet next to the bathroom and gave me the bathroom of my dreams. They were professional and kept to the schedule. I was kept informed at every stage of what was next.
It is always difficult to live in a construction zone, but all the workers were so pleasant to work with and I enjoyed seeing them. They seemed to really enjoy the work and they were so excited for me when it was complete They felt like family and I appreciate everything they did for me.
I have worked with another company but I know I will never call anyone else for future projects.

Can’t say enough good things about Wise Guys Home Improvement. They have completed multiple major renovation projects for me including master suite remodel and kitchen remodel with structural modification. Rob specializes in working on our beautiful old homes in Columbia and knows how to deal with the challenges that come with that.

He and his crew are dependable and a pleasure to work with. They take care and have pride in what they do. What I admire most is that he will never take a short cut so you know you are getting quality work done the right way.

We recently used Wise Guys to repair a failed adhesive seal on our under-mounted kitchen sink. They were professional, efficient and left the work area spotless. And their ingenuity saved us a lot of money over the option of replacing the entire counter-top and sink. We are already scheduling our next home improvement project with this team.

We had a break-in and needed one window fixed. I had trouble finding someone who was willing to take on just one window. Rob was great at communicating throughout the entire process, the window looks great, and they were very clean and prompt. He was also very attentive to all my questions (even not related to the window project). We plan on using this company for any future renovations we have in mind in the future.

Can't comment on the quality of work, just the customer service. Emailed numerous businesses and they were the only ones to respond to my specific query and answered my questions in a very timely manner allowing me to plan ahead. Will definitely utilize for my specific project and will update my review accordingly.

We've used Wise Guys for two bathroom remodels in the past year or so, and I've been so impressed with the quality of their work! Unlike some horror stories I've heard about other contractors, they are extremely responsive and keep you up-to-date on developments with your project. Our house is over 100 years old, and I've been particularly happy with the suggestions Rob has made to keep our renovations in line with the historic feel of the home (while also modernizing some of the, um, questionable repairs performed by previous owners). They're also very honest: Rob once alerted me to a scratch he thought his team had put on a piece of my furniture. It was already like that, but I appreciated his honesty!

This is the 2nd time my husband and I have used Wise Guys Home Improvement. The first time was a gorgeous master bath redo and the finished product was an amazing transformation. So when we needed our backyard space done we knew who to call. Rob and his team are the best! They are courteous, professional and creative. My husband and I had our ideas and a budget in mind. We worked together to create the perfect space to relax and to entertain friends and family.

Great Job by Rob and the folks at Wise Guys. Recently, they rescreened my front porch, replaced a bedroom window and repaired flashing on my chimney. Seven Years ago, they remodeled both bathrooms in the same house and the work was impeccable. Recommend for any home improvement project you may have. Honest and true Professionals.

Highly recommended! We live in Seattle and have a rental property in Columbia. Wise Guys was probably the only contractors that made us feel comfortable with the work they performed, the price they charged and their communication. They consistently kept us updated on the progress of the work and truly cared about our property. A real rare find. Thanks to them, our house that had been sitting vacant for almost 18 months finally rented and we will continue to use Wise Guys whenever we can.
